“Interested: Michelle Obama tape airing and Imam’s document(s) release? Register and be contacted”

by

http://africanpress.tripod.com/id28.html

The American elections is now behind us. To the run up to the elections the Michelle Obama interview tape come into light and many people have since then shown great interest  to get the tape aired so that they judge for themselves, what the contents may mean to the American people.

It is important now to be calm and do the right thing.

To be able to do so without the interference by those against the release of Michelle Obama tapes and the Imam’s document on Barack Obama, API has taken the following decision:

1. To release the Michelle Obama tapes either through broadcasting, our website or by directly sending a link to the tapes to registered readers only.

2. To release contents on Imam’s document by following the steps  as in nr. 1.

If API decides to release the link to the readers it will make no announcement. However because of the disgusting behaviour of some readers who have all along been against us by insisting that nothing should be released, we have decided to screen our readers and only be open to those good to API.

To achieve this, those readers interested in any further information on the two topics are required to do the following:

1. Register with us their real full names

2. Register with us their real email address

3. Register with us their real telephone number(s)

4. Register their country of residence.

Omission of any of the above 4 requirements, will mean we will not include you in our list of those to receive the link if we decide not to broadcast but release the information through the link.

Information send as required above  will be compiled into one list and that list will be the only list that API will use.

On receiving the information, it will be screened thoroughly in order not to give the link to a person who is against us, and our intentions to release the tape(s) and document(s).

The release of the link is the most probable in order to avoid giving the enemies of API any chance to know anything and disrupt our plans.

Those of you who have given us their emails and telephone numbers do know that we are real and they know none of their personal information has been misused in any way the last one month since receiving them.

Any personal information received will be well taken care of and used for the purpose intended.

If API has your email and telephone number , it is still important to register here as required if you as a reader want to get into the list.

We have chosen to be very careful on how to handle information on the two topics because we have realised that there are evil people out there doing all they can to cover up for the Obama’s.

If you are not feeling it safe for you or that you do not wish to trust us, you are at liberty to opt from registering here. This is to be done on a free will.

Note: To be very sure you get your details in the list, make sure that the form is fully completed and marked “Registration” on the subject box if it is required.

The same list will be used to inform the readers of our new WWW address that will be launched in a number of days.

By API Site Monitor.

Seriously that is getting so assinine and not worth the energy to read. There is absolutly no reason the tape or the kenya document have not been put on the internet. Zilch nada none

More important is the things that are actually being done and that is all the lawsuits and all those lawyers would be more than glad to have those two items for their suits.

Exactly how some of the bots talked that I talked to, but this county went 2-1 against bama. It was little Cuba(aka Miami area) that turned Florida blue. Ballots are being recounted for local elections, I think every ballot in all the blue states should be recounted, especially the states that are normally red. Too much of ACORN this election

Checked out your link, slider. Sad. All I can say is the MSM should be sued for media malpractice.

    agreed

  9. Foxtrot Says:

Good morning. I see API has yet another “the tape is coming” announcement. Oh brother. My heart longs for the tape to be real, but my brain knows it is not. Sad.

  10. Foxtrot Says:

I am praying that the Berg newspaper insert hits the MSM today. Any bets?

  11. sliderblaze Says:

“dude”, that announcement on the site, boy does that sound really suspect.

  12. Foxtrot Says:

I was a bit disappointed in the insert. It wasn’t as succinct as it could have been, nor with the detail I would have liked. At least it has Berg’s website as a link, for those who want to explore it more.

  13. thinkingmom11 Says:

Hi Slider, Tuck, Fox, Cindy. How is everyone this AM?

Slider, I wish I could have seen more of those peoples’ reactions when they were told (IF they were all told) the correct answers! That one girl was funny – in a pathetic way – when she says “I guess I am not as informed as I thought I was, but I don’t think it will change my vote.” I think if someone had done that to me, I would have just gone home – not changed my vote – just gone home. How sad for our country…

  14. sliderblaze Says:

Andy martin should have a ruling today

  15. Foxtrot Says:

Honestly, I could have published a book of the transcript of the supposed Michelle Obama tapes by now!

  16. Foxtrot Says:

Will Martin’s ruling be on the PACER site or will we have to check his website?

  17. sliderblaze Says:

i wasnt as shocked, i’ve listened to the man on the streets from hannitys radio show and some others asking “what they thought about obama picking sarah palin as his vp nominee” they, the obama supporters were ok with it, how sad

    Hello Thinking Mom.

  20. Foxtrot Says:

I got my wall torn down last night! Plaster is everywhere!

  21. Foxtrot Says:

If we can see the long version of the birth certificate in Hawaii, that will start the ball rolling. Even the MSM would have a hard time ignoring that!

  22. thinkingmom11 Says:

    Yeah, I wasn’t surprised either…

I imaging Martin’s site would be the best place to check – that dude really keeps on top of his site. The one thing that annoys me a little with him is his self-congratulatory tone of his “press releases.” I think, personally, he is a nut, but I hope he succeeds 🙂

  23. sliderblaze Says:

agreed, actually, through this whole election, news broke first on the net by like an average of about 24-48 hrs before the news media picked it up

  24. Foxtrot Says:

I agree, Thinking Mom. As my Great Uncle used to say, “I think he is missing a few buttons!” Oh well, if he gets them to show the long version of the birth certificate, I don’t care if he is Charles Manson. I just want this thing exposed sooner than later!

  25. sliderblaze Says:

the whole bc issues sure has picked up steam over the last couple of weeks

  26. thinkingmom11 Says:

Fox – we were in the middle of a remodel last year this time – I feel for you!

I really want to see that BC – but I am sure that Obama has some logical explanation for whatever is on it. I have a feeling he “took care” of this issue when he was there when his grandmother was ill. The cert will probably never see the light of day.

  27. Foxtrot Says:

I know, Slider. Where were all these reporters BEFORE the election?!?!? I have seen many stories on it now. What the heck?!

  28. sliderblaze Says:

at least andy martin filed in the state obama was born

  29. dixieinflorida Says:

Are comments with links put in to moderation?

  30. Foxtrot Says:

When Berg started this whole process, he filed something with the State of Hawaii to put the document under special lock and key, anticipating that someone might want to tamper with Obama’s bc. I know it was done. That is the only thing that is giving me some sense of relief right now.

  31. sliderblaze Says:

Foxtrot, welcome to the pain conservatives have been feeling for year 🙂

  32. thinkingmom11 Says:

I checked out the API site -I agree that it seems a little suspect. The writing style is very weird. Sort of a blend of lawyer-speak and Cheif’s broken English. Either he is pretending to be a lawyer or a lawyer is pretending to be him!! Either way, I would never give that information over to anyone at API – that is my “free will”

  33. thinkingmom11 Says:

Dixie – It seems to me if there is more than one link it is put into moderation…maybe?

  34. justanamericancindy4 Says:

Watched that video, Everyone has the right to vote, but it does get under my skin that the uninformed ‘being nice ” tosses their ballot in the mix.

  35. sliderblaze Says:

agreed, i’ll let someone else jump on that granade

  36. thinkingmom11 Says:

Does anyone think that Martin is going to overcome the “standing” issue that has sent the other suits down in flames? I think that is unlikely, unfortunately. Though I would LOVE to be proven wrong.

