“Please check eligibility, thousands ask Supremes” ”Another round of urgent requests delivered to high court”

Joseph Farah, WND’s founder and editor

Thousands of urgent appeals for the U.S. Supreme Court to consider the question of Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president of the United States are being delivered to the justices as part of WND’s campaign to seek the truth.

The high court has conferences scheduled on cases addressing Obama’s eligibility tomorrow and again on Jan. 23. They cite Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution, which stipulates the office of president can only be filled by “a natural born citizen.”

Because the Supreme Court justices do not accept faxes, e-mails or telephone calls, WND assembled an option for a delivery of letters through FedEx, and 1,344 people signed up to send a message to the justices, resulting in 12,096 messages.

The campaign was a followup to one in December that generated more than 60,000 letters sent by overnight courier to the nine Supreme Court justices. That campaign resulted in 60,138 letters in 6,682 FedEx packages of nine letters each.

“If we didn’t do everything possible to let the Supreme Court justices know what a concern this is to millions of Americans, I would feel like I was letting down the Constitution and the men who framed it – not to mention every citizen of the United States living now and in the future,” said Joseph Farah, WND’s founder and editor. “This constitutional eligibility test has become a key issue with me because if the plain language of the Constitution is no longer taken seriously by our nation’s controlling legal authorities, we have become an outlaw nation – no longer under the rule of law but under the rule of men.”

Farah personally drafted the letter for the justices as part of an effort that also includes a petition drive that calls on all controlling legal authorities to ensure the Constitution is followed on the question of eligibility and for full public disclosure of the facts of Obama’s birthplace and parentage.

Obama has claimed in his autobiography and elsewhere that he was born in Hawaii in 1961 to parents Barack Hussein Obama Sr., a Kenyan national, and Stanley Ann Dunham, a minor. But details about which hospital handled the birth and other details provided on the complete birth certificate have been withheld by Obama despite lawsuits and public demands for release.

“Saudis back Hezbollah competitor”
Goal remains to fight Israel, ‘enemies of Arabs’”

A new Shiite resistance group back by Saudi Arabia is emerging in Lebanon, and its leader promises to provide competition to the Iranian-backed Hezbollah in their mutual goal of fighting Israel, according to a report from Joseph Farah’s G2 Bulletin.

i heard dude was giving away free mustache rides…..anyone…anyone…

so i tried to file for unemployment today…thats a joke, i didnt realize that being a contractor, I wasnt eligible. So let me get this straight, if i’m out there creating work and in some cases creating jobs, that i’m not eligible for unemployment temporary bailout? However, if i decided to take the low, lazy road of being a burger flipper, i would? That just wreaks of brilliance!!!!

    Say What?!

from birthdatabase.com, more info, we are getting closer

birthdatabase.com shows Obama being born in Somerville, MA.

If you recall in the database, I’ve posted a few days ago, that came from Lexis-Nexis- Choice Point- Reed Elsevier,

the social security number linked to Obama was issued in CT and the address was in Sommerville, MA.

One database shows age as 118 y.o. We know BO never lived in CT. So, there are two options:

    1. port of entry of Ann Dunham(by what ever name she used Stanley Ann D. Obama or Anna Toot or god knows what)
    was in MA in 1961.

    2. BO got a fraudulent SS number: a number of a deceased person, that lived in CT or a completely made up number

    BARACK H OBAMA 1961-08-04 Somerville MA 02145

Katie and Troy– I admire both of you so I don’t want you to think I am disrespecting you or your cause. However, in the interest of being informed citizens, I went on the web and found some not-so-flattering things about Schultz and his former partner, Lynn Meredith (who is now in prison). I just want to make sure everyone really does their homework before associating with these folks or giving them money. I encourage everyone reading this blog to make certain you read all of the links. It will only take a second as most are very short. If after reading all of these articles you are okay, then more power to you, and I will wish you the best of luck.

(go down to the Lynn Meredeth story–he was Schultz’s right hand person until she was thrown in jail for a very long time)

(another one on Wethepeople and Schultz’s right hand person, Lynn)

(below is one of many comments on the web about Bob Schultz)
    pramahaphil said…
“In that case, here are my last thoughts for you and Bob Schultz.

You say it is unconstitutional for the government to require taxes, however you are a beneficiary of that system. Schools, universities, roads, national parks, protection from foreign and domestic threats, etc is all paid for by taxes.

How do you see the government operating without taxes? (crickets)Yet you people allow the rest of America to pay the tax burden while you and Bob Schultz stand aloof folding your arms like a 2 year-old who just had their favorite toy taken, refusing to pay for the freedoms you take for granted.

