I remember sitting in a parking lot listening to the sounds in my car when I first heard the following song:

Feds grant eminent domain as collateral to China for US debts.

    February 26, 2009
FEDS GRANT EMINENT DOMAIN AS COLLATERAL TO CHINA FOR U.S. DEBTS!
Beijing, China — Sources at the United States Embassy in Beijing China have just CONFIRMED to me that the United States of America has tendered to China a written agreement which grants to the People’s Republic of China, an option to exercise Eminent Domain within the USA, as collateral for China’s continu More..ed purchase of US Treasury Notes and existing US Currency reserves!

The written agreement was brought to Beijing by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and was formalized and agreed-to during her recent trip to China.

This means that in the event the US Government defaults on its financial obligations to China, the Communist Government of China would be permitted to physically take — inside the USA — land, buildings, factories, perhaps even entire cities – to satisfy the financial obligations of the US government.

Put simply, the feds have now actually mortgaged the physical land and property of all citizens and businesses in the United States. They have given to a foreign power, their Constitutional power to “take” all of our property, as actual collateral for continued Chinese funding of US deficit spending and the continued carrying of US national debt.

This is an unimaginable betrayal of every man, woman and child in the USA. An outrage worthy of violent overthrow.

I am endeavoring to obtain images or copies of the actual document but in the interim, several different sources both in the US and in China have CONFIRMED this to me.

More details as they become available. . . . . spread the word ASAP.

LadyTexan – it’s getting spread around the blogosphere but so far no one I’ve seen can confirm it’s legitimacy. The sad part is that a few months ago we’d have all laughed at the nutjob who posted it. With the desecration of our Constitution that’s happening right before our eyes, nothing is sacred anymore.

Well, thought I’d pass along my Tea Party experience! I went to the one here in Nashville…

Something else I wanted to pass along…did anyone see BamBam speak at Camp Lejune?
    —————-
We went to the one in Denver – my guess is between 200 – 250 on a cold, blustery day. The spark has been ignited, and a grass fire has begun. I’m so glad I was there, and hope we can keep these repeating and growing in size around the country. Felt good just to yell at the incompetent and corrupt politicians inside the Capitol building 🙂

caribbeansoul – do you have any links showing the ‘reception’ at Camp Lejeune? I told my husband it’s going to be interesting to see the troops response, and I wouldn’t be surprised if Barry’s handlers wouldn’t release video.

  8. carribeansoul Says:

Hey Kaite…yes, it did feel good to yell didn’t it!! 🙂

I haven’t even looked for a link for the Camp Lejune speech as I watched it live. I wonder if Fox might have it? I’ll look around some and see if I can find it.

  9. jrh Says:

LadyTexan, the eminent domain thing appears to be at the rumor stage as of now. But given the outrageous possibilities presented by a Marxist POTUS backed up by Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, I don’t consider something like this unimaginable. I can see the scenario where we get another revved up crisis (if not the current one) and this atrocity gets sprung on us and rushed through even over raging Republicans. I don’t think there’s much doubt that this is unconstitutional but I doubt that would stop them based on the way things are going otherwise. Obama is out to strip the wealth from the capitalists and this is another excellent way to do it. So what if we mortgage private property to the Chinese communists to collateralize otherwise worthless dollars. It leaves everybody further under the control of government and that’s just what the O and his comrades want.

remember barry fawning over china during the olympics. That dumb ass was saying how great the infrastructure was. Of course he failed to mention that china doesn’t have the same construction regulations and labor issues we have in the US. Of course because of these lack of regulations and standards it’s far less expensive for China. I stayed in one of the hotels the Russians built for the Moscow Olympics and they were built like crap. No standards. China’s infrastructure is the same. Built like crap and just for show. No wonder why barry loves it so much. He IS a piece of crap and just for show!

  15. carribeansoul Says:

Interestingly enough…there doesn’t seem to be video of BamBam’s speech at LeJuene. I can only find transcripts. I have GOT to believe it is because the reception was pretty pathetic! We can’t let the country and the world know how little he is respected now can we??

I’m not sure what that means. I guess he means we could squeeze all the honest politicians (& judges) into a phone booth. Anybody seen a phone booth lately? I never thought I would be saying this…Could Dennis Kucinich be one of them? I mean just because he’s stupid and wrong a lot of the time doesn’t make him dishonest. Ron Paul? I’m having trouble here…help me out.