  37. justanamericancindy4 Says:

    thinkingmom11

I’m still on the fence that the tripod site is real Korir

  38. Foxtrot Says:

There are millions of Democrats who have been following this story from the get-go, like me. This isn’t just a Conservative charge. Look at Berg, he too is a lifelong Democrat. The most vocal ones, who are actually pushing forward with suits, etc are actually Democrats. We want the Constitution to be upheld and respected, and we are willing to put country first and Party second, to do so.

  39. justanamericancindy4 Says:

Has anyone else read Burg’s complete legal documents?

I hate to say it, but they looked 1st year law student to me.

I always hoped his case would get media attention, but I never put much faith in the actual case

  40. Foxtrot Says:

Sometimes I think the API site is some big “human nature” experiment to see how far people will go to believe something, without proof. It is a fascinating concept, isn’t it?

  41. thinkingmom11 Says:

Yeah, Cindy I am not trusting it. If tapes come out, I guess we will hear about it. I am just glad for the opportunity to discuss these issues with other adults – my kids just don’t seems to care as much as I do 🙂 Well, they are only 12, 10, 5, and 3!

Actually, my 12yo is pretty interested in politics – but he is only 12!

  42. Foxtrot Says:

Cindy, I have read every one of Berg’s documents–at least twice! I am no attorney, but I agree that maybe it could have had more substance and polish to it. The premise is right on target though. Let’s cross our fingers!

I have read a little of this – it is very – OK well SORTA – enlightening. It is quite revealing of her inner-thinking (at least in the beginning part I have read). Here is a little excerpt:
    *******
Earlier in my college career, there was no doubt in my
mind that as a member of the Black community I was somehow
obligated to this community and would utilize all of my
present and future resources to benefit this community first
and foremost. My experiences at Princeton have made me far
more aware of my “Blackness” than ever before. I have found
that at Princeton no matter how liberal and open-minded some
of my White professors and classmates try to be toward me, I
sometimes feel like a visitor on campus; as if I really
don’t belong. Regardless of the circumstances underwhich I
interact with Whites at Princeton, it often seems as if, to
them, I will always be Black first and a student second.
    ********

hmmm maybe I should read further…

  50. Foxtrot Says:

Me too, Slider. As I said on a post yesterday, if the judges state that a case is dismissed because of “standing”, I just wish they would then tell us WHO DOES HAVE STANDING! I think they don’t even know!

  51. Foxtrot Says:

Thanks, Cindy. I have not been to that site, but I know alot of others on this site have spoken about it. What is she going to write about? And what does she have to do with the price of pickles? (sorry, another expression from my Great Uncle)

  52. thinkingmom11 Says:

I wonder if Obama’s thesis is available? Oh, that’s right – NO! College records? NO! Birth certificate? NO! Law client list? NO! Congressional itenerary? NO!

Does this guy really exist or is he a figment of our collective nightmare?

  53. Foxtrot Says:

    LOL Thinking Mom!

  54. justanamericancindy4 Says:

    Foxtrot

I always thought there should be a petition (or the like) that went along with the filing of the case…. the consitution states that “we the people” have the right to question and make sure the constitution is upheld.

  55. Foxtrot Says:

I think Berg did submit the petition he had us all sign up for online. I may be mistaken, but I am almost sure.

  56. thinkingmom11 Says:

Yes – knowing who has standing would be helpful. Keyes seems to be one who may have standing based on the judge’s ruling in the Berg case. But I firmly believe that citizens DO have standing because anything that is not clearly defined as the responsiblility of Congress, the President, the Judiciary or the States by default falls to the Citizens’ responsibility. Since it is not clearly defined as to WHOM is responsible to determine a candidate’s eligibility, then it appears to be OUR duty which gives us standing. THE END. IMO

  58. justanamericancindy4 Says:

    Foxtrot

Many that went to that blog, organized to cause havic and chaos at the API blog. To the point that a few rogue members hacked the site and got it closed down.

MS is writing about API,….. which causes me pause, to guess she has a hand in creating a story for her to write about,

  59. Foxtrot Says:

Like I said, I think that is very plausible. It all just seemed too contrived to me, and dragged out far too long, for it not to be some sort of experiment.

  60. thinkingmom11 Says:

PeppermintPatty!!! You are here! Yea. My real name is Marci – so this is funny to me. We are not so hot on the tapes around here these days. We are hopeful but VERY skeptical. Good to see you here.

  61. thinkingmom11 Says:

The last I checked, over at MS (last night) they were still obsessing over the whole deal…how funny!! MOVE ON PEOPLE!!!

  62. Foxtrot Says:

If any one of the lawsuits come to fruition, we wouldn’t need the tape anyway! I guess that is the optimistic view to take.

  63. sliderblaze Says:

  64. justanamericancindy4 Says:

but they turned blog police on US

  65. Foxtrot Says:

I am most excited about the December 1st deadline for Berg. It is amazing that the judge did not dismiss that portion of the filing. He only ruled that he would not stop the election. If the judge makes Obama answer all the questions listed on the filing from Berg, it will hit all the airways. No one would be able to resist those ratings!

At the same time , however, it is conceivable that my
four years of exposure to a predominately White, Ivy League
University has instilled within me certain conservative val-
ues. For example, as I enter my final year at Princeton, I
find myself striving for many of the same goals as my White
classmates–acceptance to a prestigious graduate or profes-
sional school or a high paying position in a successful cor-
    poration.

    ****
Conservative values!!? “Exposure” to a predominately White Ivy League U.???! I think she has been cured of both of those. Oh yeah, except for the high-paying position.

I heard that but haven’t seen a link to that. Have you got one?

  79. Foxtrot Says:

API is justing getting more and more bizarre! Honestly!

  80. Foxtrot Says:

Yes, they both let their licenses lapse. Michelle Obama’s says it was “court ordered”. Interesting. Barack let his lapse for obvious reasons. On the Illinois law license application it asked if he had any other names he had gone by and he stated “none”. That was an out and out lie. He has about 4 other names (see Berg’s lawsuit). That would make the application fraudulent. I suspect he let his law license lapse so he could not be prosecuted. I called the Illinois State Bar and asked them why Obama was not being prosecuted for this blatant lie and they stated, “we cannot pursue any legal charges against someone who has now let their license lapse. If his license was still ‘active’ we would be able to do something.” I just love how he always avoids being caught!

Don’t know about Illinois but in Florida complaints can be filed with the bar and they can remove an attorney. Where did you read that on MO?

  92. Stacy Says:

    Good morning, everyone!

So, what do you all think of API’s request to send your real name, phone number, address, to them in order to get notice of the tape’s release?

Are any of you going to do this?

I, personally, am very wary of such a move because of the hackings going on and the utter thuggery in the nature of the people surrounding Obama. I would hate for them to get access to my information via hacking API and doing something to me. The Obama thugs have operated in a truly disgusting way and have intimidated all sorts of people.

    Thoughts, everyone?

  93. Foxtrot Says:

Hey, Larry Sinclair is asking people for their experiences during this campaign relative to how they were “silenced” or “frauded”. Here is the link. 95. Foxtrot Says:

Stacy, I would not give API that information for all the tea in China! I truly believe it will be used for “evil” instead of for “good”. I am not going to risk it. If there really are tapes, and I doubt there are, someone will hear it and post it and then we know what happens from there.

