Assyrians – King Sennacherib

http://iraqthemodel.blogspot.com/

In UK Blair had purple paint thrown at him from the Gallery at the Houses of Parliament.

Many others had rotten eggs and tomatoes tossed onto them. The deputy prime minister of UK punched, like a boxer a guy who threw something on him in protest.

That shoes incident and it is as such an incident was another item which went with the territory.

Therefore, those shoes may have made history but it showed disregards to the soldiers who gave this jerk the freedom to behave badly as he did.

Thanks Soldiers.

Many Iraqis I spoke with today in Baghdad felt ashamed by association.

They are speechless.

They are very sorry about what happended.

Kind regards

From MNFIRAQ

It only takes one person to affect change. I am a firm believer in this and have seen it over and over again in my own life and my commitment to the community and others. We have millions on our side. The truth will prevail and Obama will not last as POTUS.

Curiouser and curiouser. ABC Chicago claims he’s been working with investigators since last summer on Blago’s attempt to trade state funding for an airport Jackson was championing in exchange for control of the airport’s board. That doesn’t prove JJJ wasn’t involved in the pay-to-play scheme for the Senate seat, but it does mean he’d have to have been an even bigger moron than Blagojevich to try something dirty knowing that Fitzgerald was closing in. Which, needless to say, is unlikely. Also needless to say, the feds are hanging him out to dry by not confirming his assistance. His reputation’s taken enough of a hit that he’s probably out of the running for Obama’s seat unless they step up and rehabilitate him. What’s the hold up if Blagojevich has been arrested?
No word from ABC on whether its sources came from Jackson’s camp or the feds. Exit question: If the story’s true, why didn’t Jackson warn his brother not to go throwing any fundraisers for Blago that maybe kinda sorta might seem suspiciously timed to coincide with the Senate appointment? And follow-up question: Why did other sources tell the Sun-Times just four days ago that the feds aren’t ready to clear Jackson just yet? Click the image to watch.

i found what I was looking for…sorry I didn’t get back sooner to let you know Fox. I wrote a letter – it is long and I hope she will read it (I think it was good). Anyway, it felt good to do something that felt somewhat constructive.

I like hearing that Rahm was SO proactive with Blago. He had to have said something ethically unsound, don’t ya think? I am just afraid that Obama has the dreaded plausible deniability… man, he is a slippery cat.

  14. Foxtrot Says:

JAC — no I don’t know anyone off the top of my head, but I will ask around asap. If I find a playpen I will let you know.

Lyn — I read that CNN is speculating that Jesse Jackson Jr. was probably wearing a “wire” with Blago. Can’t find that it was ever substantiated but that is their theory.

Mom- So happy you wrote the letter. I wrote mine too!

Did everyone else write to the good woman Representative of Ohio, as was discussed on the previous thread? She is one way to get our cause into the Congress before they certify the Electoral votes. (see post on other thread)

  15. Foxtrot Says:

As to Jesse Jackson Jr., I don’t know why CNN would say they thought Jackson was wearing the wire because clearly it was not Jackson who spoke directly to Blago on the tape—at least not the portion of the tape we heard. I know there are over 300 hours of tape so maybe he did it on other tapes we have not heard yet. Who knows? Usually CNN won’t throw something remote out there like that unless they have some sort of inside scoop!

“Jackson Jr. cooperated with feds on governor probe
    Tuesday, December 16, 2008 6:07 PM EST
    The Associated Press
By DON BABWIN Associated Press Writer

CHICAGO (AP) — Shortly after his 2002 election, Gov. Rod Blagojevich told Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. he didn’t appoint the congressman’s wife as lottery director because he had refused him a $25,000 campaign donation, a person familiar with the conversation told The Associated Press on Tuesday.

“Blagojevich went out of his way to say, ‘You know I was considering your wife for the lottery job and the $25,000 you didn’t give me? That’s why she’s not getting the job,'” the person said, speaking on condition of anonymity because of the ongoing federal investigation.”

  43. sliderblaze Says:

uh oh, its a jrinNC siting….lol

i love it when they eat their own.

i still think it’s just rumor, jes jr def. wanted that seat….

  44. sba1872 Says:

    Hey, jrinNC!

