“Orders from new president to spark lawsuit every time” “Lawyer lining up plaintiff groups until citizenship dispute addressed” By Bob Unruh

A lawyer who is playing a key role in a California lawsuit urging officials to prevent the state’s 55 Electoral College votes from being recorded for Barack Obama until questions about his citizenship

are resolved says he’s organizing plans to challenge, even after the inauguration, every order, every proposal, every piece of paperwork generated by Obama.

“We will file lawsuits on his actions, every time. As long as we have money , we will keep filing lawsuits until we get a decision as to his citizenship status,” Gary Kreep, chief of the United States Justice Foundation, told WND today.

“We’re already talking to groups who are willing to be plaintiffs,” he said.

The issue is much more important than a single candidate, said Judge Roy Moore, the former chief justice of the Alabama Supreme Court and a WND columnist. He now runs the Foundation for Moral Law.

Moore had his own constitutional confrontation when he was removed from his position Alabama Supreme Court chief justice after he refused to remove from state grounds a monument recognizing the Ten Commandments as the foundation for U.S. law.

“We can survive four years of any president; we cannot survive without a Constitution,” he told WND. “This calls for a major investigation. Our Constitution is at stake.”

Moore said the requirement for a president to be a natural-born citizen is clear in the Constitution. The document, he added, provides procedures to amend the requirement, but that hasn’t been done.

“We live under the rule of law,” he warned, “If we start ignoring that. …”

WND columnist Janet Porter, who has investigated the dispute, wrote in her column today that there are too many questions to ignore.

“In Hawaii, a Certification of Live Birth is issued within a year of a child’s birth to those who register a birth abroad or one that takes place outside a hospital,” she said.

She cited the work of Ron Polarik, who holds a Ph.D. in instructional media and specializes in computer graphics with over 20 years experience with computers, printers and typewriters.

“Polarik has submitted a signed affidavit and has now released his findings on video at www.ObamaForgery.com with his identity masked and voice altered to guard against the carrying out of threats, which he has already received,” Porter wrote.

“The Summary: The Certificate of Live Birth documents posted on Mr. Obama’s website www.fightthesmears.com, Daily Kos (a pro-Obama blog) and factcheck.org, (a pro-Obama political research group), were found to be altered and forged,” she said.

The researcher cited problems with pixels in the image and a fold line and a blurry border. He asserts the border is a 2007 version while the seal and signature are from 2008.

Not sure if this has been asked of you yet – what are the chances that you would be asked to testify as an expert witness in addition to your documented summary being entered into evidence?

I’d say that anything is possible. I’m here to serve and defend my country, and our Constitution, if called upon to do so.

am finding it hard to see how this closeup of the fold in Obama’s BC at the seal could be photoshopped in as you claim.

As I said, I am not answering any questions because everything that anyone needs to know, and everything that you just asked me, is fully explained in my report.

So, consider the following a one-time only exception to my stance on answering questions.

I stated in my report that (a) more than one “COLB object” was used for the photos, (b) there were different colors, grades, and textures of paper shown in the photos that are not found in real COLBs, and (c) the Seal itself has major reality issues, meaning that the Seal we are seeing in the photos is missing things found in a real Seal.

When you look carefully at the photo you provided, you will see that (d) ALL OF THE ABOVE apply here.

“I didn’t elaborate on the Seals?”

C’mon Kevmo. You know better than to post this crap. This guy is talking out of his rump. He never read the entire report, and has no clue about what little he did read.

Obama trolls will never read through my report, because they cringe at the idea that they are wrong.

Nothing more need be said.

man, I absolutely hate that Obama picture. In my neighborhood there is a building with 3 of those pictures on the side of the building. The first one says “Hope” the second “Change” the third “We Can Believe in”. Everytime i see it I’m reminded of Lil’ Kim Jung Il! Or any other sorry dictator in the world. Pathetic. Disgusting.

  7. thinkingmom11 Says:

Are you talking about the red, white and blue graphic one?

  8. thinkingmom11 Says:

I don’t know how many of these O posters are real – i have personally seen many of them but there are others I am not sure about. Then towards the end there are quite a few that are intentionally photoshopped. I kinda wish he hadn’t put those in there. The point was made without having to go there…

    Pretty interesting though

  9. thinkingmom11 Says:

there are also alot of kinda overblown photoshopped images interchanging Obama and Lenin or Hitler that were a little much but the other images of comparing the REAL posters is interesting

So have I put enough caveats on here about that video…?

yes i am talking about the red white and blue one….blah, blah

I love his contemplating look. That chin up smug “i’m better than you” look.

