Rose, thank you so much for posting the link to the group who is running the radio ads about Obama’s birth certificate!! I’m so glad you heard it too, because I thought I was dreaming when I heard it!!
I listened again today, and the ads were being run about every half hour from 9am to 11am.
To: maggief; Beckwith; null and void; stockpirate; pissant; PhilDragoo; Candor7; MeekOneGOP; Myrddin; ..
“Lester, this question in many ways continues to astound me. The state of Hawaii provided a copy with the seal of the president’s birth. I know there are apparently at least 400,000 people – (laughter) – that continue to doubt the existence of and the certification by the state of Hawaii of the president’s birth there, but it’s on the Internet because we put it on the Internet for each of those 400,000 to download. I certainly hope by the fourth year of our administration that we’ll have dealt with this burgeoning birth controversy.”
HOLY CRAP!!! Does anyone still need more proof that Obama and his Administration were directly responsible for creating and posting that forged COLB??
Do you still need to know the reasons why we have to keep talking to the public and the media about the forged COLB and keep referring to their own statement as proof that the Obama Administration committed felony document fraud??
The July 4th Tea Parties need to get this message out there alongside BO’s Socialistic policies.

Hugh talks about the escalating crisis on the Korean Peninsula with American Enterprise Institute scholar and former United States Ambassador to the UN, John Bolton.
HH: Well, even if we agree with that, what are the steps that you’ve take vis-à-vis the People’s Republic of China to get them to agree with that approach, the kind of pressures we can bring on them.
JB: Well, I think if we say to China this will be a much more important issue in the bilateral relationship between our two countries, that that will get their attention.
China does not want Japan and South Korea and Taiwan to go nuclear.
If those countries don’t believe that the United States and China are seriously addressing North Korea’s nuclear program, they will move in that direction themselves.
So ironically, a tougher line on North Korea is very much in China’s interest.
HH: Now much time would it require Japan to go nuclear, John Bolton?
JB: Many people think only a matter of months. They have a very advanced civil nuclear program.
They have substantial amounts of spent fuel with plutonium in the spent fuel that could be reprocessed. They have a very sophisticated scientific community.
They have advanced missile capabilities now. They can launch their own satellites. So it wouldn’t take Japan long.
Iran
HH: If in fact Israel struck, what would you imagine would be the response of the mullahs and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, John Bolton?
JB: Well, I don’t think it would be nearly as apocalyptic as people predict.
You know, they talk about closing the Straits of Hormuz to oil shipments, they talk about Iran cutting off its oil shipments, attacking American troops in Iraq or Afghanistan, increasing terrorist activity around the world.
I think all those things are highly unlikely, because if Iran were to do any of them, it would risk a direct response from us, and I don’t think they want that.
I think the bigger threat is to Israel, using Hezbollah and Hamas to rocket civilian sites inside Israel.
I think that’s one of the reasons why this is such a difficult calculation for Israel to decide what to do, because they may well bear the brunt of any Iranian retaliation.
HH: But Christopher Hitchens, you’re sidestepping this. Ought we to take out the top of the crime family? Get the don? Go for the dad?
CH: Would I be sorry if that would happen?
HH: No, not would you be sorry, would you want us to do it. Do you urge that policy?
CH: No, I don’t think the United States should use assassination as…I mean, I have other reasons for saying this, which whatever the subject may be.
HH: Okay, now…
CH: I think it shouldn’t be part of our arsenal, because it expresses contempt for people to say we’ll change your regime by a bullet rather than we want to bring you, or we’d rather for you to have democracy and self-determination.
HH: Is it more moral to…
CH: It’s an old CIA nostrum that’s never been anything other than a failure and a disgrace.
HH: But is it more moral, if the possibility or if the potential existed to actually accomplish regime change via assassination, is it more moral to wait for war of general sort in order to forego the black stain of assassination?