What would be the point of gathering personal info of your target audience? There isn’t one! If you want people to know about the tape or hear it, that is very easy to do as there are PLENTY of outlets who would LOVE to play it. And they would never ask for their listeners’ private info.

  106. Tenacity Says:

I will spell “due” correctly however.

  107. sliderblaze Says:

Korir already has my email addy, if he wants to, he can use it, but my name and other info….haha, yea right

  108. Foxtrot Says:

    You go, Tenacity!

  109. sliderblaze Says:

i think if there are a lot of new people going to the site may do that.

we’ll let them take one for the ‘team’ lol

  110. thinkingmom11 Says:

OK – off topic but here is a very good site with some informative aritcles on our Constitution:

    http://www.xmission.com/~nccs/articles/index.html

Slider, I have a feeling you will enjoy these! You too, Fox…

  111. Troy Says:

I just got online for the day and saw API site…There is no way I’m giving out all that personal info…It seems very suspicious.
Now I’m starting to wonder who is really behind that site….I don’t like the looks of it…..Opinions????

  112. sliderblaze Says:

shhhh….but i keep a copy of the constitution and bill of rights in my briefcase…. im a history junky

  113. ddlew Says:

    Whew!

That was an ordeal. I just went over to API and filled out all of my persoanl information for them to let me know when the tape will air.

I just can’t figure out why they needed my social security number, credit card number, bank account number, and OH YEAH, my paypal login information but hey, I figured the Chief was a trust worthy guy.

I can’t wait for those tapes! – literally.

  114. sliderblaze Says:

  115. sliderblaze Says:

    ddlew….lol

  116. thinkingmom11 Says:

Be prepared to have to rethink some things, though. If you are concerned with upholding the Constitution, you should be ready to defend other parts of it, too, not just the Natural-born citizen part. You have to be willing to understand the underlying beliefs the Constitution was based on….:) Have fun!

  117. thinkingmom11 Says:

Slider – I keep a copy in my purse too! Ha – how funny

  118. Troy Says:

    slider,
    Ha!!!…Don’t worry….I AIN”T!!!

  119. thinkingmom11 Says:

Slider -woopsie – hit send too soon. I was going to say How funny that we both do that! I have, just in the last 3 months, embarked on a more in depth study of the founding of the USA. It has been very interesting and challenging. I think that people should be VERY hesitant to change things the Founding Father’s worked so hard on and thought through so thoroughly to develop. They were very well versed on government theory. We are not. Anyone trying to read to Federalist Papers would be shocked to realise that these papers were discussed and debated among all citizens of the country – even the most “common” of them. They are challenging to read and understand but are well worth the effort to read and understand.

  120. thinkingmom11 Says:

I am sometimes redundant and I repeat myself too….sorry for the last pathetic excuse for a sentence…:)

  121. Foxtrot Says:

Has anyone you know, from the “inner circle”, called Korir and spoken to him on the phone recently?

  122. jonathanwrightesq Says:

  127. thinkingmom11 Says:

We have been playing nice here Jon…please don’t mess that up ‘K? We appreciate other points of veiw but please keep it respectful

  128. jonathanwrightesq Says:

I am just speaking out for the 50 million so of us democrats that were behind Obama.

The birth certificate issue has been brought up in many forums and conversations and all democrats I know agree with myself that the issue is a non issue.

  129. Foxtrot Says:

Thank you Thinking Mom! From one Mom to another!

  130. sliderblaze Says:

of course it would be to most democrats, that rates high a top the no sh!t list…lol

  131. jonathanwrightesq Says:

As a life long democrat I want to make sure the majority opinion is heard also.

As I say we disagree but I want the disagreement registered the bc issue is not coming from democrats except the fringe ones like berg that are universally laughed at.

  132. thinkingmom11 Says:

I think Fox is speakin for herself, I am speaking for myself, slider is speaking for herself as I am sure you will be speaking for yourself. We don’t assume that anyone speaks for anyone other than themselves. Don’t worry – we won’t get you mixed up with Fox – promise.

So that being said – what is your take on the Martin case coming up in Hawaii? Do you think he will get over the “standing” issue?

  133. jonathanwrightesq Says:

    Foxtrot Says:

    November 18, 2008 at 3:15 pm
There are millions of Democrats who have been following this story from the get-go, like me. This isn’t just a Conservative charge. Look at Berg, he too is a lifelong Democrat. The most vocal ones, who are actually pushing forward with suits, etc are actually Democrats.

    ———————————————————-

No it is not a democrat issue.

    off my soapbox.

  134. sliderblaze Says:

i wouldnt be able to by cigs without showing the proper, in person, identifiction, the same should go for the president, no matter what party they are from

  135. Troy Says:

Here is my take on the whole API thingy….First of all, it was most likely a hoax from the very beginning….If by chance it wasn’t, then the tape must be of such poor quality that it can’t be verified as authentic and nobody is willing to stick the neck out….The Sarah Obama tape that Berg has is the same way…Whe I listened to it I was very disappointed….I can’t believe he would even try to use it as eveidence….Berg had said that the Michelle tape was recorded with an usual recording device….That doesn’t sound too promising.

  136. thinkingmom11 Says:

OK – ignore the last part of my question – you were answering while I was typing.

Please realize – your support of Obama is note for, but don’t expect a lot of warm fuzzies from the rest of us here who hold a different opinion.

  138. Tenacity Says:

I just emailed this to Korir’s gmail.

    Chief Editor Korir,

I would like to respectfully request that you remove my contact information from all lists and databases that you have. Your most recent post implies that you have no contract with an MBO to broadcast the Michelle Obama tape. You have not met any deadline that you have published. No further delay on your part will now receive the benefit of the doubt. Your words and commitments are as empty as Obama’s. Please stop representing yourself as a man of God, because you are giving Him a bad name. I no longer have any hope that you will do anything you have said or will say. You have stolen the hope of those who have trusted you. Time spent at your site has been a complete waste…shame on me. If the alleged MO tape ever sees the light of day, then I will know that you were not a complete fraud. I do not need to be notified.

    Sincerely,
    Blog name: Tenacity

Norway AND the United Nations know Korir and his hoaxes. This from a Feb 6, 08 piece in Aftenposten.
    http://www.aftenposten.no/english/local/article2458892.ece

He apparently found a new gig and audience. Let’s wash our hands now. You guys have been so faithful.

“Felicien Kabuga, a wealthy Rwandan businessman who’s been on the run for 14 years, reportedly drove over the border from Sweden two months ago and has been staying with another man from Rwanda in a flat in Oslo.

The editor of Norwegian-based African Press International (API) told a Kenyan newspaper that he had interviewed Kabuga in an Oslo hotel room. Editor Sammy Kipterer Korir told newspaper Sunday Nation that he’d been invited to the hotel room by a friend from Sudan.

Korir didn’t respond to inquiries from Aftenposten.

API reported that Kabuga, now age 72, wanted to return to Rwanda before his health deteriorates. He reportedly said he would seek asylum in Norway if the Rwandan authorities refuse to negotiate with him.

Rwandan authorities have rejected negotiations with the alleged war criminal. A United Nations tribunal issued a warrant for Kabuga’s arrest in 1999. Diplomats and tribunal officials reportedly have dismissed Korir’s report of meeting Kabuga as a hoax.

