Einstein’s Unfinished Symphony – God Does Not Play Dice (My money’s on Einstein)

“I want to know God’s thoughts”

Einstein’s Version of the Theory of Everything

As Albert Einstein lay on his deathbed, he asked only for his glasses, his writing implements and his latest equations. He knew he was dying, yet he continued his work. In those final hours of his life, while fading in and out of consciousness, he was working on what he hoped would be his greatest work of all. It was a project of monumental complexity. It was a project that he hoped would unlock the mind of God.

“I want to know God’s thoughts”

“I am not interested in this phenomenon or that phenomenon,” Einstein had said earlier in his life. “I want to know God’s thoughts – the rest are mere details.” But as he lay there dying in Princeton Hospital he must have understood that these were secrets that God was clearly keen to hang on to. The greatest scientist of his age died knowing that he had become isolated from the scientific community; revered on the one hand, ridiculed for this quest on the other.

“Einstein and God”

(Einstein) pointed out that science has now reached the stage where it cannot be satisfied simply with describing how nature is what it is in its ongoing processes, but must press on to ask “why nature is what it is and not something else”.

To introduce the question Why? back into the inner structure of natural and physical science was to reject the rationalistic dualism of the Enlightenment between the how and the why to which are to be traced the damaging splits in western culture, but it was also to point to God as the ultimate ground of all rational order and the transcendent reason for all the laws of nature. What a startling light that throws upon what Einstein himself really meant by “God”! It is only from God that we can understand the why or the fundamental purpose of the created universe.

In view of this conviction, let me note two things. (1) Einstein never gave any attention to the problem of evil–evil is ultimately irrational and inexplicable, an abysmal mystery, as St Paul called it. There is no reason why to evil. (2) As far as I know, Einstein showed no interest in redemption–either in the biblical significance of atonement, or in the Jewish celebration of Yom Kippur.

Yet it is only from God who does not play dice, who does not wear his heart on his sleeve, and who is deep but not devious, that we may be given an understanding of the ultimate reason for the created universe, and of his redemptive purpose for a world that has gone astray.

It may be interesting to note that another Jewish scientist, Ilya Prigogine, who is not a believer, yet not a determinist like Spinoza who had no place in his thought for “time”, has actually spoken of time as “redeemable”.

Perhaps the greatest problem in all of physics is to unify the quantum theory with Einstein’s theory of gravity, thereby creating a “theory of everything” that would allow us to “read the mind of God,” as Einstein once wrote.

I’ve read she changed from Soetoro to Sutoro after the divorce. That was the “popular” variation of the name… supposedly.

Good CATCH! I was digging earlier on Ancestry.com for Soetoro, Sotoro, Sutoro, Obama, in various indexes, but came up with nothing.

Cindy, Katie, Rose, please check email
I knew that had to be you when I heard the questions.

  92. Troy Says:

So what did you think about Vieira’s answer to your question?
It made a lot of sense to me.

  93. justanamericancindy4 Says:

soon as a heard Terry from Colorado I knew for sure

  94. Tenacity Says:

I see Vieira point, but I also see Schulz’s point. Both could be worked together. WTPC pushes the constitutional state malitias, but is moving forward on the national front. Doc V’s point, as I heard it, is that a Continental Congress rising out of constitutional state malitias would carry more constitutional weight/authority.

    Is that what you heard?

How long would it take to follow Doc V’s path? IF EVER? Why can’t the Continental Congress push the state malitias as a part of its platform, which WTPC has?

  95. justanamericancindy4 Says:

you know it really bugs the hell out of me that Bam Bam can spend 150 million on his party but Bush spend 43 million and he was raked over the coals…..

150 million that could of been used for many good things in this country with the economy as it is

and should give us access to the controls that were withheld from us at the old blog so we couldn’t resolve issues like inability to register to post. Gail now has access to the diagnostics to fix these problems. She is also trying to restructure it so we can have threads and follow conversations. The old posts are propagating to the archive over here and some haven’t been moved yet, but they all will be soon.

    Be patient if possible.”