You know that jesse jr. article sort of fits in with the tapped conversation where Blago says he wants “up front” money from Candidate #5 because he was burned before by that candidate. Maybe he meant because he didn’t get the $25,000 to appoint Jesse Jr.’s wife to the lottery commission.

  45. Foxtrot Says:

Hi All! As I said earlier, CNN is reporting that they thought Jesse Jackson Jr. was an informant. They usually don’t state that kind of scoop unless they have some information on it.

As a Democrat, I had high hopes for Jesse Jackson Jr. He is intelligent, he doesn’t rhyme like his father (hehe), and he has done alot for the community. I still hope he was an informant, instead of being involved in this whole mess.

  46. Foxtrot Says:

Mom– I would strongly encourage you to send your letter to your State Senators and Reps. I sent my letter to my State Rep and Congressman. Every little bit helps! I really outlined, in detail, why they need to look at the Obama citizenship. I made it easy for them, so they didn’t have to do any work.

this was writtn awhile ago, but it is indeed worth a re read….always follow the money

  48. jrinNC Says:

Article I quoted also said: “Jackson spokesman Kenneth Edmonds declined to comment on the account of the exchange shortly after Blagojevich’s 2002 election but said the congressman, the son of civil rights activist Jesse Jackson, has approached federal investigators to discuss the governor and others for years.

“He has shared information with federal prosecutors about public corruption during the past several years, including information about Blagojevich and others,” Edmonds said.”

Guess he was trying to be like BamBam to get rid of all the competition. LOL

  49. Foxtrot Says:

Slider — of course Jesse Jackson wanted that seat. Heck, I would want that seat! I got into politics initially because I knew I would run someday myself and wanted to learn all the “ins and outs” of it. I didn’t know it would turn into a career of running campaigns! It is not a crime to want the seat, so I hope he comes out clean in all of this.

  50. jrinNC Says:

Or maybe he really is an honest person and wants to see all the corruption ended.

  51. Foxtrot Says:

It is also good to know that Jesse Jackson Jr. was approached with the $25K Pay for Play before and turned it down! Let’s give credit where credit is due! That is a good sign and it speaks volumes.

  52. Foxtrot Says:

Here, here jrinNC! Call me Pollyanna, but that is an option too!

Pelosi’s response, according to several Democratic sources: It is “an internal House Democratic Caucus matter, and we’ll handle it.” … “Specifically, Pelosi has told Emanuel that she wants to know when representatives of the incoming administration have any contact with her rank-and-file Democrats — and why, sources say.”

Here is something to ponder . . . do we all think that SCOTUS is going to hear Berg’s case on the 9th so that the Congress will have certified the votes, thereby making him President Elect so they can THEN rule in our favor on the case? The argument being that they cannot apply the law to someone who is a “candidate” vs. someone who has been certified. I am sooooooo hoping this is true. It would make sense, especially since they have not dismissed Berg’s case and it has been with them the longest!

Absolutely not!!!!….That would make them all accessories to the crime of installing a usurper

  119. sliderblaze Says:

    i hope so FOX

  120. Foxtrot Says:

No it wouldn’t Troy. If they interpret the law to be that they cannot act as long as he is not “installed or certified” then they HAVE to wait. It makes complete sense. It is also a good sign that they didn’t simply dismiss Berg’s case outright. Why else would there be such a delay unless they were planning on hearing it. I really hope I am right on this one.

  121. Troy Says:

    We’ll see…I hope so!!!

  122. Foxtrot Says:

I truly think Berg’s case has a shot! Also, he has been adding exhibits (proof) to his case all along. I think Linda Starr is right. I think it will be heard by SCOTUS and Obama may have to prove his citizenship. Thank goodness Berg had the sense to ask for multiple documents for “proof” and not just the birth certificate. He also asked for the college records, etc. I think Obama is sweating bullets right now, between the Blago debacle and the Berg case! Honestly, if he truly was born in the U.S. he would have just presented it already to get everyone off his back. It is very logical. Why bring on this added stress if he doesn’t have to.

  123. sliderblaze Says:

i have to agree with foxy on this one. if all the lower courts dismissed on lack of standing and the supremes agreed, why wait this long, wasnt bergs issued before leos and corts?