I have no respect for people like you and Bob Schultz. The government has problems, yes, however it is our government and our freedoms that tax dollars finance.

I hope that if you refuse to pay your taxes you have the honesty to not vote — you haven’t paid the price for that right.”

    Repost from other thread –

Un befrickin’ believable!!! (from another blog)

Barack Obama has claimed it is no longer necessary to kill Osama Bin Laden to win the war against al-Qaeda.

In an unprecedented departure from the current wanted ‘dead or alive policy,’ the U.S. President-Elect said that simply keeping bin Laden holed up in a cave was enough to keep America safe.

‘My preference obviously would be to capture or kill him,’ he said.

‘But if we have so tightened his noose that he’s in a cave somewhere and can’t even communicate with his operatives then we will meet our goal of protecting America.

There are tons of disinformation and attck pieces on this group….I am familiar with all of it.

The person that wrote the above opinion is so far off base about the federal income tax that it’s the equivelent of saying that Obama is eligible because he posted his birth certificate online.

Why anyone thinks anything will happen to expose him after he is sworn is crazy. What is it called “executive privilidge” or something?

Its all over folks………thanks for playing! Who wants to be the first to take a swing at this uselss Constitution? Anyone got a match?

  24. Katie Says:

Thanks, Rose. One should make their own decisions based on the information, keep an open mind, yet be cautious at the same time.

I don’t agree with not paying taxes, (nor hunger strikes) and that was not the theme of the presentation. The biggest point they made is that they have used their First Amendment right to petition for redress of grievances repeatedly, and have been ignored for nearly 10 years.

It’s what we’re living through now with Obama’s eligibility issue. No one in the legislative branch, executive branch, or judicial branch seems to be willing to follow the Constitution. As Dr. Kate wrote to Justice Roberts, ‘please don’t keep up in silence’.

Bob Schulz said that a defining moment was when Berg’s first case was denied for “lack of standing”. What legal citizen in the United States DOESN’T have standing to know if their president is eligible for the office?

If all branches of the government fail to respond – repeatedly, over an issue that most of us can understand and agree on, then what is a people to do?

The Continental Congress (NOT to be confused with a Constitutional Convention) seems like the appropriate next step. It’s what laid the foundation for our Founding Fathers to get out from under British tyranny, and history is about to repeat itself.

    “The Greatest Head-Fake Ever”

The president-elect is a hoops player. The House proposal amounts to the greatest head fake ever. He had many of us believing that the stimulus package would actually embody a centrist approach, using proven methods of economic growth based in tax cuts and real infrastructure improvements like nuclear power plant construction.

The impacts on the deficit are chronicled by Heritage’s Conn Carroll, but the obvious reality is that this is a bill from the far left side of a largely left-leaning House leadership.

Either the president-elect demands it be overhauled in the Senate or we will know in the first month just how far to the left the new president really is on matters domestic. At least then we can put away the idea that he is about transforming politics. Pork and payoffs by any other name are still pork and payoffs.

“Mark Steyn on wishing for successful leadership here, while recognizing the futility of hoping for failed leadership in Gaza “

HH: You know, Mark Steyn, yesterday as the current President talked to the talk show hosts about the incoming president, it is clear what you said is held quite sincerely by the current President, that everybody wants Obama to succeed. You know, I don’t think the left understands it. That may be the essential difference between them and us.

MS: Well, I think the President is a genuinely gracious man in that respect. People hate Bush. I saw some nutter letter in my local newspaper this morning from some idiot who thinks that Obama’s priority should be to impeach Bush.

    HH: (laughing)

MS: Bush has suffered a torrent of abuse these last eight years, and has taken it very graciously, and has always been personally gracious to people, in fact, who have treated him disgracefully. And I think history, you know, in a way, the parody of Bush is so absurd that history, the revisionist history, will start with him a lot earlier than it did with other presidents.

HH: Now I do believe that the worst enemies of the new President are going to be his alleged allies in the Congress. And this afternoon, we finally got a look at the stimulus bill, and it’s a monster. It’s a disaster, Mark Steyn.

    MS: Right. Yup.

This is applicable for foreigners who would like to continue their study in Indonesia at the beginner or intermediate level.

Unfortunately, I can’t find a specific website that would detail how to do that.

Do you want me to ask him if he can find some information from the 60’s when barry was a student in Indonesia?