We should all be getting used to patience by now…grrrrrrrr

  97. justanamericancindy4 Says:

    hi Katie

  98. Tenacity Says:

In fact, the absence of constitutional state militias has been one of the Petitions for Redress that has been served on the members of Congress. You see, a state militia is not a remedy for the denial of redress, but a Continental Congress is the prescribed course to achieve remedy. I would have posed this to Doc V if given the opportunity.

  99. Tenacity Says:

    Cindy & Rose,
LadyLiberty wanted to share her ideas with me and asked to have contact info shared (maybe 3 threads ago). I have not received it from Rose.

Ten, what I got from his response was that a STATE militia as a legal constitutional ENTITY would carry more weight than a constitutional congress and a group of STATE militias acting in concert would be very powerful from constitutional standpoint.

And in the “if it wasn’t so sad it’d be funny category”…

NEW YORK – “The Al Jazeera Network plans to announce on Thursday that it has signed a deal to run its news on Worldfocus, a syndicated nightly news program produced in New York and distributed throughout the United States.”

More at the link…but you gotta read the last paragraph! What hypocrisy!

“It also plans to begin running ads in several weeks that a spokesman said will address misconceptions about the network in the United States. The U.S. government criticized the network for irresponsible and biased news reporting when the United States launched the 2003 war in Iraq.”

Wonder when the US government will criticize the US networks for irresponsible and biased news reporting of the presidential election???

    Freudian slip by Maureen Dowd?

    “usurper Obama”????

Miri – OMG!! Isn’t Dowd supposed to be a supporter of Obama? Wonder when the NY Times will put the retraction on the front page, and Ms. Dowd will be on an extended leave of absence? Can’t have words like “usurper” and “Obama” in the same sentence. Good catch, Miri!

  107. Tenacity Says:

Don’t mean to harp, but we have to be careful with the terms. A Constitutional Convention is a very dangerous event that could result in a rewrite of the constitution. What is being called is a Continental Congress with the principal purpose of restoring and preserving the Constitution to secure our rights thereunder. The number 1 job of the Federal Government is to secure our rights…what a joke. The Gov’s failure to do so and its denial (refusal to respond) to formal Petitions of Redress is precisely why we are in need of a Continental Congress.

  108. justanamericancindy4 Says:

notice there have been more than a few slips in the media lately

  109. Tenacity Says:

I know some see Orly Taitz as a crazy lady. Well her kind of crazy I love…and she is TENACIOUS.

  110. justanamericancindy4 Says:

I think Orly gets carried away and when someone pushes the right button she is known to blurt out….

But hey she is fighting like the dickens to help us…..

  111. Tenacity Says:

If you want to see slips…make Biden POTUS.

  112. Katie Says:

Nothing wrong with being TENACIOUS – it certainly gets things done!!! 🙂

  113. justanamericancindy4 Says:

did you see Orly’s part of the convention? many didn’t watch it after the rumors of Orly acting crazy..

she blurted a few things,…. things that she didn’t completely explain…which made it seem TFH……

If you want to see slips…make Biden POTUS

Never thought I’d think of him as an improvement. At least he’s a NBC!

  115. justanamericancindy4 Says:

always said if if Biden ends up being POTUS then it wouldn’t be a year before he stuck his foot so deep in his throat that he would end up getting impeached within a year

  116. Tenacity Says:

I thought the comments about Orly’s presentation being “out there” were exaggerated.

  117. justanamericancindy4 Says:

    me too,….

Fox thinks she is a crazy lady….. I don’t think she even watched the convention because of the rumors

  118. Katie Says:

I think Orly ended up in a spotlight she could have never envisioned, and without a lot of press conference and media experience, was in a little over her head. She has/had a lot of pent up frustration and passion that spilled out, and just needed to be a little more focused. I don’t fault her for that…she’s putting everything on the line for her new country, which is more than most complacent Americans will ever understand, let alone – DO!

If anyone was “out there”, I’d put Manning at the top of the list. No holds barred there!

  119. justanamericancindy4 Says:

just went to the wtp blog and bookmarked it

  122. justanamericancindy4 Says:

worse he said was Bo was not making History…. he was born from a white woman like every other president before him

I know nothing about putting a website together, so I’m not criticizing…it just needs a facelift IMO.