A private investigator has released to WND an affidavit that casts doubt on whether Barack Obama’s family lived at the address listed in the published notice of his birth in 1961.

Jorge Baro was hired by WND to investigate issues related to Obama’s birth amid allegations the Democrat does not meet the Constitution’s requirement that a president be a “natural born citizen.”

Baro’s affidavit documents an interview his staff conducted with Beatrice Arakaki, who has lived at 6075 Kalanianaole Highway in Honolulu since before Obama was born.

The affadivit is at the center of a federal lawsuit filed prior to the November election in Hattiesburg, Miss., before U.S. District Judge Keith Starrett. The suit is one of several yet to be adjudicated that calls for proof of Obama being a “natural born citizen” as required by the Constitution.

Baro is the in-house senior investigator for Elite Legal Services, LLC, in Royal Palm Beach, Fla.

More papers filed in Alan Keys’ case. Hearing date set for March 13,2009.

    services.saccourt.com/publicdms2/DefaultDMS.aspx

The California Sec. of State is requesting dismissal and filed a Demurrer (respondent basically states that even if petitioner’s statements are true, the petition should be dismissed because they are insufficient or legally defective). Basis of request for dismissal:

“A. The Secretary of State Has No Legal Duty, And No Discretion, to Demand detailed Proof of Citizenship From Presidential Candidates.
    B. The Petition is Moot As Against the Secretary of State.
    C. By Waiting Until After the Election to Seek Relief, Petitioners’ Claim is Barred by the Doctrine of Laches.
    D. Petitioners May Seek Relief at the Federal Level.”

More on the response: “ …the allegations in the petition reveal that Petitioners were aware of rumors and innuendo concerning Obama’s citizenship as early as August 21, 2008. … Given these facts, and the statutory deadlines facing the Secretary of State, Petitioners’ lengthy and unexplained delay in filing this action was objectively unreasonable… consequences of granting the requested relief at this late date, after voting has concluded, would constitute damage not only to the Secretary of State, but also to the voting public and the President-Elect.” (??).

Then the pleading concludes saying that the Sec. of State “lacks a duty, and arguably the discretion, to demand a particular form of proof of citizenship from presidential candidates. In any case, the petition is moot because the Secretary of State already has discharged the statutory duties which Petitioners seek to enjoin. Finally, Petitioners waited too long to bring this challenge and have a remedy on the Federal Level.”
The argument of lashes seems presposterous to me considering that there were so many other lawsuit dismissed for lack of standing.

The CA SoS is an idiot. Some of the response actually demonstrates the damage that has been caused by the SoS’s negligence. I always see laches as an argument, but have never seen a judge pay any attention to it. It’s like its something attorneys do automatically whether it makes sense or not. The scary part of the SoS’s argument is that it doesn’t matter how stupid it is, the judge will use any lame excuse to dodge the poison chalice.

    Hi, Tenacity!

How are you tonight? I read that article at wnd about the investigator’s affidavit and the birth announcement. On that Obama’s neighborhood website I posted the link to the other day, there’s a picture of the birth announcement with that address. At the video link, there’s a video narrated by a “local film producer” who was a childhood friend of The One. It’s called “Madelyn Dunham and Barack Obama The American Dream” by Tom Boyle It’s very funny because he keeps talking about how patriotic Obama is or how much he loves America. And as he takes you through “the old neighborhood” in Hawaii, he shows you where Little BO played basketball and the Baskin Robbins where he worked (all small-town America stuff) and at one point, he shows the apartment building where BO spent most of his childhood living with his grandparents and he makes a point of saying that the building is “right across the street from the hospital” where The One was born. I am geographically challenged, but I think that that is the Kapi’olani Medical Center for Woman and Children. I wonder how far the address in the newspaper birth announcement is from Kapi’olani. Actually, the entire site is a hoot. If you have time, you should visit and get to know the gang at Mr. Obama’s Neighborhood.

  192. Tenacity Says:

    soul,
pissant posts some good stuff. We need to invite them over here. All that stuff about the SCOTUS strikes me as pure speculation. Whatever the Supremes excuses/reasonings are, in my mind they are gutless for not clearly defining “Natural Born Citizen” at their earliest convenience. They have had the authority and power to set this election straight and have totally failed to date. I just hope they buck up soon, but I wouldn’t bet on it.