CH: Well, okay, you’re really trying to force me. I mean, if there was to be an assassination, that would be regarded by the North Korean regime as an act of war in itself. It simply replaces the question.
HH: You know, that train blew up rather mysteriously a few years ago when Kim Jung Il was coming back from China.
CH: That’s true. That’s absolutely true.
HH: You think the Chinese have had enough with their…
CH: No, because I think if the Chinese wanted him gone, he’d be gone.
We were discussing the A.Q. Khan network and the Bush-Cheney role in its dismantling, and I was able to ask him about his general knowledge of the war against terror.
The full transcript of the interview is below and the podcast is here.
I think Larry’s approach to commentary about the war is fairly representative of that which you get generally on MSNBC and various other precincts of the left.
EXCERPT
HH: All right, I’ll go look at the Wikipedia entry.
LO’D: So…but Hugh, let’s go back to what Liz said, what Liz Cheney said. Liz Cheney said I guess what, and I guess this is maybe what you’re trying to say, is when I said that we’ve prosecuted people for it, which according to this we have, she said we didn’t prosecute them just for that, meaning her response was well, we’ve prosecuted people who did waterboarding and other things.
HH: No, we’ve prosecuted for torture and prisoner of war conditions in Japan, vis-?-vis Japanese prisoners of war, but it was not exclusively waterboarding, and it’s usually mischaracterized by the left.
LO’D: Okay, but…so and you’re going to go do your own research on the Spanish-American War and reach your verdict on that. But…so your position with Liz is yeah, they waterboarded, that was one of the counts in the prosecution…
HH: Actually, Larry, my position is you were talking out of your rear end.
LO’D: No, look, it turns out I’m right.
HH: It turns out you went to Wikipedia and found a reference. You have no idea what that means.
LO’D: No, but look. A lot of people have said it, I’ve written it.
HH: Sure, a lot of people on the left say all sorts of things.
LO’D: Wait, wait, wait. I know they do.
HH: “A lot of people” say we didn’t go to the Moon.
LO’D: I know, that’s why I said to you, that’s why I said to you at the beginning, I cannot cite anything for you. I’m going to go look it up. Now if I didn’t find anything in the time you gave me, this would have been much more fun for both of us.
HH: Larry, I’m kind of out there. When I go on television and I say something, I think you should have a specific example at your fingertips.
LO’D: Well wait, well now I do.
HH: Well yeah, but when you were on MSNBC, you didn’t, and you still don’t know if this is true.
LO’D: But I was right. I was right.
HH: No, you’re not right, because we don’t know what that waterboarding was, or if that was only for waterboarding. You’re going on a Wikipedia citation.
Spots from Health Care for America Now advocate coverage for all U.S. residents and a public health insurance option.
One of the group’s ads is airing in Maine and urges viewers to contact Sens. Olympia Snowe (R) and Susan Collins (R) to express support for the public insurance option.
(Health Care for America Now is targeting Snowe and Collins as they are supporting a fallback option which will be triggered ONLY IF the private sector doesn’t step up to the plate, i.e., it will never be triggered.)
The group has spent $200,000 on ads in the last month, according to spokesperson Jacki Schechner.
Now, once again, why am I asking Senator Kennedy not to let us down on a Medicare-like public option?
It’s because of what he wrote in this editorial in the Boston Globe that gave me pause:
“We’ll make it illegal for insurers to deny coverage because of a preexisting condition or to impose other restrictions that keep you from getting the care you need. We’re also hearing that some Americans want the choice of enrolling in a health insurance program backed by the government for the public good, not private profit – so that option will be available too.”
Lefty Speak Again:
That to me indicates a limited public option. I don’t want that to happen. Do you?
I want a strong, robust Medicare-like public option that is funded by the government, and is OPEN TO ALL AMERICANS, not just “some Americans.”
