Polarik’s devastating version of 3-card monte.

I’ve got one Hell of a finale planned. It will be the death knell to everyone who thought — and/or — who still thinks that Factcheck’s image and photos were genuine.

This is the smoking gun to end all smoking guns. There will be no more rebuttals from the Left. This is it folks. The end of the road for Obama. This is payback, and you know what they say about payback, don’t ya?

I want to get this out before the first court hearing tomorrow.

Regardless of the question where he was born-—I wonder why there is so little focus on the fact that obama has stood by a fraudulent document. Isn’t forging a federal document a crime?

Yes, it is, and that’s why “fraud” the subject of my final report,

OBAMA’S BIRTH CERTIFICATE CONSPIRACY:

FORGED IMAGES, PHONY PHOTOS, AND FELONY FRAUD.

Forging government documents rather than demonstrating constitutional qualification is not only suspicious but illegal.

right on, Phil. The fact that this little act of counterfeit documents was carried out nationally, on a national stage, makes it a fedral crime as well, and felony fraud is nothing to laugh about.

“An unprecedented and looming constitutional crisis awaits if a President elected by the popular vote and the electoral vote does not constitutionally qualify to serve in that capacity,” the court document continued.”

I’m hoping for a federal rap first.

Talking to an Obot about the citizenship issue is JUST like the discussion in Iciocracy where they are talking about why they water plants with a sports drink “Brawndo”: Check it out

“But he has to be a natural born citizen to be president”

“He IS that thing you said”

    “How do you know?”

“Cause he’s going to be president!”

    LMAO

    Posted: WND November 19, 2008 – 1:00 am Eastern

Next time you move to another state and need a new driver’s license, try this: Refuse to produce the birth certificate or any other personal information required by the department of motor vehicles. Just explain that a facsimile of the required document is posted on your website and give the clerk the domain name.

Tell them: “I’m following the example of President-elect Barack Obama. If he didn’t need to produce a birth certificate to establish his eligibility to be president of the United States, why would you require me to produce one to get a lousy driver’s license?”

    See if it flies.

This coming Saturday, November 22, 2008, at 9pm est, America’s Most Wanted, which is Fox-TV’s longest running program, will fictionalize the heinous double murder of Texas-American teenagers, Amina and Sarah Said, by their father, Yaser Abdul Said, and, in my opinion, by their mother Patricia (“Tissy,”) as well.

The producer told me that this created-for-TV drama will run for 13 minutes and will probably air as the second story of the hour.

  67. thinkingmom11 Says:

does polarik have a website or blog?

O’Reilly p*&&ed me off when he questioned Obama about Wright and Obama said he didn’t know what he believed. OReilly came back with “come on….20 years?”. Obama said “what can i say”. O’Reilly let it drop.

  82. thinkingmom11 Says:

Currently in revision. I needed to update some of my stories — such as Factcheck’s November 1 statement — and also to make sure that I am on solid footing here, because I’m going to make some very serious charges in it that go all the way up to the top. I cannot afford to make any errors, no matter how small, because the opposition will pounce on them like a cheetah on a gazelle and use it to discredit my entire report.
The truth be told: I made a promise to my better half that I was finished with all this Obama stuff and would not work on it anymore. That was two months ago! So, basically, I am writing this under her radar, like after she goes to bed at night and before she wakes up in the morning. “Burning the candle at both ends” applies here.
I’m about 80-90% finished. and I do not want to drag this out into the weekend. Another difficulty is that I have so much information that I’m toying with the idea of splitting off the technical stuff and putting it into an Appendix.
The final report will be a seemless document with an updated version of Part One added to the front end. There will also be bookmarks in it that will allow readers to skip over parts and get to whatever chapter they wish to read first.
I have completed the FORWARD and EXECUTIVE SUMMARY of the report, and as you might have guessed, I am treating this as if it were a true research report in the manner of GAO documents.
There are other motivators for me to finish it before the weekend — lack of sleep is one of them, and an urgent request from attorney Phil Berg regarding what will be a very dramatic metting to be held next month, and one for which I am not at liberty to disclose.
Be patient, and you will be amply rewarded.