  193. Tenacity Says:

    sba,
I’m behind as usual, but well. Thanks for asking. How much credibility do you give anyone posting a nice memory article on The One?

They just look at me like I’m crazy and say that the SCOTUS aren’t going to do anything about it even if it is true. I generally agree with them which is sad in itself. So, now I just lurk from site to site and read on the updates and hope to see something new/different/good. Where HAVE all the scrotums gone in this world?!?!?!?

  196. sliderblaze Says:

  197. sba1872 Says:

    Tenacity,

Sorry, didn’t see your post directed to me. Yes, I agree with you re buying laches as a defense. But we probably can’t expect the lower court judges to stick their necks out on these cases. In fact, the lamer the underlying decision is, the better reason there is for the appellate court (read: the ultimate appellate court, SCOTUS) to take up the case. But it’s pretty clear to me that the Supremes will not touch this. This is grossly disappointing, but I’ve accepted it. If they do otherwise, well, he who expects nothing is never disappointed.

I’m one of the lurkers out here that appreciate so much following your links and the helpful information. You guys and gals are not only providing a great service to the rest of us that question Obama’s eligibility, but this is the most pleasant site I’ve visited.

I just wanted to pop in because I noticed that SBA1872 wondered how far the Kalanianaole address was from Kapiolani Medical Center. The address in the birth announcement is in an area of Honolulu called Hawaii Kai, which is about 10 miles (give or take a couple) from Kapiolani. When I first started researching Obama and noticed that address, I was surprised that they might have lived there since Hawaii Kai is a more affluent area and they were supposed to be struggling students on food stamps. I wish I could contribute more information. If I were still in Hawaii, I’d have done a lot of research.

Thank you all again for keeping us lurkers so well informed.

  312. sliderblaze Says:

Yes i went, just cus i was curious, great show, he seems to have swithced his tact a lil bit tho, i havent seen the recent show, but i listen to him on the radio

  313. Lucy22 Says:

SBA – I’ve always wondered the same about the food stamps. I couldn’t understand why she would be on food stamps since Grandma was a bank VP and Grandpa was a salesman. I’m sure if their daughter was left alone with a child they would have made sure they were taken care of. I’ve tried to research the scholarship thing also. Punahou does give scholarships, but they can be as small as $200.00. They only thing I could come up with is that maybe Grandma had connections and it was done as a favor to her. He made it known that he wasn’t a great student so I’d have to think it wasn’t a scholastic scholarship.

  314. sba1872 Says:

Blago was pissed “they” wanted him to sit tight for 2 years he wanted his “pay” now. so who is They? Rohm for Barky?

Yes! That’s what I believe. (read it in the affidavit, I think) It was stated that “it” would have to be later, so as not to have the President-elect’s finger prints on it.
That was in the affidavit, right?

  317. justanamericancindy4 Says:

Slider, this particular show is more of a personal story, about Christmas and a sweater his mom knit for him that he hated and never wore and then she offed herself and he still has the sweater and it makes him sad AND happy at times. 🙂

  320. Tenacity Says:

    Troy,

Are suggesting that That One might be an “Ex-parrot?”

  321. sliderblaze Says:

j.b. yes, they were talking about it being once removed so dingleberrys finger prints wouldnt be on it

  322. j.b. Says:

Well, sba, I’m STILL hungry cuz I have not moved for some time now! 😦

  323. j.b. Says:

Okay! Dinglebarry is my new favorite nic for thug prez -erect.

  324. sba1872 Says:

    Lucy,

Re the Punahou scholarship, my thinking is that he would only be eligible for any type of scholarship based upon his Hawaiian roots so that’s why he went back to Barry Obama, having just come from Indonesia, where he was known as Barry Soetoro. That is the critical point where he shed the Soetoro name, but I haven’t a clue whether that was a legal name change. And the only picture they ever show of BO Sr. and Jr. together was when he was 9 or 10. Maybe Sr., had to sign papers for him. I don’t know. It just seems apparent that BO, the man who introduced himself to the world with 2 (count ’em) 2 autobiographies has something to hide in having all his records sealed. And of all the records I would like to see (after the vault birth certificate), the Punahou scholarship application is number 1.