Then please CALL Senator Edward Kennedy at (202) 224-4543 with this message below:
“Say how glad that you are that Senator Kennedy is back to help lead the fight for health care reform. Ask him to support a strong, robust Medicare-like public option OPEN TO ALL AMERICANS because you need it as an American.
Ask him to lead this effort to support the Medicare-like public option that is funded by the government, and
that you want him and the 30 other Senate Democrats to vote against any health care reform bill that does NOT include the public option or
has a watered-down public option or
has the public option as a “trigger” or “fall-back” option.”
(One has to ask oneself, why does the left fear a “trigger” or “fall-back” option?” Because they know that “trigger” will never be pulled.)
where instead of adopting the reform, Congress would set goals for the insurance industry for seven years. As long as the goals were met, there would be no competing public plan. “That’s a terrible idea,” Dean said, “They will just change their behavior until the trigger runs out and go back to how they were.”
Calling it “fake public option,” Dean said that D.F.A. would actively fight against any such plan as being no public plan at all. The same went for any other plan that did not include a public option. “It wouldn’t be reform. If we put more into a private system, we are just going to lose money.”
(The Dean Speak here should tell us a lot about how the left will fight the trigger.)
Butcher Of Swat Haji Muslim Khan and Baitullah Mehsud
An Interesting telephone call between TTP swat and TTP South Waziristan was intercepted by Intelligence and transcript was published in Daily Jung News Paper.
Bellow is my own Translation. (Posted by Muhammad Bilal Iftikhar Khan)
Conversation is between Hajji Muslim khan spokes man of TTP swat and unknown leader of Baitullah Mahsud thugs.
MK what are you people doing? Where you people went yesterday? ?
2nd What?
MK I am Asking Where you people went yesterday?
2nd I went to the meeting and talked with him your issue. He told me he had the information. He told me you people(Swati Taliban?) come down on 15 and we will discuss. He told this 20 days ago.
MK. But I did not know any thing
2nd. And when I told him second thing he seriously ordered others present to do actions at other places. If they don’t find any special target, they target common places. So that you hearts may get cool.
MK 6 friends have died and 10 building(important Taliban hide outs?) have been demolished by army.
2nd oh, he has given strict orders to attack common places if they find hard to find sensitive ones. We are Waiting from two, three days to hear the news about attack. May be they are still planning. We have also planned but it will take 8 days and our friends are ready also friends from North(Waziristan?) and then we will start war.
MK: I also wants that. You should give ultimatum. Journalists ask me where are your friends from Waziristan and Taunts us. Yesterday BBC’s RIFFATULLAH also asked me that.
2nd oh
MK. We are under pressure. The intensity of brutality is not known by you people because army is not allowing journalists in.
2nd ok I will convey your massage till evening you are doing right thing????
MK If you people will keep on sitting like this, things will get out of hands

2nd many friends have gone and trying to reach targets and we have told to do action irrespective of who dies who not. Yesterday near Miranshah we detonated a remote controlled bomb and destroyed military’s 3 vehicles. Ok I will convey your massage
MK I will contact you tomorrow
(TTP Swat is suffering heavy casualties and are begging help from its Allies from SWA.)
A car packed with explosives exploded in the centre of Lahore, the capital of Pakistan’s eastern province of Punjab. Police say the blast killed at least 15 people and injured more than a hundred others.
The attacks came hours after the Pakistani Taliban claimed responsibility for a suicide car-bomb and gun attack in the city of Lahore on Wednesday that killed 24 people, saying it was revenge for the Swat offensive.
“We were looking for this target for a long time,” Hakimullah Mehsud, a commander loyal to Pakistani Taliban chief Baitullah Mehsud, said by telephone.
“STRIKE SOLDIERS’ KIDS”
The military released on Wednesday what it said was a tape of an intercepted telephone call between the Taliban spokesman in Swat, Muslim Khan, and an unidentified militant in which Khan says soldiers should be attacked.
“Strikes should be carried out on their homes so their kids get killed and then they’ll realise,” Khan said on the tape which was broadcast on media.