Where did Obama come from? He wrote 2 books! What in the world had he done to merit writing a book? Who cares, especially at the time he wrote them. Everything about this clown is just weird. And even stranger is Obamanites. What kind of mindless people are they.

  32. Cyndi Says:

mom I have been reading all over the net about coming food shortages to America. I am going to grow a large garden this spring and of all things go back to the days of canning. No chemicals and usually the best tasting foods. We hunt here for alot of wild game. I always use to say my parents worked us to hard as children. We worked in the fields, cut wood, canned, cooked on woodstoves, hunted, cleaned and packaged our own meat, raised chickens, etc. I am so thankful now that my parents were teaching us to be self-reliant.

  33. Cyndi Says:

Yeah hockfan I tend to sleep in a little late.

  34. thinkingmom11 Says:

That is SO funny Cyndi – my mom showed me how to can and make jelly this summer and I went and bought my canner and the Ball canning book. I attempted a garden this year but was only mildly successful… and “mildly” may be an overstatement HA HA. But I am trying… I too raised animals growing up and we processed and ate what we grew – rabbits, chickens, turkeys, lambs. It was a lot of hard work but it taught me a lot. Now I live in Suburbia, USA and we aren’t supposed to have any livestock where I am at and I can’t afford land in CA — so I am thinking of at least getting 6-8 laying hens and bribing my neighbors with fresh eggs to keep them from turning me in to the City. I think we all need to become more self-sufficient and less dependent on the Nanny Gov’t!

  35. thinkingmom11 Says:

You know, most totalitarian regimes tend to gain power, it seems to me, by getting control of some of the Basic Necessities: Food, Water and Shelter. Now, most water supplies are gov’t controlled unless you have a well or natural water source; most people have a mortgage for their shelter which could be called in at anytime causing most people to lose their home or to be at the “mercy” of the one who controls the mortgage; so that leaves Food. If the gov’t ever get control of the food supply in this country – it is all over. Americans will be at the mercy of the gov’t for mere survival. Not a situation I want to be in…

  38. Cyndi Says:

mom you are right about it being alot of work. But well worth it in the long run. We can survive with out all the material cr*p but never without food and water. My grandparents and great-grandparents were around during the depression, they became very frugal and very self reliant, and luckily for me I was able to know and learn from them, I was 14 when I lost my last great-grandparent. Now my grandparents are in their 80’s and still living frugal and they save EVERYTHING.

  39. Cyndi Says:

j.b.- that is just obsurd. Everyone should boycott google. We have that right just as I guess they have the right to omit information.

  40. Cyndi Says:

It is not the job of the Legislative branch (Congress), the Executive Branch (President and the administrative agencies), or the Judicial Branch (Courts) to vet political candidates. It is the job of the Republican National Committee (RNC), the Democratic National Committee (DNC), and other party organizations to vet the candidates that represent their parties. None of these committees are government affiliated organizations; they are private. These committees do vet the candidates who represent them just as the Republican National Committee made sure that John McCain’s birth in the Panama Canal Zone did not go against the U. S. Constitution, Article II, Clause 5: No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President;. . . .” because he was born in 1939 and the law was not passed until 1952. (United States Code, Title 8, section 1403). The United States of America does not accept dual citizenship. In order for a person to be naturalized as a citizen, he or she must take an oath of allegiance to the United States of America and renounce allegiance and fidelity to the foreign state. A person can not swear allegiance to this country and owe it to another. (United States Code, Title 8, section 1448).

    Please pray for Barbara Bush…….

This post I found at Hillbuzz is funny. imo. 🙂

Barbara Bush is in the hospital — just for tests, they say, but at 83 every trip to the hospital is a serious one. Please send her your thoughts and prayers.

Mrs. Bush was a superb First Lady, though in the interest of full disclosure some of the things she has said and done since leaving the White House have made us think less of her. It could be an instance of not getting her sense of humor — but her remarks, particularly around Hurrican Katrina, have always stuck in our head, and not in a good way.

There’s steely teeth behind that grandmotherly smile, that’s for sure. And we sure hope that toughness and steel carries her through whatever ails her.

It is an interesting facet of life in America that after presidents leave office and enough time has passed, we realize that apart from the politics and policy ramifications of their administrations, these people really do become, in a sense, part of a large collective family we all share. Like distant aunts and uncles we only see once in a while (on TV at least).