  325. sliderblaze Says:

    Obama = DingleBerry
    Rahm = Tiny Dancer
Rod = Rod, cus, thats naturally a good one

  326. Tenacity Says:

Given the dialogue this evening, Danglebarry might be more fitting.

  327. j.b. Says:

SBA – I’ve always wondered the same about the food stamps. I couldn’t understand why she would be on food stamps since Grandma was a bank VP and Grandpa was a salesman.

Well, that does not make sense does it? I guess we might as well add WELFARE FRAUD to the laundry list of crimes he and/ or his family have commited. I’m so not above that.

I’ve wondered at times if there even was a scholarship. The reason I’ve wondered is that he might have wanted to portray himself as having grown up “poor”, you know the food stamp thing, etc. I’ve thought he might have wanted the less fortunate to be able to relate to him. Everytime I saw Wright’s video ranting that Clinton didn’t grow up poor like Obama, etc, I kept thinking to myself that can’t be true. From what I understood his step father had a well paying job in Indonesia (I think with Exxon?) and while living with his grandparents he couldn’t be poverty stricken. You have a very good point about the name change and his father visiting possibly to sign off on some paperwork. Like all of you here, I don’t understand why all of these records are sealed.

It seems damn obvious to me that Obama had specifically told the Rev. to sit on the sidelines (off the airwaves) throughout the campaign so as to avoid comparisons in the media.

Jesse may well have felt totally slighted, and out of the massive campaign finance loop. Put yourself in the reverend’s shoes, with that much money swirling around a Dem candidate from Chicago, who is black…and none for him.

Yes! That’s what I believe. (read it in the affidavit, I think) It was stated that “it” would have to be later, so as not to have the President-elect’s finger prints on it.
That was in the affidavit, right?

yes, but of course the MSM never mentions that part, they stop after obama wants to just show appreciation. but the fact they wanted him to wait 2 years and use a third party to give mr/mrs blago the board seat, pretty much tells me Barky the Fraud prince and Rahm or whoever else was negotiating for the seat were playing

    Lucy,

When Obama says “my mother was on food stamps” I always wonder WHEN? Isn’t that building in a nice middle-class neighborhood? That’s where he lived while ON SCHOLARSHIP at Punahou. I’m still searching for ways to find out exactly what scholarship that was.

He has said it was when he was going to Punjab, which makes no sense since he was living with Granny then, so either Mom lied to get food stamps or were Maya and her living with Granny at all during that time?

also something that bothers me, now UHC is important to me (mainly because my son and millions others like him with childhood medical problems that have trouble/can’t get insurance as an adult) and one of his commercials he talked about his mom dieing and spending her time fighting insurance companies,… (now first IF that is true even tho her lawyer son didn’t bother to viosit her, don’t you think HE could have dealt with the insurance companies? BUT more important, Mom lived in Indonesia ect until she got cancer and then came home to Hawaii to die, so how did she even have insurance?

My other question is WHEN did she finish her degrees? I read somewhere (can’t remeber where) that she was living in Hawaii (starting her divorce) when Barky went to Indonesia and Paak I Staaan in 80 so he couldn;’t have vistied her and Maya (where did Maya go to highschool?

    Troy,

Re Columbia, this is from the old NY Times article. You will notice that Zbigniew Brzezinski is mentioned as being on the faculty at that time. He was one of The One’s earliest supporters of his campaign (and father of Mika of msnbc) but I don’t think I ever read anything he said about The One’s Columbia years. I’m going to do a little sleuthing on that.

    nytimes.com/2007/10/30/us/politics/30obama.html?_r=2&pagewanted=print&oref=slogin

Mr. Obama arrived in New York in August 1981, at age 20, from Occidental College in Los Angeles. According to his memoir, he passed his first night in an alley near 109th Street and Amsterdam Avenue, unable to get into his apartment. The next morning, he bathed at a hydrant alongside a homeless man.

Like other transfer students, Mr. Obama lived off campus and bounced from one apartment to another. For a while, he said, he lived with a Pakistani whom he calls Sadik. He recalls that when he lived in a walk-up on East 94th Street, he would chat with his Puerto Rican neighbors about the Knicks or the sound of gunfire at night.