The unidentified man said orders had gone out to strike wherever possible.
Mohammad Naveed Khan, chief of police in North West Frontier Province, of which Peshawar is capital, was defiant. “The battle is on and we’ll keep fighting,” he told reporters.
The government posted a reward of 5 million rupees ($60,000) for the capture, dead or alive, of the Taliban leader in Swat, Maulana Fazlullah, and smaller bounties for 20 of his comrades.
The advertisement, which displayed a Quranic verse denouncing anarchy on earth, further lashed out at the extremists as real “killers of humanity” who deserve punishment.
Baitullah Mehsud on Thursday claimed responsibility for a devastating attack in Lahore on Wednesday, a senior Pakistani intelligence official revealed, citing the latest intelligence information.
Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the first Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of Constitutional “qualifications/eligibility” to serve as President of the United States and his cases that are still pending,
Berg vs. Obama [2 cases – 1 under seal] and
Hollister vs. Soetoro a/k/a Obama, et al
announced today that he is totally disappointed that the Third Circuit Court of Appeals has delayed “Oral Argument” in the case of
Berg vs. Obama, No. 08 – 4340, the case where Judge Surrick denied Berg’s case on the basis that Berg did not have “standing.”
Berg stated,
“About two [2] months ago I received notice that the Third Circuit would schedule ‘Oral Argument’ the last week of May 2009 or the first week of June 2009.
Not hearing for a specific date, Berg’s office contacted the Third Circuit and was just advised that “Oral Argument” is not scheduled as previously advised and the earliest time for ‘Oral Argument’ is in September or October of 2009, and notification will be sent.
I am totally disappointed that there has been this delay.”
Berg continued,
“I am determined to keep fighting lawfully through our Court system;
I believe there is a Judge or Justices that will grant us Discovery as it is essential for the following that the truth be told:
o the 305+ million citizens of the United States;
o our ‘Forefathers;’ and
o the 3 + million that have been injured or died defending our U.S. Constitution over the past 230 + years.
We want to be sure she knows how we all feel about her.
We want to be sure she knows we all send very special birthday wishes to her, especially those of us who Lisa personally banned (after repeatedly claiming she didn’t know how to do anything techie)…like the moderators and supporters (basically anyone who learned the truth about her criminal past), people who Phil is now claiming I “stole”.
I want to ask a silly little question that has really perplexed me since this suit was served to someone else at my home.
Is it even possible to “steal” people over the Internet?
Since I was a volunteer, we didn’t have any sort of signed contract, or even a verbal non-compete agreement.
And Lisa and Momma E keep claiming I was never an “insider”.
The people who came to me and asked me to start my own Troll free forum weren’t solicited. There are a total of six of us who started this forum.
I was not the one who wrote the invitation that was sent out to others, many of whom had expressed disgust with the mismanagement and takeover of OC by the Trolls.
(You know me, if I had written it, I’d have put my name on it. I did “tweak” it though. LOL)
So again, how does Phil explain his accusation that I stole people?
I just can’t seem to wrap my mind around the fact that he thinks he owns people.
Wasn’t slavery outlawed?
FYI, as I stated previously, I have learned that Phil is just about out of money.
And I also learned today that my informant is correct.
It is my understanding from a person who spoke to Phil:
Phil is currently soliciting funds under false pretenses, NOT to pursue the Obama eligibility question as he suggests, but actually to persecute us legally for speaking the truth about Lisa’s lies and criminal background and Momma E’s false assertions in sworn affidavits.
I really don’t want to embarass and humiliate an old lady of such advanced age, but this suit is forcing me to do it.)
And my documentation will prove I am the one speaking the truth, NOT Lisa, or Momma E.
Speaking the truth is an absolute affirmative defense to false allegations of slander, libel and defamation.
[I really hate to expose the truth about you Momma E because until you started waging a smear campaign against me, I once liked you.