  140. Foxtrot Says:

There are many sites, that I may frequent that many of you might not, because I am a Democrat. On those sites, it is predominantly Democratic posters. They too were disgusted about Obama and all the secrecy that surrounds him. Also, many of the charges against Obama are from Democrats. Look at Berg, Sinclair , PUMA, and the like.

The groups are too numerous to list. When I say there are millions who are skeptical about Obama, you need only check the PUMA website to know that is true. As I said earlier, I deal in facts, that is why I don’t believe API is legit. Obama is a fraud, just as API is a fraud. Simple as that.

  141. sliderblaze Says:

Goldie, i dont know about anyone else here, but i seen that a month ago, always two sides…

  142. Foxtrot Says:

Any news yet on Andy Martin’s website? What time would it be in Hawaii right now, in relationship to EST?

  143. jonathanwrightesq Says:

PUMA’s were irrelevent. The biggest base was white woman voters which ended up voting in higher numbers for Obama than they did Kerry.

I am not saying they are not out there but the numbers of democrats against the candiate this year are lower than usual.

  144. sliderblaze Says:

    Lmaooooo

  148. Foxtrot Says:

Okay Troy . . .did you ever find out what that reference was on API? Did anyone? Just curious.

  149. thinkingmom11 Says:

Fox – the simple fact is that most democrats DID vote for Obama. The DEMs who didn’t want to vote for him just stayed home on election day and now are sitting on there computers grumbling about an Obama presidency. As far as the other websites you go to, I am sure there are ALOT of disgruntled Dems that you know of – but “birds of a feather flock together.” That is true for the most site of this bunch here. It is true of the media too. So many of them are liberal and only hang out with liberals that they have a hard time understanding how anyone thinks differently than they do. Anyway, if the PUMA’s were so abundant and they wanted to stop Obama – they should have come out and voted McCain.

  150. sliderblaze Says:

There are always two sides. I’m ot rying to convince anyone. I wanted to share what I found. I saw other articles I translated of this story when they believed him. This was a pretty big thing to claim. The tapes would be a big issue too. He’s not past pulling one. You guys have been so faithful to him and I admit I had hope too. When one excuse after another came and in the excuses were also another excuse to use again, I just gave up on it. When the story broke they told what was supposed to be on the tape. Everything that was supposedly said was things already known. There was nothing claimed that was new information. It didn’t come until after we had all told about the Berg case and he had that to go on.

There are going to be a lot of hurt feelings. I’m not going to blam a soul for still believeing. I just don’t want you hurt is all.

  157. thinkingmom11 Says:

OK – I gotta get out of here. I am to distracted to keep up. I have some young skulls full of mush to fill with radical, right-wing conspiracy theories. JUST KIDDING! But I do need to get the school day going – y’all have a great day 🙂

  158. Foxtrot Says:

REmember, thinking Mom, “abundant” is a subjective word. The fact is that millions of PUMAS did show up to vote for McCain. If they had not, McCain would have been slaughtered–the results would have been worse than they were. Did you ever think how McCain’s numbers were relatively close to Obama’s before the election? For all intent and purposes, with the economy being so bad and polls showing people most blamed Republicans for it, his numbers should have been in the tank (dont’ blame me, I am just quoting what FOX news and Zogby polls said over and over). As a former Campaign Manager, I was trained to look beyond the “win” or the “loss” , and to look at the numbers that relate to that. I can assure you, if millions of Democrats did not cross the line to vote for McCain, it would have been a complete blow out. Hope that helps explain.

  159. Tenacity Says:

    JWesq et al,
I believe it was Churchill who once said: “Anyone 20 years old and not a liberal has no heart. Anyone 40 years old and not a conservative has no brain.”

For years I was a registered Democrat. For the last 30 years I have been a registered Republican. I am one of those that believe the Democratic Party left me. I know a multitude of Democrats that still hold to the values that I grew up with. The Democratic Party is now controlled by radicals (socialists) with priorities focused on self power, humanism, naturalism and instant gratification. They are distroying this country. Followers of this radicalization are deceived to the point of being delusional. I love my country and every patriot in it. I will fight to protect it. My opinions do not mean that my mind is closed. I have a forgiving heart that helps me maintain clarity. I pray for those that are deceived.

I am not scared by the s word. So leave that aside.

Many old conservatives think their party left them also. People grow values change. My core set of values have been with the dems for my lifetime. I dont see at this age that changing. Perhaps a few years of having absolute power will make me think again… Only time will tell.

  164. Foxtrot Says:

Emilio–Korir, if that is his real name, is a piece of work! His enemy is himself for stretching this out for so long. He could have simply released the supposed tape a month ago, and he would not have been subjected to all of this doubt now.

  165. sliderblaze Says:

ESQ true conservatives arent beholdn to a party, they are beholdn to there ideals, it just so happens that the republicans hold my conservative values and the dems, well, lets face it, they will never hold my values, not in this lifetime

  166. jonathanwrightesq Says:

    Foxtrot.

Is it not true that many PUMA’s were white woman that turned to McCain after Hillary lost in the primaries? The numbers on that demographic show Obama performing better than Kerry. The polls do not show any abudance at all in PUMA’s.

About 95% of my friends and family were Hillary people. I was 55% Obama 45% Hillary. Myself and the rest of them saw close similarites her and Obama’s platforms and were on board with the nomination. I expect that happened in the millions. You look at Hillary’s primary numbers and Obam’s general election numbers and he won over almost all of her people.

  167. Foxtrot Says:

Slider, you are absolutely correct. One IS beholden to the PRINCIPLES of the Party. I feel that Dean was a bozo and he has destroyed the true Democratic Party. However, I hold true to the principles of my party, as you do yours, and hope for a better future.

  168. Troy Says:

Korir’s thinking is idiotic….Would good would it do for a handful of people who were foolish enough to give him all their personal info to be the only ones to hear the tape….the only way the so called “tape” would be worth anything is if the whole world heard it….He lost his mind.

  169. Troy Says:

  170. jonathanwrightesq Says:

I feel the same way about a certain segment of the republican party. The moral, christian value side I can never be on board with. Strict small government and structured fiscal responsibilty I do see the value in. I think congress made up of the liberal social values I stand behind mixed with those fiscal conservative regulations would be my dream congress..(made up of a lot of John McCain circa 2000 types…)

I would vote right on the right canadiate but the party needs restructing in my eyes.

  171. Foxtrot Says:

Not the case at all. Obama won over alot of Republicans who wanted “change” and the more conservative bent that didn’t ever like McCain. Obama also outspent McCain by 3 to 1. Even a piece of wood could win with those kind of odds. The fact he was only 3% more of the popular vote than McCain should tell you something. Besides, if you check with PUMA, they had just as many Republican woman as Democratic in their ranks. Even thought he acronym was “Party Unity My AXX”, the group attracted voters from both sides of the aisle.

well, only 9% of people polled think that the conservatives are too conservative

the rest have the opinion that they have either lost there way
or abandoned their principles (which i agree with)

so, having said that, conservatives need to get back to their principles and kick out the rino’s that have dragged us down

liberal social programs are fine, but need to come with heavy strings attached and everytime we try to attach them, we are called racist.
libs want universal heath care, fine, only those who truly live their lives healthy should be eligiable for it, i.e. non smokers

you want welfare to pay for your food and living…fine, drug testing and learning a trade/school (in which part should be paid back to tax payers, what is wrong with people paying and investing in their own futures?)

