“Director Fukino, unable to carve out the words “originating from Hawaii”, “Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth” or even “derived from the Certification of Live Birth he has already released”…left her statement entirely bone dry.”

“So wait, if you say you believe the Certification is authentic…that should end it right there. It doesn’t matter what hospital it was or who the doctor was – the Certification says Hawaii and that ends it.”
Not necessarily. While the majority of time that’s probably true, it isn’t always. And “sometimes”, as it relates to eligibility of those who not only hold, but knowingly and willfully pursue our Presidency, is frequent enough to induce public reasonable doubt and legitimately seek the simple, outstanding closure that would remove it entirely. The statement in this link, http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/Vol06_Ch0321-0344/HRS0338/HRS_0338-0017_0008.htm , coupled with the statement in this link (that speaks to “amended certificates of birth”) http://hawaii.gov/health/vital-records/vital-records/index.html , married to box “7e” from the Certificate linked at the beginning of this post – demonstrate there could very well be detail on a Certification, that does not necessarily denote “natural born” evidence on the Certificate.
I know it’s tricky, and some of you may already be lost. Those who claim there is no outstanding question here, will likely say “Yeah you lost us because you are WRONG!” I’m not. And I don’t know how to put it any more simply for you. If logic has escaped you thus far, please find the nearest adult and ask for their help.
What really made me stop and take 2nd thru “n”th looks at this…was Director Fukino’s statement. This is the statement from which so many base their claim that “the state of Hawaii said he was born there”. I’ll post it again, so you can read it in it’s entirety for yourselves:
Director of Health for the State of Hawaii , Chiyome Fukino: “There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai’i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record. Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai’i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai’i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures. No state official, including Governor Linda Lingle, has ever instructed that this vital record be handled in a manner different from any other vital record in the possession of the State of Hawai’i.”
Factcheck, which like it or not, is not a governing body and in no way oversees or maintains any accountability or legal precedent on anything they post to their website, said of Fukino’s statement, “Department of Health confirmed Oct. 31 that Obama was born in Honolulu ” ( http://www.factcheck.org/elections-2008/born_in_the_usa.html ). That statement, from this website, demonstrates all too clearly that the website is neither non-partisan nor credible. Period. However, the media soon followed, and so did many of you.
But looking at the actual statement, hopefully you’re able to recognize why so many who note that the question has not been answered….walked away from that statement with no more answers than they had before it. I’ve speculated in the past that no statements had been released by the Federal Election Commission, Board of Elections or even the DNC, articulating their having properly vetted Mr. Obama, because they may not have done so. I noted that for them to inject themselves in to this matter, knowing it might someday be exposed that he actually defrauded his way in to power, would net too great of a long-term wound for them to risk. I said, “They would either have to lie on his behalf and put their own names on the line, or release entirely empty statements that really didn’t answer the question.” And then, after that, when this statement was released, it was easy for me to say, “See.” The statement, if read and comprehended with a fair and objective open-mind, only proves 3 things: 1) Barack Obama was born, 2) proof of that birth exists on paper, and 3) the Hawaiian Department of Health is in receipt of that paper. It said nothing of origin, which is interesting, because it was requests for proof of origin that were the purpose for releasing the statement in the first place.
I could tell you right now that I have a drink in front of me. Some of you would claim it’s moonshine or kool-aid, some would claim it’s truth serum. None of you could be sure though, unless I told you what it what it was and where it came from. You can draw all the conclusions you want, based on what you want to believe and my telling you it exists…but unless I tell you what it is, you have no way of knowing.
It’s water, by the way. Cold, clean water.
Director Fukino, unable to carve out the words “originating from Hawaii”, “Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth” or even “derived from the Certification of Live Birth he has already released”…left her statement entirely bone dry.
So, the question survived. It’s not lunacy. It’s not fringe. And it’s not proof of any guilt on Barack Obama’s part. It’s just fact. The question wasn’t answered.
