Revelation 20: 1 – 4
1 Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, holding in his hand the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain. 2 And he seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years, 3 and threw him into the pit, and shut it and sealed it over him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years were ended. After that he must be loosed for a little while. 4 Then I saw thrones, and seated on them were those to whom judgment was committed. Also I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their testimony to Jesus and for the word of God, and who had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life, and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

Excerpts
An interpretative rendering of the first chapters of the Revelation.
It is based on a belief that the disciple John was not only seeing a message for the whole of humanity, but a message for each individual human.
Each character, place, or action in the Revelation is considered to be an emblem of a part of each soul’s personal spirit, mind, and body.
The “Spirit’s” descriptions, criticisms, instructions, and activities are considered to be insights into the functioning, health, and destiny of each of these aspects of our being.
Under each title is the spiritual center’s number, endocrine gland, and chakra correlate.

The angel opens the bottomless pit, which Cayce says is symbolic of all those things within us that are “the most uncomely,” that are far from the presence of God.

11. (Q) Star from heaven, Key to bottomless pit. What are the locusts as described in this sounding? King Apollyon in this connection?
(A) As has been given as to how each of these vibratory forces arises from the lower portion, or as has been put in another setting – that which represents in the bodily forces the most uncomely, or that from the depths of the bottomless pit, or from out the presence of God, again has the spirit of man arosen to the glory of the star as in the Son (not sun, but Son), to those glories that become as the natures of the bodily forces, and every influence as comes through the earthly natures becomes lost in that beauty in the Son. 281-31
These influences within us that are incompatible with God’s presence and all- knowing mind are “lost in the beauty of the Son.“

Cyril of Alexandria: “Not by Great Power, nor by Force, but by My Spirit, Says the Lord”
Explore the humble life and incredible accomplishments of the seer and psychic who achieved worldwide fame for his remarkable gift.
While appearing to sleep, he touched the lives of thousands and saw into the future. His remarkable gift made him the most famous spiritualist since Nostradamus.
Edgar Cayce downplayed his apparently supernatural abilities, saying, “I don’t do anything you can’t do, if you’re willing to pay the price.”
The price must have been high indeed, for he seemingly traveled through space and time with his mind alone.
The life of the man known as “the sleeping psychic.”
See how he predicted both World Wars and the 1929 stock market crash, and diagnosed the illnesses of people sometimes thousands of miles away, all from a trance-like sleep. See how his prescriptions for the afflictions he diagnosed foreshadowed many of the staples of today’s holistic and homeopathic cures.
Spiritualists and cynics examine his gift and career, while contemporary accounts and interviews with those he helped cure testify to his astonishing abilities.
The life of the humble man who, when pressed on the nature of his gift, claimed only that he tried to be “a man of God.”