And fyi, I am not mentally unstable as has been alleged by Lisa and Phil.
I suffer from major depression, not delusions, or psychosis.]
(I, too, suffer from major depression after reading this!)
Linda Starr replied to comment from Constitutionalist | May 28, 2009 2:44 PM
Yes, they are! I have it on good authority that there is a surprise Lisa may be getting, however, it might be delayed a few days.
On second thought, it will be a surprise, but probaby not a happy one for any of the plaintiff’s, though it will definitely be a huge shock to Phil.

Here come the defendants Orly Taitz, pro se and Orly Taitz, President of Defend Our Freedoms Foundation on behalf of Defend Our Freedoms Foundation and allege the following:
(There are 16 “allegations.”)
8. Plaintiff Lisa Liberi (hereinafter Liberi) is a Resident of the State of New Mexico.
Plaintiff’s attorney Philip Berg (Hereinafter Berg) has listed Liberi‘s address to be an address of his office in Pennsylvania, however Liberi does not reside in the state of Pennsylvania nor physically work in Berg’s office in the state of Pennsylvania.
Liberi is an assistant, who has some legal background related to her own criminal convictions and who assists Berg occasionally via e-mails, phone and mail sent from her residence in New Mexico.
Berg has improperly asserted her residence in Pennsylvania, due to the fact that this is a state where he is licensed to practice law, in order to try to obfuscate her real residence in New Mexico and improperly bring a legal action in the state of Pennsylvania.
Liberi claims that she was defamed by Orly Taitz, disclosing to the public, Court printout of Liberi’s convictions of forgery and grand theft.
Taitz denies all allegations and assets that all of the information provided was truthful and convictions in question were in the state of California, (addendum 1 Printout of Liberi convictions in San Bernardino county, California)
Liberi’s prosecuting district Attorney James Secord is in San Bernardino County, California;
arresting officer and all of the detectives are in the state of California, numerous victims of her criminal activity and potential witnesses in this action are in the state of California,
therefore a proper jurisdiction for this action and forthcoming counter complaint is in the state of California.
Due to the above defendants respectfully request dismissal of the current action in the state of Pennsylvania due to lack of subject matter jurisdiction and personal jurisdiction.
Venue was improperly under 28 U.S.C.A. §1391 (b)
Wherefore, defendants demand judgment that the complaint be dismissed, together with the costs and disbursements of this action.

yes, of course. There was simply a delay in my process server getting Fed EX from CA. I sent it on 05.23.09. Berg got his copy on the 26th. The process server got his copy yesterday evening on the 27th and filed today in the morning . It will show on the docket tomorrow.
they already dismissed the case against my husband. As I explained there was a delay in receipt of the docs by the process server. I sent overnight Fed Ex on 05.23.09 Berg got his on the 26th and the server got his copy yesterday evening, he filed it today
Below is a post that was in defense of Phil Berg’s Assistant Lisa Liberi! THANK GOD some one had the foresight to go and research and post it. Please feel free to post this on any and all Blogs or Web Sites you have or connected to. Maybe this will stop some of the craziness that Phil and Lisa are going through since Orly’s attack.

“Comment:
It never fails to amaze me how people will run with the slightest bit of uncorroborated information as if it were the God’s honest truth. Take for example the Lisa Liberi/Ostella issue. I looked Ms. Liberi up in the San Bernardino Court records. Unless this woman is a shape shifter, there is no way the California Liberi and the Pennsylvania Liberi are the same woman.
Yes, there is a Lisa Liberi in California who is originally from New Mexico and has a history of felony fraud. However, she resides in California, has been here for over a decade, and the only reason she shows up as a resident of New Mexico is because she is still on probation in that state. This is a matter of public record and is available (free) online. She was in custody in the State of California at the same time that the Pennsylvania Liberi was working as Berg’s assistant.
Now, I’ve heard of liberal “work release” programs, but the State of California did not allow an incarcerated felon to skip off to go work for Phil Berg.