He writes that “it was only now that I began to grasp the almost mathematical precision with which America’s race and class problems joined; the depth, the ferocity, of resulting tribal wars; the bile that flowed freely not just out on the streets but in the stalls of Columbia’s bathrooms as well,” where the graffiti was both racist and anti-Semitic.

In a long profile of Mr. Obama in a Columbia alumni magazine in 2005, in which his Columbia years occupied just two paragraphs, he called that time “an intense period of study.”

“I spent a lot of time in the library. I didn’t socialize that much. I was like a monk,” he was quoted as saying.

He said he was somewhat involved with the Black Student Organization and anti-apartheid activities, though, in recent interviews, several prominent student leaders said they did not remember his playing a role.

One person who did remember Mr. Obama was Michael L. Baron, who taught a senior seminar on international politics and American policy. Mr. Baron, now president of an electronics company in Florida, said he was Mr. Obama’s adviser on the senior thesis for that course. Mr. Baron, who later wrote Mr. Obama a recommendation for Harvard Law School, gave him an A in the course.

Columbia was a hotbed for discussion of foreign policy, Mr. Baron said. The faculty included Zbigniew Brzezinski, the former national security adviser, and Zalmay Khalilzad, now the American ambassador to the United Nations. Half of the eight students in the seminar were outstanding, and Mr. Obama was among them, Mr. Baron said.

Michael J. Wolf, who took the seminar with him and went on to become president of MTV Networks, said: “He was very smart. He had a broad sense of international politics and international relations. It was a class with a lot of debate. He was a very, very active participant. I think he was truly distinctive from the other people in that class. He stood out.”

  383. sba1872 Says:

I know what you’re saying about his mother’s illness to bolster his “I know first-hand how you regular people are suffering in fighting insurance companies” position on health care. I agree. Question: Why would a YOUNG man who has never accomplished ANYTHING and is no person of importance, write TWO autobiographies.

Answer: They were written to serve as cover stories….It has already been determined that Ayers either co-wrote or entirely wrote one of the books.

Obama has been a protoge of Bill Ayers since 1981 or 1982 and Ayers has groomed him for years to be a politician…I’ll bet that neither one of them thought that Obama would ever reach this high of a level.

    Foxtrot wrote:

Here is something to ponder . . . do we all think that SCOTUS is going to hear Berg’s case on the 9th so that the Congress will have certified the votes, thereby making him President Elect so they can THEN rule in our favor on the case? The argument being that they cannot apply the law to someone who is a “candidate” vs. someone who has been certified. I am sooooooo hoping this is true. It would make sense, especially since they have not dismissed Berg’s case and it has been with them the longest!

What you’re overlooking here is the fact that Berg’s case before the Supreme Court has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not Obama is a natural born citizen or whether or not he qualifies for the office of President.

What Berg’s case is about is appealing the decisions of the lower courts, which ruled that Berg didn’t have standing to bring his case in the first place. The only thing the Supreme Court will be ruling on, should they accept the case, is the issue of standing.

    Here’s a little synopsis:

Berg to Western District Court: Obama’s not a natural born citizen and doesn’t qualify to hold the office of President.

Western District Court to Berg: You don’t have standing to bring such a case.

Berg to Third Circuit Court of Appeals: I wish to appeal the decision of the District Court that I don’t have standing.

Third Circuit Court of Appeals to Berg: We agree with the District Court. You don’t have standing.

Berg to Supreme Court: I wish to appeal the decision of the Third Circuit Court that I don’t have standing.

    That’s where things are now.

There are two scenarios left should the Supreme Court consider Berg’s case:

    Scenario 1:

Supreme Court to Berg: We agree with the lower courts. You don’t have standing. Goodbye.

    Scenario 2:

Supreme Court to Berg: We think the District Court should review its decision. Go back to the District Court.

In other words, even if Berg prevails with the Supreme Court, nothing happens with regard to Obama. All it means is that the case goes back to the District Court for review, and the ball will be back in the lower court’s court.

    k

  392. sba1872 Says:

While it’s true that Berg’s case was tossed on the issue of standing, thus preventing any consideration of the actual merits, it’s my understanding that an appellate court can do pretty much anything it wants. That is, it can affirm, reverse and remand, or reverse and retain for whatever reason it wants. That being said, I have absolutely no expectations that SCOTUS will do anything other than affirm the dismissal on lack of standing. He who expects nothing is never disappointed.