We’re still not looking forward to seeing Michelle become a First Lady, too (has to become a lady, first), but we are looking forward to her being a former First Lady herself in 4 years, just like Barbara Bush. And, just like Mrs. Bush, we’ll wish her well whenever she’s in the hospital too (hopefully for a personality transplant).

No one ever said you had to like all your aunts and uncles, but you should wish them all well when they are sick.

They were all available when I checked a couple days ago if you like any of them.

We’re going to pass out our flyers at the outlet mall first thing Friday and Saturday mornings. We’re hoping we can get some stores to let us leave a bunch at the registers. We’ll see. You know how Obama wants to build up the economy from the bottom (instead of the rich tricklin down on all us poor sob’s) up? Well, I just heard a radio host suggest that next time O bama has a presser, he should invite some “homeless” (okay that part is not the funny, but bear with me here) people to stand with him and explain how they will begin to build up the economy, ahem, from the bottom.

JB – That is SO funny but also kind of scary – most communist countries try to “build” an economy/society from the bottom up and all it does is foster further division among the populace therefore solidifying power at the top. I guess if they don’t like trickle down prosperity then they must like trickle up poverty – cuz that’s what we will get.

BTW – that is a FUNNY visual – Obama and his backlit-blue draped backgroud with the sentinel of American flags behind him with a couple of unshaven, unbathed homeless guys in rag-tag flannel shirts with a bottle of Thunderbird in a brown-paper sack and half of a quarter-pounder in their shirt pocket trying to explain to everyone why/how a strong economy can be built on these guys…

was just reading this on Atlas shrugs and found this interesting that about half way down it mentions the 57 states of the Islamic Conference.
Does anyone remember Obamas slip about there being 57 states?

You have to ask yourself, what does the West stand for? What does the US stand for? If not free speech, than we are finished. We stand for nothing. “Defamation” or “insulting” a cult, a dogma whatever is entirely subjective and dangerous.

UN anti-blasphemy measures have sinister goals, observers say
Steven Edwards , Canwest News Service

UNITED NATIONS – Islamic countries Monday won United Nations backing for an anti-blasphemy measure Canada and other Western critics say risks being used to limit freedom of speech.

Combating Defamation of Religions passed 85-50 with 42 abstentions in a key UN General Assembly committee, and will enter into the international record after an expected rubber stamp by the plenary later in the year.

But while the draft’s sponsors say it and earlier similar measures are aimed at preventing violence against worshippers regardless of religion, religious tolerance advocates warn the resolutions are being accumulated for a more sinister goal.

It provides international cover for domestic anti-blasphemy laws, and there are a number of people who are in prison today because they have been accused of committing blasphemy,” said Bennett Graham, international program director with the Becket Fund, a think tank aimed at promoting religious liberty.

“Those arrests are made legitimate by the UN body’s (effective) stamp of approval.”

******Passage of the resolution is part of a 10-year action plan the 57-state Organization of Islamic Conference launched in 2005 to ensure “renaissance” of the “Muslim Ummah” or community.*******

While the current resolution is non-binding, Pakistan’s Ambassador Masood Khan reminded the UN’s Human Rights Council this year that the OIC ultimately seeks a “new instrument or convention” on the issue. Such a measure would impose its terms on signatory states.

“Each time the resolution comes up, we get a measure of where the world is on this issue, and we see that the campaign has been ramped up,” said Hillel Neuer, executive director of the Geneva-based monitoring group UN Watch.

While this year’s draft is less Islam-centric that resolutions of earlier years, analysts note it is more emphatic in linking religion defamation and incitement to violence.

That “risks limiting a broad range of peaceful speech and expression,” Neuer argues.

The 2008 draft “underscores the need to combat defamation of religions, and incitement to religious hatred in general, by strategizing and harmonizing actions at the local, national regional and international levels.”

It also laments “Islam is frequently and wrongly associated with human rights violations and terrorism.”

But Western democracies argue that a religion can’t enjoy protection from criticism because that would require a judicial ruling that its teachings are the “truth.”

“Defamation carries a particular legal meaning and application in domestic systems that makes the term wholly unsuitable in the context of religions,” says the U.S. government in a response on the issue to the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights.

“A defamatory statement . . . is more than just an offensive one. It is also a statement that is false.”

(I didn’t mean to sound like I didn’t want to use the tactic because it is liberal 🙂 ) We have been fighting an unfair battle – sort of like when the British first came fight in the Colonies against the French and Indians – they came dressed in bright red coats, marching in staight lines (against the warnings of one George Washington) expecting to be fighting like gentleman and they got ambushed and slaughtered by the guerilla warfare tactics common to the N.