The fact that two people have the same name does not offer any proof that they are the same person. It’s a huge jump in logic, with no verifiable documentation, that is being stated by some as FACT.
How these very same people have managed to fabricate a connection between Lisa Liberi and Lisa Ostella is even more mind boggling. The only substantiated connection is that these two women share the same first name.”

PLAINTIFFS’ EMERGENCY MOTION FOR AN
INJUNCTION and/or TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
NOW COMES the Plaintiffs’, Lisa Liberi [hereinafter “Liberi”], Philip J. Berg, Esquire [hereinafter “Berg”], the Law Offices of Philip J. Berg, Evelyn Adams a/k/a Momma E [hereinafter “Adams”], Lisa Ostella [hereinafter “Ostella”] and Go Excel Global by and through their undersigned counsel and respectfully requests this Honorable
Court to grant an Injunction and/or a Temporary Restraining Order on the following grounds:
(There are 25 “grounds.”)
“Linda Starr”
6. Linda, who uses many aliases, was the individual who called Berg
regarding the citizenship issues and asked him to look into. After Berg filed his lawsuit, had a website and blogging area set up, Linda began verbally attacking bloggers and moderators, harassing our moderators on Berg’s blog and stated she was in charge.
7. Shortly thereafter, Linda began calling individuals and telling them that
Liberi, who is Berg’s assistant, could not be trusted, that Liberi was a liar, that Liberi was deleting Berg’s e-mails and messages; and that Liberi had a long criminal history going all the way back to the 1990’s, knowing the entire time her statements were falsified and untrue.
8. Berg severed ties with Linda; however Linda’s behaviors did not stop.
Linda began sending mass mailings to e-mail addresses which she had taken from Berg’s website and blogs. In these e-mails, just to mention a few, Linda was stating Liberi was accusing Linda of terrible things; Liberi was a lying charlatan; Liberi controls Berg’s e-mails and phone messages; Liberi deletes all the e-mails and phone messages she does not want him to see or hear; no one can reach Berg because of Liberi;
Liberi was stealing Twelve Thousand [$12,000.00] Dollars from Berg to pay restitution; Liberi was making out right lies about Linda; Berg
can’t be trusted; Liberi is a pathological liar, etc.
9. Linda next teamed up with Defendant Taitz. Linda sent her slanderous
statements to Taitz and Taitz investigator Sankey of the Sankey Firm and Sankey Investigations, Inc.
I was listening to some BTO and Bad Company last night.

You see, this is why I wish McCain had won.
I still would have kept an eye on him, but I wouldn’t have been so concerned that he might fundamentally change who we are and what we are as a nation.

Eternal vigilance is required with Obama, IMHO.

You Got That Right
Rose,
The point is that jurors have the right as sovereigns to judge the law. If you know that a direct unapportioned tax on labor is NOT constitutional, then you would find anyone innocent on a charge associated with income tax. Thus, your vote as a juror can and will negate an unconstitutional law. Judges lie to jurors and tell them to only judge the facts and not the law. We are sovereigns and have a duty to judge the law.
For those that missed the show, about 3 or 4 times as many people listen to the archive/replay. I just love Red Beckman. Not only is he very wise and tremendously experienced, but he talks at the level of the common man…he is understandable. I should tell him that he’s like a pig…unlike cats that always look down at you or a dog that always looks up to you…in that he will treat you like an equal.

Also please come out in support of my research. Here’s the letter I sent him:
Dear Bret:
Congratulations to you and FOXNEWS for being the first news agency to bring Obama’s birth certificate controversy into the mainstream.
This controversy, however, goes far beyond the question of Obama’s citizenship status — it also raises the spectre of President Obama’s involvement in document fraud.