  18. Katie Says:

Denver Tea Party had 200 – 250 people and it was great to be able to yell at those inside the Capitol that we are mad as hell and not going to take it anymore. So glad I went! We can explode this thing the more people spread the word around the country! Today was just a first step and you CAN make a difference when we all do our part to be heard. The Pledge of Allegiance and the National Anthem never meant more to me than it did today.

For a ridiculous glimpse of how much government has intervened in our lives, MichelleMalkin.com has a great story about the Tea Party movement, including this tidbit:

“…comes news that Iowa state officials have banned the use of tea by Tea Party protesters holding an event tomorrow in Cedar Rapids.

The tea violates environmental standards because it will DISCOLOR THE WATER”

Hollywood Stars Open “Dialogue” With Iran

Willful stupidity knows no bounds — only thing is it’s coming directly from the White House. Annette Benning is dialoguing with the poison pygmy regime on behalf of President B. Hussein? Does Benning has a clue about Islam? Does she sanction the stoning, hangings, the repression and murder of reformers? Does she think she can disarm the mullahs with a screening of The Grifters. This is embarrassing. And very dangerous.

A delegation of Hollywood stars, headed by Annette Bening, is traveling to Iran to open a dialogue on behalf of the Obama administration:

Thirty-eight years ago, a ping pong team sent by US president Richard Nixon to Beijing opened the door to Communist China. February 27, 2009, president Barack Obama launched his bid for dialogue with Iran with an Academy of Motion Pictures, Arts and Sciences delegation from Hollywood. It is led by the actress Annette Bening, AMPAS president Sid Ganis and his predecessor Frank Pierson who flew in just after the Oscar award ceremony. Visiting in the framework of “US-Iranian culture exchanges,” they will hold talks in Tehran Saturday and Sunday.

While the Hollywood stars are in Iran, I’m sure they will meet with the thousands of opposition political candidates who have been excluded from elections, the students who protested at Tehran University against repression, the homosexuals whose conduct is punishable by death, and the women who risk being stoned to death for adultery.

Hollywood is going to Iran, one of the most repressive states in the world, but I’m sure we’ll hear hardly a peep of dissent; after all, we want the mullahs to like us, and everything that has happened the last 30 years is our fault:

While the Hollywood team’s visit to Tehran is not political, it does show the openness of Iran toward the expansion of cultural relations with the US.

How ironic that the Academy of Motion Pictures is going to one of the most repressive anti-homosexual countries on earth just days after awarding Sean Penn an Oscar for his portrayal of gay San Francisco mayor Harvey Milk. Do they not see the irony? Will they have the courage to speak up, much like Hollywood stars based George Bush at every opportunity? Perhaps the stars can visit the factory where Iran manufactures explosively formed projectiles used to kill our soldiers.

When Obama pledged to make the world like us again, what he meant was that we would willingly sacrifice the populations of countries like Iran to perpetual repression so that its repressive leadership liked us and stopped attacking us.

California used to check prez candidates’ eligibility — Lawsuit seeks school records to verify citizenship status

    http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=90256

    Posted: February 28, 2009

A California lawsuit seeking documentation from Occidental College that could verify the nationality under which Barack Obama entered the school points out that the state formerly reviewed presidential candidates and disqualified those who were ineligible.

The arguments are raised in paperwork submitted by Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation, which has brought a lawsuit over Obama’s eligibility.

Defense lawyers for Obama are trying to quash the request for Occidental records, arguing that any objections to Obama’s presidential candidacy and victory should have been raised in Congress at the time of the Electoral College vote.

However, according to documentation in the lawsuit, the secretaries of state in California previously have exercised their election authority and have rejected candidates who did not qualify.

    “Standing” On Solid Grounds

    http://www.black-and-right.com/2009/02/27/standing-on-solid-grounds/

The list of those who disagree (WITH standing) and question his eligibility to give lawful orders, as Commander-in-Chief, is growing….

WND reported earlier when 1st Lt. Scott Easterling confirmed to California attorney Orly Taitz that he wanted to be a plaintiff in the legal action she is preparing on behalf of members of the U.S. military, both active and retired. A second soldier who asked that his name be withheld for now became part of the action just a day later.

Now retired Maj. Gen. Carroll D. Childers has submitted a statement to Taitz and her DefendOurFreedoms.us website, agreeing to be a plaintiff in her pending action.

Again, if President Obama produces a certified vault copy of his birth certificate, he can not only put the whole issue to bed, but would discredit millions of citizens who presently have reasonable doubt as to his political status.

As of now, Obama continues to use the law and threats of monetary sanctions against the plaintiffs’ attorney to make this all go away.

A $15 vault copy or possible millions of dollars in a legal slight-of-hand.