  197. Foxtrot Says:

And yes, Obama was favored over Kerry by a large portion of the Democratic population–the black vote. It made a huge difference this year. Black Americans who were registered but did not vote in the Kerry election, coupled with the new black voters for this campaign was a huge block vote that no other candidate has ever had. I have never seen the numbers so huge in this group. It was unprecedented! Glad to see it, personally, just wish they would have been onboard for elections in the past as well.

  198. Foxtrot Says:

Thanks, Tenacity. And Troy, I think Meg and Hope are with Cloud somewhere laughing their heads off that they managed to bamboozle so many people. I will be the first to admit, at least for a short time, I was one of those people.

average, people who truely live by their values, go to work, go to church, live a normal productive life…..about 40% of us
people who believe in God, keep it to ourselves and live a lil recklessly but still realize that we a purpose to be productive members of society(i fall into this category in the interest of full disclosure) about 40% of us

  208. Foxtrot Says:

If there are more registered voters in the Obama race than there were in the Kerry race, which there were, then of course there were more! There were also more blacks that voted for Obama, more white men that voted for Obama. One can’t look at the numbers in a vacuum. You need to look at them in the correct context. All of Obama’s numbers will be higher, that is to be expected. Also, we didn’t have a financial collapse two weeks before Kerry’s voting day, like we did this time. Let’s face it, Obama was helped along quite a bit by circumstance.

I really have to run now. Take care everyone!

I skimmed the poll..wow push polling indeed.

How is what canadiate will bankrupt the coal industry and equal question to which canadiate has a pregnant daughter. One is undisputed fact the other is conjecture.

    WOw.

    Just wow.

  239. sliderblaze Says:

ah yes, but mccain didnt win now did he? and i would beg to differ, i have found more informed mccain supporters than i have on the other side

    here is my case
since its been proven that the media coverage was slanted heavily to obama, and made obama look like a star, those who didnt vote for him, musta known better……how would they know unless they were well informed?

  240. Troy Says:

    esq,
The video was part of a documentary that was not insinuating that Obama voters were stupid…It was showing seemingly intellegent people that were ill informed due to the overwhelmingly liberal biased media that did not do their jobs to make informed voters out of the general public….Rest assured that there are plenty of just plain dumb people on both sides.

It was simply showing misinformed or ill informed voters.

  241. sliderblaze Says:

esq, yes egg….and obama said that about the coal industry HIMSELF, not an economist

  242. sliderblaze Says:

ESQ, OBAMA SAID IT!!!!!!! are you ill informed as well?

  243. jonathanwrightesq Says:

    The problem is Troy.

They took publicized facts about the McCain campaign against rumors and conjecture on the Obamas in most cases. The weather underground and coal industry are the two biggest things.

So yes the media reported actual FACTs and people learned them. But yet that is bias of them.

    Ohh well.

  244. Troy Says:

    esq,
WAKE UP!!!…Obama said in his own WORDS that his cap and trade system would bankrupt any new attempt to start a coal fired power plant….That’s a fact Jack!!!

  245. sliderblaze Says:

ESQ wrong, they were finding out what they have heard about the two candidates, throught their media medium the use

  246. Troy Says:

Lmaoooo…I give up….There is just no way to get these people to open their eyes

  247. sliderblaze Says:

why is it that the knew more about an obscure 150k wardrobe and not who the weather underground is….one of obama’s associates

thats the media bias we are so often talking about

  248. sliderblaze Says:

and it was on display obviously through this documentary

  249. Troy Says:

    slider,
    Exactly the point being made

  250. Troy Says:

    I’ll tell you why…denial,denial,denial

  251. jonathanwrightesq Says:

Dubious at best. He spoke a long time back about clean coal bankrupting the industry before supporting it.

You do know why he changed his mind dont you?

  252. Troy Says:

I’m not even a rep, i have no dog in the hunt…I am an indp with conservative leanings

  253. jonathanwrightesq Says:

Palin having a pregnant daughter is not the same level as his clean coal comment from a long time back being tacked up with his today policy.

    You people are REACHING.

  254. sliderblaze Says:

um, he supports cap and trade, and he said it in january of 08, hardly a long time ago

  255. Troy Says:

    good lord….get a grip

  256. sliderblaze Says:

ok, i take that back ESQ less than a year ago is a long time for Obama, since, his policies tend to change on a day to day basis

  257. sliderblaze Says:

thats the problem with dems, you hit them with facts, and they dont care,

slips down the slip in slide with eyes closed and reckless abandon

  258. Stacy Says:

Wow – I’m listening to Philip Berg interview on ALex Jones show from Friday, and at 5:00 min. mark he says in Kenya they are preparing a shrine to mark the place of Obama’s birth!

  259. sliderblaze Says:

    stacy,

    what site is that?

  260. jonathanwrightesq Says:

Which of the four [candidates] said his policies would likely bankrupt the coal industry and make energy rates skyrocket?”

Tell me is this a straight up fact or not fact question like which one of the candaites teenage daughter is pregnant.

  261. sliderblaze Says:

john…here it is, it’s a fact in obamas own words,

both are fact, just one was blasted in the msm, and the other wasnt

  262. ddlew Says:

Well it looks as if Tripod has shut down API’s webpage. Can this get any sillier?

Oh wait……yes it can. Janet Reino will be the new Attorney General for Obama. Laura Ingraham just announced it on her radio program.

  263. jonathanwrightesq Says:

    Obama’s jan quote.

What I’ve said is that we would put a cap and trade system in place that is as aggressive, if not more aggressive, than anybody else’s out there.

I was the first to call for a 100% auction on the cap and trade system, which means that every unit of carbon or greenhouse gases emitted would be charged to the polluter. That will create a market in which whatever technologies are out there that are being presented, whatever power plants that are being built, that they would have to meet the rigors of that market and the ratcheted down caps that are being placed, imposed every year.

So if somebody wants to build a coal-powered plant, they can; it’s just that it will bankrupt them because they’re going to be charged a huge sum for all that greenhouse gas that’s being emitted.

Hmmm yup he said my policies are going to take down the whole industry.

  264. jonathanwrightesq Says:

I support obama on his cap and trade.

It is the right way to move forward. It wont backrupt the industry.

  265. sliderblaze Says:

same with biden talking about an international crises

this is why he asked where they got their news from

  266. Ksinde. Says:

i don’t know why you guys even bother with ESQ……. I for one was and am sick and tired of trying to debate anything with lib dems…It is like debating with a 3 yr old.

They already have their minds made up just as we do. It is beyond me how any american citizen can accept our president elect basically> flipping us the bird and saying f*ck you, i don’t have to prove sh*t to you people, don’t you know who i am, i am the chosen one!!!<

  267. sliderblaze Says:

ESQ, wait first it was Oh he said that a long time ago, now it’s, that not what he said

    which is it?

  268. sliderblaze Says:

ESQ is proving our point about dems and their shiftyness.

That is what he said, he polices will bankrupt coal, and cause high engery prices
just like he said he didnt have aproblem with high gas prices, it’s just that they increased to quickly

  269. Troy Says:

    slider,
Lmaooo…give it up, your waisting your time,
    you will never get thru

  270. sliderblaze Says:

ESQ you are missing the point of this whole thing, if they were actually informed, they woulda known that was obama who said it, it was big news (for some news outlets) he was the onlyone who said it, they, being informed, woulda known, but they didnt say they didnt know, they chose mccain or palin

it that they thought that all the negatives they asked, like the coal question, had to be from a republican!!!!!!!!!

you are trying to enter into samantics

like, it all depends on what the word is ….is

  271. Ksinde. Says:

EXACTLY TROY…Like debating with a 3 yr old… Liberals just like the reaction they get from informed people like us when they talk there poisen.