Like I said. He told my fiance a few months ago that you had to be a citizen to go to public schools. But he has been in the US for years now so he was probably talking about when he lived in Indonesia

Yes, Hockey, that would be great, if your fiance’s friend would be willing to do it. Also, on the site you provided, it appears more about learning the Indonesian language than it does for going to actual elementary or middle schools. Please convey that message to your friend and thank him for doing this.

What the HE!! will it take to have “standing”????? SCOTUS should be “denying with comment” so we know how the heck to modify the cases. If I were Berg, I would really question that closed door meeting now.

We still have that “sealed” case from Berg. We are all hoping the seal will be lifted to day. They all seem very confident that once the seal is lifted, the info/proof can be put out there for all of us to see. They say it is BIG–God I hope so!

  45. Tenacity Says:

We must not rely on anyone in Washington to help. They have been petitioned in a multitude of ways now and have consistently denied all legitimate response to give standing to the people. The constitution requires that they respond and they have positioned themselves in a totalitarian posture to deny all petition for redress.

This is why all patriots must hitch our wagon to a single effort. We must channel all of our resources (unify) toward restoring and preserving our constitution. We The People Congress has the inertia and the plan needed at this time. I’m not saying that Bob Schulz should be president or that he has not made any mistakes, but there is no question that the plan for a Continental Congress is the best one going right now. If we can gather enough mass (people) to support the CC, then we can have a real impact. You see the groundwork has been laid. WTP has repeatedly formally petitioned the members of Congress on various constitutional abuses and have been denied the proper constitutionally required response. The constitution provides for the appropriate remedy…a Continental Congress to establish the people’s course of action. The time for petition is past and the time for action is now. This call for a Continental Congress is the prescribed solution granted by our forefathers.

You can definitely be a tremendous help with this. If you are willing, please have Rose or Cindy share your contact information with me or vice versa.

This is an apolitical (non-partisan) effort that is focus on forcing the government to secure the rights of the people by restoring and preserving the constitution. It is a peaceful revolution. This is bigger than the We The People Foundation. It is simply being organized by them and all others than join in the effort. There were representatives of various parties at the meeting and Schulz made a point of keeping discussions non-partisan.

When I visited the link you provided, it appears that those granted orders are for certiorari only. I don’t see any injunctions listed at all. Maybe there’s still hope?

  48. Tenacity Says:

First of all, WTPF is not against paying those taxes that are lawfully required. The constitution prohibits a direct tax (on labor) that is not proportioned. The IRS has no constitutional authority to directly tax the income derived from individual labor. This is a huge fraud that has been perpetrated on the people. Before 1913, for over 137 years, the government operated just fine without taxing labor. There are a multitude of ways that we are all taxed that are lawful and constitutionally authorized. The interesting part is that very little, if any of our income tax goes to pay for the items listed in the post above. Most of that is funded by property taxes and corporate income tax.

People truly need to be educated and most are not. If you view the link that Slider posted yesterday, you will see that many have bucked the fraud perpetrated about the 16th Amendment, the Federal Reserve (privately owned and unconstitutional) and the IRS. Some have been successful and some have gone to jail, even though they were just exercising their constitutional rights. This is precisely the totalitarian posture that I was speaking of. We have all been accused of having our tin foil hats. Don’t allow the uneducated and the programmed disinformation deceive you. You need to understand the constitution and that the government is in direct violation of it. As I do my homework, I am coming to realize how much of a police state I have been living in. All I ask is that you keep an open mind at this point, because our Republic is at risk.

  49. Foxtrot Says:

Press Releases related to Plains Radio and Stephen Pidgeon

    Greetings fellow Patriots,

Stephen Pidgeon asked to have the following conveyed to Plains Radio Network:

Discordant publicity is affecting his ability to complete this research. He is literally getting different degrees of heat from across the globe, from all sides. The closer we get, the hotter things become and the greater the need for precise communications. Earlier communication miscues aside, for now, Stephen will provide information he is ready to release to Plains Radio Network through me. I will write the press release, and after I show them to Ed, place them here.

Stephen believes that we must all stand together! This is very important to all of us. Stephen asks that each of us stay focused and not lose sight of our purpose. He said, “We must not allow anything to divide us. Stay strong, stay united. We are a far cry from being done with the research. Also, the litigation strategies have just begun.” He continued, “There is no need for division in the ranks tearing each other down.”

Currently we have the following activities taking place:

    * A London Solicitor is working on the UK connection
    * We have Operatives on both coasts looking for the POE information
    * We have SERIOUS leads in Seattle
    * A few leads in DC are being followed
    * Related to the Immigration and Naturalization Document number CD E509B TECX SQSQPQ, released earlier, there is follow-up underway. (Nope, no document yet… but this is NOT discouraging news….)