What the Obama campaign actually posted on its website on June 12, 2008, is a forged document image and not a real copy of Obama’s birth certificate. I spent five months conducting intensive research on the document images alleged to have been made from Obama’s “original birth certificate.” My research proves that the document image posted on Obama’s website and on other pro-Obama websites, was fabricated using Photoshop, and that no such document actually exists.
Obama’s campaign manufactured this bogus birth certificate to deceive the American public into believing that Obama was born in Hawaii, and was therefore eligible to be President. This forgery was also used to derail attempts to see his actual original birth certificate which undoubtedly contains birth information that differs from what his fabricated birth certificate image shows. The reason why Obama still refuses to release his original birth certificate is because it would confirm that he is not eligibile to be President, that he lied about his history and citizenship status, and that he engaged in document fraud to hide these facts from the American public.
To help cover up this scam, Obama’s campaign called upon patently partisan, pro-Obama “fact checking sites” like Factcheck and Politifact to proffer, protect, and promote this fabricated image as being a real copy of Obama’s actual birth certificate, and to engage in slander and public ridicule of anyone having the audacity to question its validity.
In every news conference that he’s had up until now, Obama and his Press Secretary have side-stepped all of the questions raised about his birth certificate, including the use of intimidation of reporters to do so. When Press Secretary Gibbs said that “The state of Hawaii provided a copy, with a seal, of the president’s birth,” it was a bald-faced lie. Hawaii never produced a Certification of Live Birth document for Obama, with a date-stamp of June 12, 2007.
Furthermore, Hawaii denied that Obama, a family member, or someone Obama personally authorized, ever requested and received a copy of this alleged Certification of Live Birth (COLB) in June 2007 or in any other month of that year.
Not one governmental official, in Hawaii or in any other place in the nation, has ever seen this COLB document in person, let alone validate it as genuine.
The reason is simple: this document does not exist and never did. Hawaii announced that it has Obama’s original birth record, but has refused to reveal what’s on that record. Hawaii never confirmed where Obama was born, and if he had been born in Honolulu as Obama claims, Hawaii would not have any reason to withhold that information.
What has unfolded is a genuine conspiracy to commit document fraud, This bogus birth certificate constitutes a false identification document, and is a violation of federal forgery laws punishable by five years in prison (for each count) and up to a $250,000 fine. Not only were federal forgery laws violated, but also Hawaiian forgery laws, as well.
That, Bret, is the untold story here. Why would a President risk committing document fraud just to prevent his original birth certificate from ever being seen?
The answer must be that the information it contains would spell the end of his Presidency and his charade as well. He would be exposed as a fraud and a usurper, and the political landscape would be forever changed, along with how the media shapes public policy.

Darn! I wrote “date stamp of June 12, 2007” instead of “date stamp of June 6, 2007.” I got “June 12” on my mind. But, it’s close enough. However, I’m sure someone else will pick up on it and beat me over the head with it.
I wish there was a way to combine the DTV SWITCH on June 12, 2009 with a recognition of the COLB SWITCH from June 12, 2008.

On health care the opportunities for activism and effectiveness are much more real.
President Obama yesterday urged his national political organization to call Congress to press for passage of radical health care restructuring
–a demand that his most loyal supporters in turn demand approval of a bill that hasn’t yet been written!
The call for blind allegiance to an unwritten bill signals that the Administration has zero interest in anything other than a political triumph,
no matter the cost or effect on the amazing health care system the U.S. currently enjoys.
This attitude –political wins over everything else– has defined the first four months of the Obama Administration and will continue to dominate it
unless and until Republicans and responsible Democrats join together to stop the sudden, hard left lurch of the Obama agenda.
That has to happen on health care, and it means identifying and lobbying the 50 or so House Democrats and the 10 key Democratic senators who are most likely to oppose
the “government option”/single payer meltdown that looms.
(We have to be very careful here. And not just state what we don’t want, but what we do want. Dems will paint the Repubs as the party of “no” who fear change and are satisfied with the status quo. I still maintain that the fallback “trigger” is our best option.)