    EXCERPT

    New developments

Dr. Alan Keyes filed a lawsuit in California, November 14, 2008:

    http://worldnetdaily.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=80931

‘Constitutional crisis’ looming over Obama’s birth location. Alan Keyes lawsuit warns America may see ‘usurper’ in Oval Office.

“The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state’s 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.”

  288. Ksinde. Says:

thanks fox…i am always a day late and a penny short

  289. Stacy Says:

BTW, I just wanted to say that the video from How Obama Got Elected makes me want to puke and weep for my country, all at the same time.

I’ll bet ESQ is so proud of all his comrades in that video – they make him look smart!

    http://www.howobamagotelected.com/

  290. Troy Says:

I have a terrible problem that when I see someone throw up that I start laughing uncontrolably and have to leave the room

  291. sliderblaze Says:

rule of thumb, laugh first, feel bad later

  292. Ksinde. Says:

BO is only making himself look guiltier by not just giving up his BC…When he refuses Berg, I was like ok, fine, no biggy. But now that lawsuits are popping up left and right and he still isn’t giving up his bc, how guilt looking is that????

  293. jonathanwrightesq Says:

Yes please I want to be labled far away from foxtrot.

Clean coal industry will be different that todays coal industry. If it does not change it will bankrupt. Yes… I understand that is Obama’s plan.

He never said he would bankrupt the industry. The industry is going to change. The questions are very bias. You people yelling about bias should be able to see that.

  294. Ksinde. Says:

Where is Tena??? i am feeling awnry and feel like busting his hump

  295. Foxtrot Says:

Stacy, lets be nice. Remember, Democrats helped McCain get as many votes as he did. None of us should be lumping “groups” of people all together. As volatile as I think ESQ can be sometimes, he/she is obviously a smart cookie. He is entitled to his opinion as a Democrat. I am also a Democrat, as I stated earlier, and I am entitled to mine, as you are yours. Let’s keep it civil here and stop stereotyping. The stereotypes of a “wheat grass eating tree hugger” for Democrats and a “bible thumping, narrow minded bigot” for Republicans simply doesn’t wash in my mind. both of those stereotypes are a very small portion of each of the parties bases. Again, let’s be nice!

  296. jonathanwrightesq Says:

Anyways instead of arguing policy lets go to the birth certificate. You guys got a winner with that one

    🙂

  297. Troy Says:

Lordy…we’re still stuck on the coal industry?

  298. jonathanwrightesq Says:

    Facts foxtrot.

    not true

Democrats went to Obama more than they did kerry.

    Facts facts facts…

  299. Ksinde. Says:

ESP…yes he did say he would bankrupt…just go back googling to try to find something to argue with us about.

  300. jonathanwrightesq Says:

aww but you are actually being nice.

    My apologies.

    thank you fox.

  301. Ksinde. Says:

ESQ…yes he did say he would bankrupt…just go back googling to try to find something to argue with us about.

  302. jonathanwrightesq Says:

Did obama say he would bankrupt the industry? If so please point that out.

    No google needed.

  303. Foxtrot Says:

I already said that! But it was because there were more people voting in each of those groups and more people registered this time! Put on your glasses ESQ!

  304. Foxtrot Says:

Any word on Andy Martin yet?

  305. jonathanwrightesq Says:

I tried to steer you to the one base that Obama was supposed to lose by the pumas.

Middle age white woman. It did happen. The youth vote went up the minority vote went up..and more white middle age woman went up..giving him a bigger margin than bush ever got.

  306. Troy Says:

Wow….Aliens just landed in my back yard and one of them is wearing an Obama tee-shirt….Run for the hills!!!!!!!!!

  307. Foxtrot Says:

For what it is worth, my inside sources say Obama is panicking right now. You notice how he doesn’t seem joyous and is rather subdued. My buddies on the inside said they know this whole birth certificate thing may come to a head before the Electoral College and they are very afraid. I would be too, if I were him.

Did anyone see if the MSM covered the insert that Berg placed in the Washington paper yet?

  308. jonathanwrightesq Says:

What washington paper did he put it in?

  309. Troy Says:

  319. Foxtrot Says:

I agree with that statement ESQ. The real issue is whether or not he was adopted by his Indonesian stepfather. If he was, Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship, so he would have had to have renounced his U.S. citizenship. Even if he retook the oath to become a U.S. citizen again later, it would then make him a “naturalized” citizen, not a “natural born”. The real focus should be on the Indonesian side of things.

  336. thinkingmom11 Says:

Obama has many citizenship issues that must be addressed and then dealt with – whatever the results. If it is proven that he is a “natural born citizen” then citizens need to let it rest (still keep a mindful eye on him though!!) but if it is proven he indeed is ineligible to be president, then he needs to step aside and do his part to settle the likely unrest that will result.

  337. Troy Says:

did y’all not understand Donofrio’s arguement?

  338. Dianna Says:

Jon, If Obama was born in Kenya in 1961 He would be a British Citizen.

  339. jonathanwrightesq Says:

He did not say he would bankrupt the industry. An the question was a classic push poll question.

So you are wrong on both accounts. People are smarter than you give them credit for and most can understand what he was saying about a coal plant being built would be bankrupted… That it will not thrive if we continue off old technologies…I am sorry you cant.

  340. Troy Says:

likely unrest?….hahaha…that’s the understatement of the year

    we’re talking marshall law here!!!

  341. jonathanwrightesq Says:

He was born to an American mother. and laws retroactive back to 1952 would make him a natural born us citizen.

  342. Troy Says:

    esq,
you are seriously misinformed on what you are saying…you are not even remotely close

  343. jonathanwrightesq Says:

From the tribune article a while back. Laws have not been changed.

At the time Obama was born, the law stated that a person would be considered a “natural born citizen” if either parent was a citizen who had lived at least 10 years in the U.S., including five years after the age of 14—in other words, 19.

Dunham was three months shy of her 19th birthday when Obama was born. But subsequent acts of Congress relaxed the requirement to five years in the U.S., including just two years after the age of 14, meaning Dunham could have been 16 and still qualified even if Obama was born in another country, Volokh said. Congress made the law retroactive to 1952, doubly covering Obama.

  344. Stacy Says:

Here’s the transcript of the 10-21-2004 Keyes v. Obama Senate debate:

  345. Troy Says:

wrong again…..stanley dunham did not even pass that arguement…she was too young…not that it even matters coz it doesn’t

  346. jonathanwrightesq Says:

    And in circles we go.

Here is a basket put all your eggs into it. The birth certificate issue is a non-issue on so many fronts but please continue to hope and pray.

  347. Stacy Says:

Here’s the transcript of the October 12th, 2004 Keyes v. Obama Senate debate:

    http://www.keyesarchives.com/transcript.php?id=367

  348. jonathanwrightesq Says:

    bangs my head.

She was 18 laws (retroactively) made it so she only had to be 16. Therefore she passes the argument.