Stephen is scheduled to be on Plains Radio tonight. He is in the middle of a trial that has gone longer then expected. He will call in once he gets out of court. There is a 2 hours time zone difference… So I am not able to say exactly what time he will be on.

Stephen met with some of the Plaintiffs on Broe vs Reed last night. He has a second meeting planned. He will update us on this meeting.

Stephen says “Let everyone know, that this issue will never be moot as long as Obama is President.” He does not want us to get into a feeding frenzy over the looming inauguration.

If you have questions or research for Stephen, please direct it to me. Because of the flood of email, he is behind in responding to email.

Please feel free to quote me on this release.

  80. Foxtrot Says:

Sorry, had to pop back in after seeing this press release about Pigeon.

Honestly, who divulges what they are in the midst of obtaining, before they obtain it?? No one with a brain, that’s who!!! Seriously, it is like inviting Obama to intervene and intercept all of it. Pigeon to Obama: Come on and try and stop me from getting it! I dare you . . . I double dare you! What a fool! Intelligent people would play it close to the vest until they have the proof in the grubby little hands. I know I would.

  81. Foxtrot Says:

Katie, I see someone used my post here, over at CW to countermand your post. I hope it wasn’t taken that way. It is really just a “word of caution” for everyone to do due diligence about the people involved with the cause. Just to be safe.

  82. Foxtrot Says:

I hate the dentist! I would rather go to the doctor 10 times than the dentist! I didn’t have the same experience of JAC, but I remember the pain to this day. Certain that is the root of my fear. Of course, no one can take me until next week. Ugh!

  83. Foxtrot Says:

I have to go. My hubby is picking me up early for a charity function. I will try to check back in later! Remember . . . ROSETTA GANG ROCKS!

  85. Tenacity Says:

Did you notice Vierra in that Tax Video you posted?

  86. Tenacity Says:

I was concerned that may happen. As this heats up and it will. We need to be aware that this is a public forum.

  87. Rob Says:

I watched the Tax Video this morning. To say I was stunned is understated… not so much that it is true but rather that it seems to have slipped in right under our noses!

  88. justanamericancindy4 Says:

what is bad is that, even as interest generates we reallty have no place for them to go…….. Sorry Ten but I’m not impressed with WTP’s website..

stabs to the constitution have happened almost since the beginning..
more disregard happens each time they are able to get by with something once…..

  90. sdee Says:

if anyone is interested here is a link actual robbery plan Congress is planning to stimulate us all. It reads like it was written by a high school economics student. They use terms like “bang for the buck” and credit “crunch”. The multi-billion dollar line items have but a paragraph description.

Well as he promised, there won’t be any pork added to Bills under Bo’s watch – their just planning one great big pig pickin’ up front.

  91. justanamericancindy4 Says:

I bet most polititions don’t even know the wording of the constitution…

except the 5th…… what they can use in court

  92. Rob Says:

True, Just. Even so, it boggles the mind to think how many people are unaware of the information I saw this morning. And that’s just ONE issue. It rings evermore true that people truly are taken captive for lack of knowledge. What we think is freedom, isn’t really freedom at all. It’s a bit overwhelming…

  93. justanamericancindy4 Says:

look at abortion, as another example …
the 13th amendment abolished slavery… people could not be property

isn’t another way of looking at the unborn is they are considered properly that can be disposed of…

that is just example….. argumentative yes,….. but a provoking thought

  94. justanamericancindy4 Says:

    hey sdee

didn’t want you to think we didn’t know you were there

  95. Rob Says:

Just, I am unwaveringly pro-life. I have personal opinions as to why people abort innocent lives. I can honestly say I’ve never thought of it in terms of “slavery”.

  96. Rob Says:

make that “EVER” thought, not never. Typing with my toes, apparently!~

  97. Rob Says:

Nope… “never” was good. It’s been a long day.

House leaders moved this week to repeal the tax break for banks even as the Senate voted to help many of those same institutions by releasing the second $350 billion of the widely unpopular Wall Street bailout. Many lawmakers are unhappy with the results after the Bush administration spent the first $350 billion, making them wary of helping banks in the stimulus package.”

and this is the stupidity we are facing. so they werent happy with the first 350, so they are giving them another 350 bil.

in the BOLD. So the banking industry needs help? so they are gonna repeal their tax cuts making them pay more all they while giving them more money because they need it…..BRILLIANT!!!!!