Aw, c’mon. Think about it. After Obama green-lighted the operation, who are the people most likely to have been directly involved in (1) creating the forged source image, (2) copying and distributing the copies the forged image, (3) creating the forged COLB objects for the source photographs, (4) taking the source photographs and Photoshopping them, (5) producing and distributing the press releases, (6) handling the cover-up activities, and lastly, (7) bankrolling this entire operation?

    Question of the Day:
Why is it that the liberal Left are the first ones to laugh at the mere suggestion of a forged document that involves a President and the falsehoods connected with that forged document?
The following should give everyone a Talking Point:
Honoring achievement in the fields of broadcast journalism, documentary filmmaking, and educational and children’s programming, the George Foster Peabody Awards, popularly known as the “Peabody Awards,” are widely held to be a benchmark for excellence in these fields. Founded in 1940 by a grant from George Foster Peabody, a Georgia banker and prominent philanthropist, the awards are meted out by the Henry W. Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia. The award confers a statuette and a $10,000 cash prize to its recipients.
In recent years, however, its administrators have chosen to principally honor works that showcase left-wing politics, rather than works that necessarily possess notable journalistic or documentary merit.
In May 2005, the recently retired CBS news anchor Dan Rather was presented with a Peabody Award, made shortly after Rather had been involved in a much-publicized September 2004 scandal where he cited “exclusive information, including documents” alleging that George W. Bush had shirked his duties as a member of the Texas Air National Guard in the 1960s and 1970s. It was eventually determined that the documents — which were provided by a Democratic Party activist named Bill Burkett — were forgeries.

    Stop the Obama Constitutional Crisis

When you were first elected and as tradition requires you have sworn the oath: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me G-d.”

Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution reads: “No Person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.”

There are numerous questions as to Obama’s citizen status raising suspicion and doubt about Obama constitutional qualification to be president. To settle these questions Mr. Obama must produce proof of citizenship!

    Documents that must be produced include;
    (a) a certified copy of “vault” (original long version) birth certificate;
    (b) certified copies of all reissued and sealed birth certificates in the names Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham and Barry Dunham;
    (c) a certified copy Certification of Citizenship;
    (d) a certified copy Oath of Allegiance taken upon age of maturity;
    (e) certified copies of admission forms for Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School; and
    (f) certified copies of any court orders or legal documents changing his name from Barry Soetoro.

It is reasonable that these documents should be produced considering that his father is Kenyan, his adoptive father is Indonesian, and his grandmother claims to have been present at his birth in Kenya. If he is a natural born citizen then producing these documents should not be any problem.

These allegations will not go away until Mr. Obama produces proof to federal authorities and the public. If he will not do so voluntarily he must be compelled by every means available. You, as an employee of The People, have sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution.

We The People are demanding you to make every effort, both public and private, to resolve this fundamental Constitutional question before 20 January.

The Honorable Associate Justice Clarence Thomas
Supreme Court of the United States
    One First Street N.E.
    Washington, D.C. 20543

    [Faxed to 202-479-2971]

    Dear Justice Thomas

I respectfully request that you consider reviewing Docket No. 08A407 Leo C. Donofrio, Applicant v. Nina Mitchell Wells, New Jersey Secretary of State.

Our Constitution in Article II Section 1 Paragraph 5 states “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President”.

Mr. Donofrio represents a considerable number of citizens noting the conspicuous failure of the presidential-designate to produce sufficient proof of compliance with the above constitutional requirement.

The work of Mr. Ron Polarik has shown all Certificates of Live Birth to date to have been forgeries.

Thank you for your consideration of this extremely critical matter.

My sister is dating a black guy. Personally, I don’t care. It’s no big deal. I once went to her house for a BBQ and we started talking about sports. He started talking about hockey and NASCAR (among other sports) so I, jokingly, said what the hell are you watching NASCAR and hockey for…..And he got pissed LOL

  215. Tenacity Says:

  216. Troy Says:

  220. Troy Says:

the percentage of black hockey fans and Nascar fans vs white fans is very low compared to other sports…it’s just a fact and not meant to be anything else

  221. Tenacity Says:

I believe the problem is that most anglos don’t know how to talk to blacks and vice versa. If you are a woman, you may know how it feels to walk around with about half of the populus able to physically overpower you. So women react differently, sometimes more defensively than men. Blacks are still treated differently by many anglos…avoidence sometimes…distrusting looks sometimes…so many blacks carry an unhealed wound and react more defensively sometimes. Just being aware of this helps immensely.