    Which makes better sense?

  73. Katie Says:

Sent from http://www.WeThePeopleCongress.org, here’s a stunning recount of past history. We need about 465 Davy Crocketts!

In the early 1800s Congress was considering a bill to appropriate tax dollars for the widow of a distinguished naval officer. Several beautiful speeches had been made in support of this bill. It seemed that everyone in the House favored it. The Speaker of the House was just about to put the question to a vote, when Davy Crockett, famous frontiersman and then Congressman from Tennessee, rose to his feet.

Mr. Speaker, I have as much respect for the memory of the deceased and as much sympathy for the suffering of the living as any man in this House, but we must not permit our respect for the dead or our sympathy for a part of the living to lead us into an act of injustice to the balance of the living. I will not go into an argument to prove that Congress has no power to appropriate this money as an act of charity. Every member upon this floor knows it. We have the right, as individuals to give away as much of our own money as we please in charity, but as members of Congress we have no right to so appropriate a dollar of the public money. Some eloquent appeals have been made to us upon the ground that it is a debt due the deceased. Sir, this is no debt. We cannot without the grossest corruption, appropriate this money as the payment of a debt. We have not the semblance of authority to appropriate it as a charity. I cannot vote for this bill, but I will give one weeks pay, and if every member of Congress will do the same, it will amount to more than the bill asks.

There was silence on the floor of the House as Crockett took his seat. When the bill was put to a vote, instead of passing unanimously as had been expected, it received only a few votes. The next day a friend approached Crockett and asked why he spoken against a bill for such a worthy cause. In reply, Crockett related the following story:

Just a few years before, he had voted to spend $20,000.00 of public money to help the victims of a terrible fire in Georgetown. When the legislative session was over, Crockett made a trip back home to do some campaigning for his re-election. In his travels he encountered one of his constituents, a man by the name of Horatio Bunce. Mr. Bunce bluntly informed Crockett, I voted for you the last time. I shall not vote for you again.

Crockett, feeling he had served his constituents well, was stunned. He inquired as to what he had done to so offend Mr. Bunce. Bunce replied, You gave a vote last winter which shows that either you have not capacity to understand the Constitution, or that you are wanting in the honesty and firmness to be guided by it. The Constitution, to be worth anything, must be held sacred, and rigidly observed in all its provisions.I take the papers from Washington and read very carefully all the proceedings of Congress. My papers say that last winter you voted for a bill to appropriate $20,000.00 to some sufferers by a fire. Well, Colonel, where do you find in the Constitution any authority to give away public money in charity? No Colonel, Congress has no right to give charity. Individual members may give as much of their own money as they please, but they have no right to touch a dollar of the public money for that purpose.

The people have delegated to Congress, by the Constitution, the power to do certain things. To do these, it is authorized to collect and pay moneys, and for nothing else. Everything beyond this is usurpation, and a violation of the Constitution. You have violated the Constitution in what I consider to be a vital point. It is a precedent fraught with danger to the country, for when Congress once begins to stretch its power beyond the limits of the Constitution, there is no limit to it, and no security for the People.

I could not answer him, said Crockett. I was so fully convinced that he was right.I said to him, Well, my friend, you hit the nail upon the head when you said I had not sense enough to understand the Constitution. If you will forgive me and vote for me again, if I ever vote for another unconstitutional law, I wish I may be shot.

After finishing the story, Crockett said, Now sir, you know why I made that speech yesterday. There is one thing now to which I will call your attention. You remember that I proposed to give a weeks pay? There are in that House many very wealthy men, men who think nothing of spending a weeks pay, or a dozen of them, for a dinner or a wine party when they have something to accomplish by it. Some of these same men made beautiful speeches upon the debt of gratitude which the country owed the deceased, yet not one of them responded to my proposition. Money with them is nothing but trash when it is to come out of the people. But it is the one great thing for which most of them are striving, and many of them sacrifice honor, integrity, and justice to obtain it.

It was great for Rush to define what conservatism is and why we should never check it at the door on bipartisanship. Conservatism = what is defined in the founding documents. Called Biden a Bigot = classic. Exposed Dems as the racists against Obama and Blacks, i.e. Clarence Thomas. Touched on what democrats are really about when it comes to keeping people down by making the case that Dems say every election that if people vote for them, they will make the poor peoples lives better, then asked, why are they still saying that life sucks, after 50 years of democratic promises? = brilliant. Took the Dems to task on the Iraq war, saying they wanted us to fail then, why is it all the sudden wrong for Rush to say he wants Obama to fail if it means saving the country. Outstanding