  393. sba1872 Says:

Some rambling thoughts from the twilight zone. I love the 2nd ammendment. Seen several news reports from around the world. Just a guy thing but, .223 is described as the “NATO” round and 7.62-39 is the “Warsaw Pact” round. Probably the most available ammo available to anyone who likes to target shoot. Most popular civilan long rifles that shoot these rounds are the AR15 and AK47 or SKS, the 3 are extremely fun to shoot. A good AR is far more accurate that an AK or SKS. However, AK’s and SKS’s are workhorses and can shoot under most circumstances. The AR has much tighter tolerances and requires high maintenance. Either choice is good because ammo is cheap and readily available.

In handguns I like the Glock 22 in .40 and any .357. The Glock is a workhorse and for that reason, in auto-loads I like it the best. The .357 is a revolver round and I love it because of the simplicity and the low jam factor. Both are easy to find ammo’s and are fun to shoot.

My favorite shotgun is the Mossburg 500. Changeable barrels and chokes and fairly inexpensive. Remington ain’t bad but in my lowly opinion the Mossburg is a little better in quaity and options.

I thank God for our 2nd Ammendment. I also thank Him for giving me a place where I go out my back door and shoot targets without having to go to pay at a range and spend money to shoot.

At times tho’ it becomes jaw-droppingly bizarre – so that we can have 2 posters on here discussing seriously that “we” or “they” ( Both pronouns unspecified further ) may have to “take the country back” at the point of a gun.
Yes, folks, there are some bloggers here who are beginning to believe that the USA is heading for a Civil War over an Obama Presidency.
I know, I know, it’s absolutely bizarre thinking, but its provenance is easily comprehended. The 2 bloggers who shared these irrational fears ( repressed desires, more like ) spend very large amounts of time on here, as far as i can tell, and have reached a point where they seem to believe that the 20 or so regular dwellers on here ( it’s no more than that, and not a large number of “itinerants” pass through ) represent a numerically significant body of opinion in contemporary American political thinking.
One of these 2 later suggests someone needs to organize a Feedom march.
If these people didn’t live on this site ( oh, i know they slum it from time to time down the road at similarly eccentric right-wing sites ) they would have gleaned the information that a number of marches against Obama or centred on demands of him, have been publically advertised before and after November 4th ( there was an attempt to get thousands out on the steps of the Supreme Court when Berg appealed before the Nov 4th date – could never find one news story about it, but understand about a dozen people turned out ). In the latest ‘march” a blogger on one of these sites self-deprecatingly corrected another poster’s calculation of about 10 people – she said she was actually a part of that protest and that it had attracted the magnificent total of 24 marchers.
Can these 2 misguided posters ( Slide-it-in and Troytee-frutee, who are continuously giving each other gigantic thrills up their respective legs with their attempts at the sort of sexual jokes made by 15 year old schoolboys ) not see that they are part of one of the most miserably inward-looking, tiny protest groups in the history of Presidential opposition? So much for the Internet opening up a wonderful world of information at one’s fingertips. It has instead allowed these 2 boys to hide from reality and get daily closer to paranoid delusion.
Reading their contributions today, i had genuine shivers up my spine as i kept thinking of Timothy McVeigh.
I shall follow their progress ( a.k.a. deterioration ) with care, concern, and…well, with pleasure, i’m afraid.

There may be a relatively small number of people in this country that knows what’s going on with the bambam citizenship issue. Why, yep, media won’t cover anything negative. But that doesn’t change the facts. Even when the media “covers” this issue they are not accurate. They don’t investigate. If and when the facts about bambam do get out we will have the last laugh. If they never do, guess what, it still doesn’t change the facts. This will keep going until everyone knows the truth. So why waste the time posting if you don’t agree with what’s being discussed. You can just live in your own denial and move on. Don’t question anything because bambam has already proven he’s honest and transparent!?