  222. Troy Says:

  228. Troy Says:

baseball, yes….relationship diamond?…sounds more like a ring to me

  229. Tenacity Says:

1st base – small talk, shop talk, weather, today’s headline etc
on the way to 2nd – common interests, nascar etc
sliding into 2nd – taking a risk in the relationship – friction
on the way to 3rd – you only make it if the relationship survives the slide into 2nd and then you get into deeper subjects together
3rd base – deeper sharing of each others losses & victories, more forgiving
Home base – Christ like – very forgiving without having to ask.

  230. Troy Says:

Peculiar question, you have my curiosity up and now you leave?….C’mon

Peculiar question, you have my curiosity up and now you leave?….C’mon

  232. Troy Says:

ummm….are you ok?…..maybe keeping things simple is another way

  233. Tenacity Says:

Okay, inter-racial/cultural relationships move slower on trust level…much more difficult to reach 2nd base and beyond. Usually requires a conscious, deliberate and diligent effort to get past 2nd base. Once trust establish, after some friction, you still have to watch out for the unhealed wounds. Sounds like HFan ran right past 1st base and headed for the slide for 2nd before trust was solidly established.

  234. Troy Says:

Try to keep baseball, baseball and philosophy, philosophy

  235. Tenacity Says:

Just think of each base as a phase of deepening a relationship.

  241. Troy Says:

    Okie Dokie….hmmm

  242. Tenacity Says:

Even with like race/culture it is difficult to reach a level of trust where both people stop competing with one another (I don’t mean friendly competition). I mean where they are basically on the same team. It doesn’t happen until the relationship experiences and survives some friction where the parties get past shop talk and common interests to deeper discussions.

Just think of each base as a phase of deepening a relationship.
    ————————————————————-
We have much different personalities and our brains work much differently…..You see, I would never think of a relationship in terms of baseball…To me that is absurd and way not necessary.
I don.t use comparisons like that when considering anything…With baseball i’m heading for the next base cleets up.
In a relationship I’m heading for the confrontation/meeting.
There is absolutely no reason to make things complicated, yet keep all things simplistic and pure….We are two very different thinking people….I would venture to say that in person, you would probably get on my nerves something awful….I’m not trying to be nasty or hurt your feelings either, just being real.

  245. Tenacity Says:

Point being, it usually takes some patience and trust building before you slide into 2nd base…sometimes months. Once you are past 2nd base or maybe even the slide into 2nd, then you take some risk to see if the friendship has the potential to go deeper. So often, people think they are further along in the relationship than they are…boom, they slide into 2nd and the relationship is no more. Especially with inter-racial/cultural parties.

  248. hockeyfan530 Says:

as far as the stereotyping issus….

Look, i don’t have stat or anything to back up the fact that hockey is a predominantly white fans sportl Or NASCAR for that matter. But just be honest when you think of hockey do you not think of Canadians? When you think of NASCAR don’t you think of red necks? When you think of basketball don’t you think of blacks? I’m not saying any of those stereotypes are true, in fact, i know they are not. That’s why I said i was joking.

The Black widow hooks-up with the male then sucks the very life out of him after mating!

    She’s very easy to spot…

The female has a very wide backside, is Black,

My dad used him as an example for me to never judge the book by its cover. He always had a buldge in his overall’s pocket. My dad asked me what I thought it was…I said a gun…he said watch. I’m not cathlic,……
BUT I noticed cathlic schools teach the basics sooo much better than public school……. they actually teach kids how to study…..

Public schools are such a joke anymore

  358. Troy Says:

people need to start laying off of the sitcoms and start watching some news….but that would take a world crisis event wouldn’t it?

  359. Troy Says:

public schools are vile and disgusting and are no more than indoctrinization factories

  360. justanamericancindy4 Says:

I knew a kid who was expelled from HS…… because his grades were hurting the schools GPA standing..