Well Ten, we were born into it, which made it seem normal.
Example: If a person is born with no thumbs, then to him it is perfectly normal and natural….This election caused me to get myself educated and now I know what I have been missing for all these years..

  233. Tenacity Says:

The 16th amendment has never been properly ratified and the IRS has usurped powers from it that it doesn’t even convey according to the SCOTUS? Give me a break. The President that sign the unconstitutional act that authorized the Fed Reserve admitted his mistake openly and we have allowed the majority of the collected unlawful income tax on labor to go toward paying the interest on paper issued by a private group of rich guys? You’ve got to be sh*tin’ me!!!

  234. justanamericancindy4 Says:

It might be considered that Troy

People are angry enough,..If Bo and the other violations of the constitution was named…..
we could really pool the names that way

question,…… could we bypass small court? go straight to SCOTUS

  244. Tenacity Says:

Did you see how many signatures the WND petition received to have Oblahblah vetted?

  245. Troy Says:

could we bypass small court? go straight to SCOTUS
    I don’t think so

  246. justanamericancindy4 Says:

    I know….just over 60,000

  247. justanamericancindy4 Says:

sorry I was thinking letters not petition

I think the petition was 120,000 or so

  248. Tenacity Says:

Schulz and others believe that we need approx 5% of the voting public demanding redress in order to have a significant impact. That’s about 15MM people.

I believe WND got well over 100K. Have you even heard a blurp about it anywhere other than WND?

  249. Troy Says:

I loved that saying, “Better to be a goat than a sheep”….Lmaooo

SCOTUS has refused to respond to all “petitions of redress.” The only answer is a Continental Congress. Get a copy of the Magna Carta Libertatum and read where the term originated and what the solution for governmental refusal to provide the demanded redress.

  283. Foxtrot Says:

Hello All! Just peeking in and wanted to give one bit of advice, for what it is worth.

You know I am in the “good fight” with all of you, and have been for about a year, despite our obvious political affiliations. One of the reasons people keep coming to this blog, Dems and Republicans, is because we don’t seem so “fringe”, we almost always respect each other even if we don’t always agree, and we stay on topic.

Whether you all realize it or not, we have become a “go to” site for the Obama citizenship issue for many, many people. All party affiliations come to read/lurk to see what new tidbits we have come up with. For the most part, we are bipartisan/non-partisan and people seem to like and respect that. However, when we start bringing in discussions of violence and militias, we lose credibility with most of our readers, but most importantly, we go off topic. Obama is hoping we will all forget about the issue of him not being natural born here, and move on to other topics. I have appointed myself the “stay on topic monitor” for this site.

We have done some incredible research relating to Obama’s farce on America! Let’s see this thing through for the sake of America and the Constitution! Are you with me or agin’ me?!?!?

  284. Foxtrot Says:

This is a wonderful story! Please, everyone go to listen to it. It relates to Chief Justice Roberts and what he says about the Constitution. According to him, not even a President is above the Constitution! We shall see!

  285. Foxtrot Says:

Here is the argument relative to Obama being allowed to carry his blackberry. Does he not realize that someone could triangulate his whereabouts and get to him with sinister? Not ot mention all the information can be hacked into. I think he wants it so that those pulling the strings have a way to get of hold of him in private. Why else would he be so adament to keep it?

  286. Foxtrot Says:

If this is even remotely true, it is VERY scary! (post from another blog) Please view both!

written by Jimmy The C, January 17, 2009

The US Treasury Department held a “Training” meeting on November 6th on Sharia Finance, with our tax dollars. Who authorized this?

This is the actual training manual it came from.

  287. Bob Says:

    Foxtrot —

Are you the one who can search databases?

On the Plains Radio Number —

This is my guess (and I am saying this is a guess — until shown otherwise)

    CD = Customs Declaration
E 509B i = Federal Regulation for “Duty Free Purchases”
    TE = Tax Exempt
    CX = Currency Exchange

    S = Sterling (British Currency)
    S = Shillings (Coins)
    P = Pound Notes

“Q” is used in lieu of periods or amounts.