  407. hockeyfan530 Says:

throughout the entire election i told my bambam supporting friends they need to do more research on bambam. The mainstream media NEVER said anything negative about him. That alone should tell you there is something being hidden from them. They were so blinded for their misguided hatred for bush, again, thanks to the media, that hitler could have ran and they would have voted for him. People just want to live in ignorance.

wow! holy crap. it’s so true! Pathetic. I wish someone would ask the a poll question as to what nation did bambam have dual citizenship with. I but 10% at the most would know. Including the msm! Instinct my ass! Obviously his instinct is that of a wet noodle. I like the look on the woman’s face. I also like how the guy said we know Obama we don’t know palin. BS! They don’t know obama. How can they. Most of his records are sealed! Why can’t people see that. If you seal most of your records and most of your past you must be hiding something. Why else would you seal it? Now i’m p^&&ed again LOL

That was good video you have on this post, Sister. Here are some great pictures of the reconstructed Gate of Nergal.

Troy. I was in love with every one of the Hills Angels as a young lad. LOL Especially Daphne from the Fraiser show. She is one of the girls Benny used to chase around. Are you being served was another great Brit com. Fawlty Towers is hard to beat.

this is just one issue that they didn’t investigate. how about all of his associations? I never heard one person in the media mention bambam campaigning for Odinga! I think that is one of the biggest, most disturbign association of them all. Not only because who Odinga is but also because it’s Kenya…a little nation that bambam just so happened to have dual citizenship with….interesting…conflict of interest? Nah, not at all…nothing to see hear folks….move along….pay no attention to this…we need to focus on the issues! BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

haha, liberals <————–it is a social disorder

Sliiiiiiiiiiiiderrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! What did I say about this?!?!

  424. hockeyfan530 Says:

If ANY other candidate had 1/2 the associations O has they wouldn’t stand a chance. To add to that he comes out of the most corrupt political machine in the country. But the media, and his followers, believe that O is above it! Yeah, that’s some kick ass instinct! It doesn’t even take instinct…just use common sense and it tells you something stinks.

damn, my furnace shot craps last night. Working from home waiting for the repairman. Wearing socks on my hands to keep warm. Fortunately it’s supposed to be a little warmer today. High of 28. Last 2 days were 17! Great timing huh? And i still have to deal with bambam being, possibly, the next president….When will my luck change!? LOL

  427. Foxtrot Says:

Koyaan- What you’re overlooking here is the fact that Berg’s case before the Supreme Court has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not Obama is a natural born citizen or whether or not he qualifies for the office of President.
    ————————————–

Let’s expand the brain capacity a bit! Everyone knows that SCOTUS won’t actually ask for the information, although, from what I have heard, they do have discretion to do so. That being said, the REAL issue is when they rule in Berg’s favor! For the first time, the MSM will HAVE TO cover this story and it will spread like wildfire. Average citizens wil sit up and take notice for the first time. Groups who were up to this point oblivious, will demand all the records to be unsealed. Congressman will feel pressure to ask Obama for the records, etc, etc. It is about the CHAIN REACTION that will force Obama himself to come clean and open up and provide all the documents. Geeeeeeeeeesh!

  428. Foxtrot Says:

Should say: “Koyaan said” on the top portion of the previous post.

  429. Foxtrot Says:

Slider, I was going to say the same about YOU! LOL!

  430. hockeyfan530 Says:

oh, fox, i certainly hope you are right. Like linda starr said you can’t seal EVERY record. I sure hope they have something that cannot be ignored. If they have one thing, like you said, everything else will follow. It takes a very bad man to be able to lie so much about so many things and still act as if everything is completely normal. obama may be the best con man in history. Very scary.

Okay, TROY, SLIDER and TENACITY (pulling you all by the ear to the nearest corner!)– Are you all obsessed with genitalia? Here we have some lovely new people coming on and complimenting us about “what good information we provide on the Obama birthplace situation” and how “we do our research about the Blago investigation”, and then we show them the non-stop, X rated, comedy show that is the “SLOYTEN SHOW”. You are so much more intelligent and have so much more to offer than sexual inuendo and “gay jokes”. I personally rely on you for your in depth research, historical knowledge, and analysis of what is posted. I don’t mind jokes–I do my fair share–and that is what makes us unique from other sites. But, as someone said in an earlier post “can you imagine what someone would think if they came on and read the posts right about now?”

Now, I will let you out of the corner, if you promise to play nice! LOL!