He had a reading disability they never bothered to get him proper help for

  361. Troy Says:

I blame school and parent then, but mostly school….they are suppose to be the professionals that would recognize it and treat it accordingly….grrrrrr

  362. justanamericancindy4 Says:

schools are a place for kids to gather socally not actually learn anything anymore

  363. Troy Says:

I gotta tell ya, i’m extremely disturbed by that video….we are in sad shape here!!!!

  364. Tenacity Says:

The really wacked out part of it is that many foreign people know more about American politics and history than the majority of US citizens. Now that video was selective about the people they showed, but I run into the same sort of thing when talking to many professionals. People just don’t seem to understand what is important any more. They are content to exist in their little world, not realizing why or how they got the privilege to live in a free country. I fear they will not wake up until they have no choice.

  365. justanamericancindy4 Says:

The parent (my ex-sister-in-law) went to the school…tried to get him help… she just couldn’t afford private tutors or special off campus class to sent him to.

I can’t think about how to spell it…… dyslexic? ….. my husband has that. it is a struggle for him every day….. I help him often…. shame is he is very inteligent….. But he owns his own business….. I help with the paperwork …… but he is an excellent mechanic….. he remembers things in 3d….. it is so awsome to watch him explain something to somebody… because he is able to take pictures in his head

  370. LadyTX48 Says:

    Troy,
    Small world after all.
I had ancestors from around Liberty, Dayton, Wallisville, etc.

  371. Troy Says:

Well, it sounds like he learned how to work around it and that is admireable….good for him….and I’m pretty sure your spelling was just fine

  372. Tenacity Says:

    Hey Texans,
I live where you vacation. When people want to know how to get to Texas from Colorado, I just tell them to go south on I-25 until they smell it and then go east until they step in it.

  373. Troy Says:

    east Texas is gorgeous

  374. Troy Says:

From what I have heard, the folks in Colorado don’t care too much for Texans

  375. Troy Says:

I have never been to Colorado…no need to leave Texas….we have evrything right here

  376. justanamericancindy4 Says:

  380. Tenacity Says:

On the other hand, when we get ready to secede, I say we take Colorado from just south of Denver and add it to Texas. Leave the bleeding liberals in Denver and Boulder.

lol……. just feels like a jinx..

  387. LadyTX48 Says:

About the only place I think I would really dislike would be the “BIG” city places like NY, SF, Chicago, etc.

I don’t mind visiting even Houston, but I don’t want to live there.

    Tooooo busy.

  388. Troy Says:

How did Beaumont make out with hurricane Ike?….we got the crap kicked ouy of us.

  392. Troy Says:

    Cindy,
I already saw that before…I don’t buy it

  393. Tenacity Says:

Coloradoans don’t mind Texans. There are lots of jokes though. A few years ago, nearly 18% of the growth was from Texas. Parts of Texas are gorgeous, parts are…not so gorgeous. Parts, like Houston are just hot and muggy. Wyoming folks are a bit hard on Texans. I once saw a big red truck with a Colorado license plate that said CRNHSKR and the bumper sticker read: “If I owned Oklahoma and Texas, I would live in Oklahoma and rent Texas out.”

You are correct that Texas has a lot. It is likely the most self sufficient state.

  394. Cyndi Says:

I understand Troy I was just thinking about all of the theories surrounding Obama.

  395. Cyndi Says:

    Tenacity I live in Oklahoma

  396. LadyTX48 Says:

    justanamericancindy4,

Sorry to hear about all your Texas troubles. But I hope you won’t hold against us Texans. I had some of your problems too but I don’t blame the “state”.

Heck, one of my ancestors got to Texas in 1822.

Lots of folks who move here later say….

“I wasn’t born in Texas, but I got here as soon as I could.”

It really is a great place to live… except for the hurricanes.

  397. Troy Says:

My sister and bro-in-law went skiing in Colorado….He used a public restroom and on the wall it said,”Here I sit with my buns a flexin, giving birth to a little Texan…..grrrrrrrr….Lmaooo

  398. justanamericancindy4 Says:

well i decided to have a me day tomorrow…. I am going to the movies by myself the early show….then going to the woods to shoot some photos while there is still leaves on the trees

After Thanksgiving everything seems to go into high gear…. then the weather is too bad to enjoy to much of the outdoors

  399. Tenacity Says:

    Cyndi,
I have wondered if BO might use his real father, whoever it is, to help defend the natural born citizen issue. Sr was a Brit/Kenyan, but Davis or X were US I think. I just hope he has to prove himself. Then it will really get interesting.