  349. Troy Says:

I sure hope Obamalama Ding-Dong supporters don’t start tossing themselves off of cliffs when he is ruled against….Ok, maybe I do….Lmaoooo

  350. Troy Says:

    esq,
you are letting your ridiculous blind loyalty mar your ability to look at facts….YOU ARE DEAD WRONG!!!

  351. thinkingmom11 Says:

Troy – my understanding of Donofrio’s arguement is that McCain would not be considered a natural born citizen either. If the SCOTUS rules in his favor, well as my kids would say, “Hold onto your dipies babies it’s gonna be a bumpy ride!!!”

  352. jonathanwrightesq Says:

I will certainly toss all my possessions off the cliff if a court case becomes on anything.

He was born in Hawai’i so all other points are moot…IF he wasnt..it still is moot. …

I have 100% confidence behind that. Lets see who wins.

  353. Foxtrot Says:

None of that matters though ESQ. That is why most people are now focusing on the Indonesian adoption. If he was adopted, and according to the paper Berg has on his website, he had to be in order to attend Indonesian Schools, then Obama would have had to renounce his U.S. citizenship. He could regain it by taking the oath when he was 18 but there is no record of that. Furthermore, even if he DID take that oath, it would make him a “naturalized citizen”.

  354. thinkingmom11 Says:

Stacy – I am cracking up – I was starting to read the transcript you linked and I started cracking up at the moderator saying “What’s the word.” Holy cow – give me a hand up from the floor!!!

  355. justanamericancindy4 Says:

but in Kenya citizenship is taken from the father…. so he would have dual citizenship at the least…… still making him not “Natural born”

  356. jonathanwrightesq Says:

Berg is a crackpot. The courts know that. The case is dead in the water.

    It has no merit.

  357. thinkingmom11 Says:

I know the moderator is referencing the statement Keyes made before hand but it popped up and it looked like he was starting out the debate with “What’s the word.” I guess I just needed a good laugh…

  358. Foxtrot Says:

Again, no matter where he was born is really irrelevant because there was an action that occurred AFTER that that would make him ineligible anyway, and that was his adoption from his Indonesian Stepfather. So, you see, in normal cases, the fact that he would be born in Hawaii or Kenya would be relevant, but in this case it is not because of what happened later on. He is NOT eligible because he was adopted by his INdonesian Stepfather. Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship, and the only way a kid could be in their schools was to be or become an Indonesian citizen. Since we have proof he was in fact registered in an Indonesian school under the name Barry Soetoro, we know he was adopted and had to have renounced his U.S. citizenship to do so. Even if he became a U.S. citizen when he came back to the U.S. by taking the oath, he would still be a “naturalized” citizen NOT “natural born”.

  359. Ksinde. Says:

ESQ… don’tyou wonder or care that BO is hiding so many things from all of us…doesn’t that make you wonder… If not then why do you not care he won’t show his bc or his college transcripts or his layer client list?

    Read this:

    http://www.newsmax.com/insidecover/obama_secrecy/2008/10/22/143157.html

  360. justanamericancindy4 Says:

If this is all BS …. why would Ob for the full term of his Presidency have his citizenship an issue? Me I would want everything put to rest so I could go forward.

Why not just get a certified valted copy of his BS and have it ran in the New York Times?

That would mute the subject completely…..

  361. Ksinde. Says:

ESQ, i will be waiting for your response and can’t wait to hear your answer

  362. Foxtrot Says:

Not to mention his health records. Everyone else had to provide their complete health files. Obama simply had his physician write a one page letter stating Obama “was in good health”. What the heck !?!?!?!?? Where was the media on that one?

  363. Troy Says:

IT wouldn’t matter if he was born in the freakin OvaL Office.
He admits right on his idiotic “Fight The Smears” website that he was born a Brtish subject AND an American citizen….That is DUAL CITIZENSHIP….You cannot be a dual citizen at TIME OF BIRTH and be eligible….PERIOD!!!!…..As far as what his citizenship status is NOW has absolutely NO berring on the matter….I don’t care if he pees out the ghost of George Washington and Abraham Lincoln, he was BORN with a DUAL CITIZENSHIP and that doesn’t cut it….CASE CLOSED!!!

  364. Foxtrot Says:

Obama has gotten a pass at every turn. The DNC allowed Hillary to be nit-picked, slandered and crucified during the primary race, but they turned a blind eye to Obama’s “secrets” at every turn. I am very disappointed in how the DNC handled themselves during the primary.

  365. Ksinde. Says:

    exactly troy!!!

  366. Ksinde. Says:

ESQ…hurry up because i have another question for you

  367. justanamericancindy4 Says:

    I think the adoption happened…
Why he can not get his Valted copy in Hawaii; because it is sealed by the court.. I think he has his Mother’s copy when he was born. the short one and the one with the footprints and that is what he used here to college etc.

I am only 5 years younder than OB…. my mother was able to register me in school with just a footprint BC…… it was the way things were done then.

  368. Foxtrot Says:

Someone can argue the actual birthplace issue because of the close proximity to the cut off date for his mother and the retroactive law that came into play. Yada, yada, yada. The only thing they cannot argue is that he would have given up his U.S. citizenship to become an Indonesian citizen. Unlike the Kenyan/British citizenship, that had an expiration date of the age of 18, Indonesians do not have such a clause. That is why many of these cases being filed are now focusing on the Indonesian segment, not the Kenyan segment of the argument.

  369. thinkingmom11 Says:

Stacy – I was looking for Obama’s comment that he didn’t think the natural born thing was important – is that in there? Or is it something else? I couldn’t find it in there, but then again I didn’t pick it apart with a fine tooth comb either. Can you help me out?

  370. Foxtrot Says:

cindy, I think the adoption happened too.

  371. jonathanwrightesq Says:

He was born in Hawaii and has shown it. Not hiding a thing. Just arguing scenerios since some dont want to buy that.

    Foxtrot you said:

He is NOT eligible because he was adopted by his INdonesian Stepfather. Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship, and the only way a kid could be in their schools was to be or become an Indonesian citizen.

    —————-

Since when are American laws based of Indonesian? Obama’s stepfather did not have the authority to denouce him as an American citizen.

  372. Troy Says:

Sometimes it feels like I am trying to reason with a head of cabbage….Grrrrr

  373. Ksinde. Says:

    ESQ…. I am waiting

  374. Foxtrot Says:

No, but his mother could renounce his citizenship. Read the actual law that Berg cites on that subject on his website. He did not interpret it, it is simply posted as is.

  375. thinkingmom11 Says:

Fox – I think it important to address ALL these issues in order to establilsh that he just has too many divided loyalties in addition to proving that he is not a natural-born citizen. I think your assertion will be given more credibility if he is proven to be born abroad. Put together, it is a much more convincing arguement than either issue on it’s own.

  376. Ksinde. Says:

troy…one sandwich short of a picnic

  377. jonathanwrightesq Says:

    Wow.

He was born in hawaii anyways. but whatever. Good luck with your court cases. lmao.

    What is your question ks

  378. Ksinde. Says:

look up, i don’t feel ike posting it again 😉

  379. Foxtrot Says:

I also believe the reason Obama won’t allow his college files to be opened is the fact he applied as an “Indonesian citizen”. He said himself that his grades were not that good. The only way a kid, with crappy grades, could get into those kind of schools was to fulfill an “international” quota that most schools have. It is mainly for bragging rights when they talk about their student body and where they came from. He already told us he had crummy grades, so he can’t be afraid of us seeing that. This is the only explanation that would be logical.