My guess this is a report of British Currency for exchange upon arrival, reported aboard an aircraft before landing.

But, this is ONLY a guess!

  288. susie hudson Says:

Too bad fox….both sites scrubbed..those bastabreeds

  289. Foxtrot Says:

Well, is old George using this last minute “punt” to allow people to get Obama!?!?

  290. Foxtrot Says:

Susie– instead of clicking on the link itself, copy and paste it in the search engine box and see if that works!

  291. susie hudson Says:

also foxtrot, true we may sometimes go “off topic” but its been a long year, running into a long week which will run into a long day coming up before long [hehe] but my point is, sometimes we need to fill our time with pointless, negative, and sometimes vile information, or ‘non-info’. Its considered filler for a past time to pass the time. I for one am extremely impressed with the work some of you devote to this endeavor. rose does a fasinating job with he researching and data hunting, and much more, relaying all that in a cohesive and articulate way. having all this info together with our breaks of thoughtless mumbo jumbo is a GREAT MARRIAGE!! and someday rose can edit this entire blog into to a work of art a freaking MASTERPIECE..published and sold, sure to be NY times best seller.

  292. Foxtrot Says:

Bob– I believe the one who can search databases is Troy. He seems to be able to dig where some of us cannot. I am sure he would be willing to help.

  293. Foxtrot Says:

Susie– I love the “pointless, negative and sometimes vile” and FUNNY things we say. I am not saying to eliminate those. Some of that is what makes us who we are. However, I am talking about the more fringe issues involving violence, the militias, etc. And also when we get off topic to subjects that will clearly only divide our bloggers and readers such as abortion, the environment, etc—the issues that are the different philosophies of the Democratic and Republican parties. We need to stay on topic as much as possible. I thought I was clear in my statement above, so I hope you understand now what I meant. We all came together for the purpose of exposing Obama as the fraud he is. That is that subject we need to continue to pursue.

Also, JAC and I have dibs on putting this all together in a book!! LOL!! (just kidding, but wouldn’t that be a hoot!)

  294. Foxtrot Says:

Susie–what do you do for a living?

  295. Foxtrot Says:

Susie–you don’t have to answer, I was just curious.

  296. susie hudson Says:

fox-t …thanks that worked, indeed I do learn alot here, probably elementary to you all.
WOW, very scary. thats messed up….when my accountant gives me a number every year at this time….tears come to my eyes.
I pay my taxes at the end of the year and its painful to see were my money goes…very hard earned money, not like investment bankers, I lose blood, sweat and tears when I work.
contractors rarely sit back and watch their money make money, or “work for them”…but I have to watch the government WASTE IT!!!! AAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!

  297. Foxtrot Says:

Susie–many of us learn alot here, that is why we need to stay on focus. You just validated my argument/statement above. We cannot allow ourselves to dilute the great information we have been posting up to now. If any, we need to truly hone our skills to get the best information we can to remove Obama from office. I, for one, am up to the challenge. I know my fellow ROSETTA GANG is as well. You know why? Because they ROCK!

  298. Bob Says:

    Foxtrot —

Thanks — I guess then I’ll just leave it there, and see if he can pick up on it.

Again, since everyone is floundering about, I thought I would use my memory of when I flew to Europe and back then, that the key document was the Customs Declaration, and that Britain did not allow the export of its currency to anywhere, including the U.S.

You were forced to exchange it, before you boarded a plane out of London.

This story, so well laid out, is worth reading again. It was from months ago, but it offers some new bits of information I did not know before.

I wish you had been listening to Dr. Edwin Vieira on Plains Radio last evening. It was perhaps one of the best blogtalk shows I’ve ever heard (save one caller from Colorado). You need to get up to speed on constitutional state malitias. These are not fringe, they are mandated in our constitution and carry substantial constitutional authority. We are not talking about unorganized fringe groups. We are talking about true state representation. Doc V’s book called Constitutional Home Land Security explains the importance and value of these. Please check it out. Listen to the archive of last evenings show. Thank You and Yes, I agree that we need to stay focused and on task and non-partisan. However, we can still have a lot of fun.