  400. Troy Says:

I was born in St. Joseph hospital, downtown Houston….I have a BIRTH CERTIFICATE and everything….Lmaooo

  401. Troy Says:

My BC has my baby feetprint on it….I wonder if Barry’s does….lots of people have told me that their BC’s have their feetprint on them

  402. Tenacity Says:

  406. Tenacity Says:

    Cindy,
What state were you in when your car blew up?

  407. LadyTX48 Says:

    Troy,
Ike & Rita kicked butt around here.

We lost all our big pecan trees during Rita in 2005, but they just clipped the eaves on our house. However, they ripped out our weatherhead. We were without electricity for 3 1/2 weeks and we had fence damage. We didn’t get our phone & cable back until the 18th of November 2005. Lost everything in our freezers, etc.

We had a lot of roof damage from Ike. We had electricity back after 6 days.
Bridge City & Orange got the floodwaters. Hubby’s aunt had 6 foot and her house is shot. She moved to her sisters.

  408. Cyndi Says:

    Tenacity
He does look like X but good lord who knows at this point. Maybe that is why he wanted to keep birth certificate secret until after he is placed in White House. Maybe the smokescreen is the natural born issue with the twist being X is his real father. Now that he has been elected and if courts rule to show the birth certificate there wouldn’t been anything the public could do as far as impeachment. He could always say I didn’t know and my mother had a fake copy made. Like I said who knows. But I have been looking at this cr*p so long I think it is all morphing together in my head as well.

  409. justanamericancindy4 Says:

    Arkanas,….. was coming from Illinois

like I said it was a brand new car….only 5 months old

  411. Tenacity Says:

    So Lady,

  412. Troy Says:

FEMA is a joke these days. Just ask folks that REALLY need the help. Those that abused the FEMA system really hurt those that will need it now.

Most folks around here have just helped one another. Many families living together. Hundreds of folks from other towns went to help the folks in Bridge City & Orange. Color didn’t matter either. Everyone helping everyone else.

Maybe some will get FEMA help but most aren’t counting on it, nor are most waiting on it either.

  436. Troy Says:

  441. LadyTX48 Says:

Well Folks it’s been pleasant but we are going back up to the camp tomorrow so I better hit the sack.

  442. Troy Says:

  443. justanamericancindy4 Says:

it was funny after the flood…….the women were working in the houses…

and the men had lawn chairs sitting around their wells……. you could see this at almost every house…..
the men would lean over and look into the whole every now and then… or walk to a neighbors house to look at their whole of a well….

Then the men would complain about how they worked on the well all day geez

Hi Everyone! Just trying to catch up reading some of the posts– Ouch, I had 5 bites by the venomous black widow and two by the brown recluse on the very same day! I was sick for a long, long time. I could only think that it would be like having someone pour acid on my arms and legs. I had to go into a major medical center for several days and have extensive treatment. It was the second time I had been bitten by brown recluse spiders. I was told that I have an enzyme in my body that attracts spiders! Yuck…I’m terrified of spiders! I had a huge black widow that built a web on my deck this summer, and I almost put my hand right on her. My grandson saw her just before I did, and I killed the big black shiny menace! Please, no more talk about spiders! Ouch!

  448. peppermintpatty777 Says:

Does anyone know if the ACLJ has been involved in the BO birth c. mess yet? I know Jay Skeulow from ACLJ– I’ve met him numerous times and I get there updates as I support the ACLJ’s work. I know they are always fighting for our constitutional rights. Just wondering if they have become involved in this fight, as this is the bigget attack on our constitution in centuries! It doesn’t just effect the US either. I read this morning how it will effect women in China who don’t won’t to have to undergo forced abortions. President Bush has refused to support the UN Bill and has refused US funds for forced abortions and population control. However, the ever abomination Obama supports population control and will give US funds to do so. I’m sure this will also effect African countries.