  380. jonathanwrightesq Says:

A 9/11 troother and Andy Martin are you guys and I am the sandwich short.

    Understood.

  381. jonathanwrightesq Says:

I dont feel like looking up.

Guess we are at a impasse.

  382. justanamericancindy4 Says:

What we are saying. Is the whole issue about the BC is a soap opera…
many things are possible projections…. we don’t know the whole story

But with him soon being voted on for President Elect we deserve to know

  383. Troy Says:

People, people, people….forget Indonesia, forget Kenya, forget Hawaii, forget Mars or Uranus (hehehe)….He was BORN a BRTISH subjet AND an AMERICAN citizen….THAT IS DUAL CITIZENSHIP AT TIME OF BIRTH…..and it is NOT acceptable.

I don’t think it can be said any more clear than that.
Can you wrap your head around DUAL CITIZEN AT TIME OF BIRTH?

  384. Foxtrot Says:

Obama could end all the speculation himself if he simply provided the vault version of his birth certificate and allowed his college files to be opened. The fact that he won’t do any of these things, proves he is hiding something!

  385. Ksinde. Says:

lol… here you go ESQ…. omg, a liberal that doesn’t feel like it….her you go.

ESQ… don’tyou wonder or care that BO is hiding so many things from all of us…doesn’t that make you wonder… If not then why do you not care he won’t show his bc or his college transcripts or his layer client list?

  388. thinkingmom11 Says:

Troy – is your hat on too tight? You seem a little stressed out? 🙂 I think we get your point. I think we are all just wanting as much “ammunition” against him when/IF the sh*t hits the fan.

  389. Foxtrot Says:

Troy, if you go down that road then you will be lumping McCain in that group as well. If that is what you want, then so be it. Even though Congress took action on his behalf, the real “purists” relative to the Constitution would say that McCain was ineligible as well. I actually had a Republican taxicab driver go on a rant about that several months ago!

  390. Foxtrot Says:

Of course I would like to see the birth certificate bear out to state he was not born here. However, I am still hanging my hopes on the Indonesian side of things.

Congress made the law retroactive to 1952, doubly covering Obama.”

That means simply that Obama would have gotten his FATHER’S Citizenship, that of a British Citizen.

  402. JoeE Says:

Excuse the above parodies, but I thought it might be amusing.

I have been a Democrat all of my voting life (at least until this election cycle) but I have always had a high regard and respect for Alan Keyes, who sees clearly the delusion of this race obsession afflicting people like M. Obama.

All of these ‘concerns’ in the above parodies are illusions and relative. We all suffer, and we could put a different term in her surprisingly rather poorly written thesis, indicating the way we escape from the core angst that all humans suffer in this world. Maybe some of you are wiser but I don’t know why I’m here or why I’m here for such a short time, and what the hell happens later – woops – wrong word to use! And in the meantime, while I’m here there are all sorts of problems and pains and who knows – some horrid catastrophe that just might happen tomorrow or the next day. And if I happen to be taller or something, so what! That doesn’t eliminate my suffering. And if you’re comparing, what are you? Some socio-economic merchant!

This isn’t to slight the African-American experience, and their justification for disgust. But I personally would rather have as my leaders and their spouses and others who have dire power over us, to have an over-arching concern for the plight of all Americans, and perhaps all humans, rather than an inordinate concern for the Blacks, the Jews or even the native Indians – the ones who are still left, any more than for the short ones, or the ugly ones, or the fat ones.

Ok, I just read the Oct. 26th 2004 transcript and there is no mention of citizenship. I still need to read the Oct. 21st and Oct. 12th transcripts.

  406. JoeE Says:

    Dianna,

If the law in the first part was constituional (which I question), the later part, in which it was made retroactive, seems very curious. What if, you have twins, one is born before, and one is born after the specific retroactive date. In this hypothetical, but probable scenario, one child would be a natural born citizen and the other would not. This mess would not stand up in law. It’s inherently unconstitutional but easily the technicality that would not be claimed, but subsequently by Obama.

    It’s still in the air.

  407. Stacy Says:

ESQ – I notice you do not address two things:

    1. factcheck.org’s egregious conflict of interest, as iti is owned by Annenberg – of which Obama sat on the board of CAC for ten years with Bill Ayers and they gave him about $500 million dollars.

    2. The abstract COLB did not appear first on factcheck, nor on the Obama campaign website. It actually first appeared at Daily Kos by Markos Moulitsas.

How did Moulitsas obtain Obama’s abstract COLB? Why did HE – of all people – post it, rather than the CAPMAIGN, in response to the pressure form Geraghty’s June 9th op-ed piece calling for Obama to release hi birth certificate?

AUWAERTER: Wind and solar are flourishing here in Ohio, so why are you supporting clean coal?

BIDEN: We’re not supporting “clean coal.” Guess what. China’s building two every week. Two dirty coal plants. And it’s polluting the United States. It’s causing people to die.

AUWAERTER: So will you support wind and solar?

BIDEN: Absolutely. Before anybody did. The first guy to introduce a global warming bill is me, 22 years ago. The first guy to support solar energy is me, 26 years ago. It came out of Delaware. But guess what. China is burning three hundred years of bad coal unless we figure out how to clean their coal up. Because it’s going to ruin your lungs and there’s nothing we can do about it. No coal plants here in America. Build them, if they’re going to build them over there, make ‘em clean because they’re killing you.

  409. Bob Says:

You cannot be “Natural Born Citizen” by law — that is a “naturalized citizen.” You can be a “citizen at birth” (“anchor baby”), and not be a “Natural Born Citizen.”

The term “Natural Born Citizen” is a term of art — that is, it’s a term that requires that you need to consult with an expert to determine its meaning. It’s NOT what most people think it is. It is used only ONCE in the constitution, but frequently in correspondence, legal commentaries, legislation, and legal decisions. In an 1868 Supreme Court Decision, it was construed narrowly to allow FORMER SLAVES to be considered Citizens, but NOT NATIVE AMERICANS). They would have to wait another two generations.

It has nothing to do with where you were BORN. My great uncle was a full-blooded Cherokee and a “native-American,” but because he chose to live his whole life loyal to the Cherokee Nation, he was never a “Natural Born Citizen” — but he was a “naturalized citizen.”

The issue applies specifically to the qualifications to be “Commander-in-Chief” of the Armed Forces of the United States, and has as much to do with the ALLEGIANCE of the PARENTS as well the CITIZEN. The reason, the Commander-in-Chief cannot have “divided loyalty” towards this nation.

The reason that this is taking so long to get to the Supreme Court is because they know that they may have to also rule on the citizenship of so-called “anchor babies” when they have to take up this issue, if they take up the wrong case.

They are looking for the 1 case that will keep this issue very NARROW. This is why I think they are hesitating. Leo Donofrio’s case appears to fit the bill, because in this election cycle, three candidates were challenged whether or not they were “Natural Born Citizens.”

However, Chief Justice John G. Roberts will have to KNOW that Barack Hussein Obama II is eligible to “enter on the execution of his office,” before he administers the Inaugural Oath of Office.

Why? Because, in 1974, the Judiciary Committee decided that violating the constitutional oath was a high crime and misdemeanor, warranting impeachment, trial and removal from office, and President Nixon resigned.