  100. justanamericancindy4 Says:

once you get it into you head that way it is kind hard to shake loose…
    I don’t know,… was just my 2 cents….

But it is one heck of an arguement to pro abortionist…. they get speachless… lol

  101. Tenacity Says:

The shortfalls in WTF’s internet exposure is precisely the weak link. They need help in this area. We can help and it seems to be the best game in town to me. 102. justanamericancindy4 Says:

Can anybody give me tips on how to maneuver on the Obamacrimes website? I keep seeing postings by Linda here at Rosetta’s but can’t seem to ever find them on the actual site. It’s a bit confusing to navigate over there – at least to me.

  106. sdee Says:

sliderblaze wrote: ””so they are gonna repeal their tax cuts making them pay more all they while giving them more money because they need it””

They do not want to help the banks the want to own the banks.

Same reasoning behind the stimulus giveaway – they handout our hard earned money to special interests who contribute to campaigns and give the kickbacks – effectively owning their a$$es. They they but us so deeply in debt the own our a$$es.

Once they own the banks they get to say who gets car, business and home loans.

They all buy tropical island homes and big city penthouses.

    Control by crisis.

    From Obamacrimes
I’m just fascinated by the crookedness of Barry’s mother with using aliases and spelling differences and initials for different transactions all over the country. There seems to be a connection to the Ford Foundation and some real estate scam, and organ selling with doctors all over the world.

It seems she started this in Indonesia and came back and moved to New York right down the block from Ford Foundation and around the same time Barry was going to Columbia. Go figure. Maya has a New York tax lien also.

No wonder Barry is trying to hide his past.

By the way the Ford Foundation is the organization funding most of the Marxist / Communist groups Barry has associated himself with over the past 20 years.

Oh yeah. I forgot to mention. The new Treasury Secretary designate is the son of Barry’s mother’s boss at the Ford Foundation.

  133. sliderblaze Says:

uh oh…….come on snow storm, we havent had a good one since….96 we’re about due

Here you see the contributing factors to what could turn into a pretty potent winter storm. Simply, there is going to be a transfer of energy from the low pressure system coming across the Great Lakes to a new one developing over the Southeast. Though the first storm can bring up to 3 to 6 inches of snow, it’s the coastal low that we are most concerned about.

As you well know, a rapidly developing system along the East Coast can put down a lot of snow in a hurry. That’s because Atlantic moisture is right there for the taking. Plus, the circulation of the storm is able to shove all the moisture up and over the cold air covering the interior. The tremendous lift that goes on is what causes the heavy snow.

On the day before John F. Kennedy was inaugurated, a storm of this nature exploded on the coast and dumped 1-2 feet from eastern Pennsylvania to New England. The District of Columbia had 7 inches of snow from the storm, followed by very cold weather for Kennedy’s inauguration.

To be real honest with you, I’m so jaded by everything happening, I don’t see any REAL hope for change without something close to another civil war.

Our country truly has been taken over by an ideology that should never have seen the light of day in the U.S.

All I keep thinking about is the ACLU, “progressives” (meaning socialists) running our educational facilities, our courts, our governmental agencies, our media institutions, and realizing that we don’t have much hope to reverse the course we are on.

Let’s face it. No one wants to deal with accountability (or consequences) socialy, spiritually, financially, legally, or otherwise. We really are a spoiled nation that has forgotten how to struggle and make our own way in this world. There are excuses for everything and if we “the people” continue to give those in power, the power they crave, we will become slaves of those people; if we haven’t already.

The whole thing just depresses me.

How in the hell did this guy, with his beliefs (so contrary to the foundation of this nation) gain so much power so fast?? …. and to do so on a GLOBAL SCALE???

I honestly think that God is showing us EXACTLY what time it is…….

  147. justanamericancindy4 Says:

You can go and live in Japan but you can’t become Japanese. And he went through various different countries like that, but the man said anyone from any corner of the world can come to America and become an American. (Applause)

I know that we know that any American child now also, no matter what corner of the world his father or mother comes from, can even become president of the United States. What a wonderful national story for us. This nation rightfully feels the hope of change.”

  158. Tenacity Says:

Interesting. Vieira says that with a usurper as POTUS, no act of congress can become law because it will never have been presented to a legitimate President. Someone had previously said that Congress would be able to enact a law because it would have become law after the prescribed time period passed when the President failed to sign or veto. Vieira says NO, because the time period for the President to sign or veto will never have started since no President will have had the opportunity to veto. (my summary of what I heard him say).

  159. Tenacity Says:

FYI: I am Terry from Colorado and I am on hold at Plains Radio.
