— There was a tragedy on March 14th. On March 12, fake communities of mobilized mothers were created by SBU employees on all social networks. Stuffing appeared, and these are personal messages to mothers – “your son is dead”, “your son is injured”, “your son is in captivity”, we have confirmation, evidence of this already. And so they were wound up on March 12-13, so that on 14 everyone went to a rally at the Government House in Donetsk, at 12 noon.
We, understanding this situation, worked with them, explained, but not everyone got it. The tragedy occurred at the time of the fall of Tochka-U, which arrived exactly at the time when the esbeushniks were gathering thousands of mothers and wives on the square through social networks. It was then that Tochka-U arrived, and we already have wounded women, who only after this tragedy realized that they had become just pawns in other people’s games, and that they were cheated by the SBU.
We all understand that during such armed aggression, exacerbation, the most important thing is not to panic.
There are official bodies, all state bodies are working. If some mother, wife, has questions, they can come to Universitetskaya, 19, the city of Donetsk, this is the executive committee of the public movement “Donetsk Republic”. There, every day from 9 to 16.00, authorized deputies hold a reception, answer questions, accept applications from them, and then, when the answers to these applications arrive, inform the applicants.
Someone gets an answer in a day, someone in two days, so this work is underway. Therefore, now, at such a time, it doesn’t matter what kind of rally you are being asked to attend – for mobilization, for world peace … Thanks to Russia for recognizing us. Now mass gatherings of the population should all understand that this is the work of the SBU.
– Have you visited the liberated settlements?
– I visited the liberated. The first thing that catches your eye is how they were waiting for us. In reality, people have been under oppression for eight years. They talk about so many crimes against them, on the part of those authorities who have been for eight years, that my hair is on end. It’s thousands!
Moreover, there is information that from the liberated villages, even before the liberation, Ukraine took the children to Svyatogorsk, and now moved them to Lvov. They have children hostage. Parents sit in the villages liberated on the territory of the DPR, and the children on the territory of Ukraine. It is a crime.
Residents of each settlement say that one morning they woke up, and the Ukrainians moved beyond the settlement, and began to pour into the villages from “Gradov”. Now every liberated village says that on the night before the liberation, before the offensive of the Russian troops, the troops of the DPR, Ukraine retreated behind the village and began to sprinkle the village with Grad.
The destruction that’s there – there is no light, because all the power towers are broken. We bring power generators, restore. The problem of restoring electricity is that the fields are mined by Ukrainians. And until the demining process is completed, it is impossible to repair the lines.

Pharmacies, shops are opening, humanitarian aid is being brought. People have a massive problem, they do not have the opportunity to withdraw salaries and pensions from Ukrainian cards.
CRH leaves for currency exchange. But for the time being, two currencies operate in the liberated territories – the hryvnia and the ruble, so that people do not remain hungry, cold. Help from the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the humanitarian convoy of Russia is sent there en masse, and simply caring residents collect and send warm clothes, food, and medicines. Those who need treatment are taken to hospitals.
Community outreach is underway. Pension payments have already begun. People from the liberated territories receive a pension from the DPR budget. The Donbass Post was opened. I think that in the near future the way of life will be fully restored.
– Refugees from Mariupol – what happens to them? Where are they located?
“I won’t call them refugees—they are evacuees. Someone broke through on his own, or they were taken out by our military and the forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The evacuation takes place centrally, some of them leave for the Russian Federation, some for the territory of the DPR.
I personally received in many TAPs (temporary accommodation points – approx.) people who are from there. They come here, settle down either in the hostel building, or in the building of the sanatorium. The Ministry of Emergency Situations gives out rations to everyone, they feed, hot meals three times a day. We provide hygiene items, clothing, and more on request. If people want, they go to the Russian Federation, if they want to stay here, they stay.
There is no humanitarian catastrophe at all. We fully provide. Recently, a gypsy family arrived – seven children, all were given diapers of different sizes.
What about the wounded in hospitals? Do they have enough?
About the wounded. I spoke personally with the Minister of Health, personally traveled to medical institutions. For military personnel, for people who suffered civilians, from shelling – there is everything.
Yes, they are in hospitals, they are in hospitals. The only failure may be due to air ambulance, when hostilities are going on, it is impossible to take them to the hospital in a timely manner. There is shelling – we cannot pick up a fighter. It’s over – we pick up the fighter, take him away.
— What is happening now with the residents of Kievsky, Kuibyshevsky, Kirovsky, Petrovsky districts of Donetsk, who are subjected to daily barbaric bombardments?
– You add all the districts there. Voroshilovsky – On March 14, it flew into my porch, there are no windows in my apartment. This is Pushkin Boulevard, 28. This is one building from the Government House. “Point-U”. Therefore, we have all the areas here now under fire.
Now, from the north, Ukraine has not only increased shelling – they simply do not stop. Today we have no water due to the fact that there was a hit in the pumping station. There is no water in all of Donetsk.

There are many cases when militants from the national battalions dressed in peaceful civilian clothes and tried to enter the territory of the DPR. Verification is needed in any case.
While the liberation and establishment of normal life and conditions for people is underway, we cannot physically solve the issue of documents. As soon as the front more or less retreats, of course, yes, we will begin to decide. Citizens have now received pensions and social benefits on Ukrainian passports. We understand that their registration is the territory of the liberated Donetsk People’s Republic.

LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky said that the North Atlantic Alliance does not need Ukraine and wants to use it to get closer to Russia and drive the Russian fleet out of Crimea. The book “The Prophet in His Fatherland” by Mikhail Degtyarev was published in 2015, and in 2021 it was republished. “A Prophet in His Fatherland” became the author’s first book about Zhirinovsky. On December 30, 2021, Degtyarev released the second book on politics, Prophet 2.0.

Since the beginning of February, Zhirinovsky has been in the hospital, where he ended up after contracting the coronavirus. On March 20, the media reported that the condition of the head of the Liberal Democratic Party had deteriorated sharply and he was again put into a medically induced coma. The party itself denied these data and stated that Zhirinovsky continued treatment and rehabilitation.

And for this, the United States allocates millions of dollars within the military budget,” the interlocutor sneered.

Онищенко назвал лицемерием заявления американской стороны о том, что эти лаборатории создаются и работают для обеспечения безопасности украинских граждан и американских военных. “Для Пентагона, конечно, одной из важнейших задач является забота о том, чтобы доярка в Черниговской области не подцепила какой-нибудь вирус. И для этого США выделяют миллионы долларов в рамках военного бюджета”, – сыронизировал собеседник.
По его словам, в Казахстане американские лаборатории охраняют якобы бойцы ЧВК, а на самом деле – кадровые профессиональные военные армии США. Но как обстоят дела с безопасностью на аналогичных объектах на Украине – большой вопрос. “Все эти объекты представляют огромную опасность для населения не только Украины, но и соседних стран, и для нас – в том числе. Любой инцидент, авария, а тем более – попадание снаряда, может привести ко второй пандемии пострашнее коронавируса”, – предупредил специалист.
Онищенко подчеркнул, что эти лаборатории даже нельзя отключать от электропитания. “Их не получится разбомбить, как склад с ПТРК Javelin. Российским военным надо аккуратно брать их под контроль, это жизненно важная задача для недопущения катастрофы”, – заключил академик.