Why no such list of the Democrats on whom most of the attention must be focused has yet been developed is amazing, but hopefully it will emerge soon.
In the meantime, I continue to request that doctors who see what is coming if the Obama/Pelosi/Reid rationing plan advances
send me their analysis at hugh@hughhewitt.com for posting here as appropriate (with or without names as requested),
and for everyone to research the most moderate Democratic House members in their states and contact their offices to urge that American health care not be endangered by the radical rewrite being pushed by the president.
Mark Steyn, Claudia Rosett, John Engler With Hugh Hewitt
Listen here:
Hugh talks about foreign and domestic issues with Columnist To the World, Mark Steyn, North Korea with Foundation For Defense of Democracies’ Claudia Rosett, and what the Obama health care plan means for manufacturers and business with former Michigan Governor John Engler
HH: You know, I talked to Bolton for a half hour yesterday. He is so lucid.
MS: Yeah.
HH: …and absolutely organized in his thought. And I think he makes a point that Bush Republicans like me have to hear, clearly, is that
Bush’s second term didn’t do very good by North Korea. Actually, it was just the Clinton third term, vis-à-vis North Korea.
MS: Yes, and I think that’s a fair point.
I think there was a kind of tragedy about the Bush second term, in part because he did a lot of the things that people told him he should have done during the first term.
He was multilateral. North Korea was essentially in the hands of the State Department and the six party talks. Iran was left to the Europeans.
This is all the stuff they told us he should have been doing, by the way, during the first term. And he was mocked as a unilateralist cowboy for it.
I think the world actually might have been looking a lot better by January 20th had the second term been closer to the first Bush term.
HH: Robert Kaplan, a very estimable writer, worries that China doesn’t push it because Korea, if it collapses, will send millions of starving refugees into the northern precincts of China.
And I mean, I’m not sure we should worry about regime change, because they’re going to die anyway if this guy starves them to death.
MS: Right. Yes, I don’t think there is…you know, essentially, there isn’t…you can change the regime, but North Korea is a one-man state. It’s not a real state.
Whatever one feels about the present gang that’s running Iran, Iran is a real nation with real deep roots.
North Korea is really just the sort of construct of a handful of people.
And I think that does make it more difficult to deal with.
It’s also, but you know, the point not to lose sight of here is that the North Korean crisis is not primarily about North Korea.
I mean, it is serious on its own terms, but it’s more serious because when Beijing and Moscow and all kinds of other people look at Obama’s weakness on North Korea, they reach their own conclusions about the shifting balance of power in the world.
So I think China is quite content just to let Kim Jung Il flip the finger at Washington for as long as he wants to.
HH: Especially, as John Bolton says, when we’re leaning on them not to control North Korea, but to control global warming.
Obama has backed plans to curb global warming by capping carbon emissions and outlined ways to raise $190 billion by increasing taxes on companies’ overseas operations.
Engler said he is worried that provisions raising taxes on companies’ overseas operations and on energy may be added to health-care legislation backed by Obama.
“It scares the daylights out of us,” Engler said. “A bunch of these things” that Democrats can’t pass on their own could be approved by being tethered to a health bill. That “could get really ugly,” he said.
Overall, the economy has “questionable prospects” for recovery this year, Engler said. He expressed skepticism about next year as well because he said capital spending has come to a halt.
(I keep telling myself I’m not supposed to “hate” a fellow human being. Have I told you lately how much I despise Reid?! All I know is that if someone called my mother a “bitch” I would deck them and suffer the consequences.)
I hope Nevadans throw the bum out, just like South Dakotans did with Daschle!
“Classy Harry Reid Calls George Bush’s Mother a B*tch”
The Weekly Standard Blog reported this from Mark Hemingway’s review of Harry Reid’s book:
While no one expects Reid to praise George W. Bush, the degree to which he is judgmental and catty regarding the former president pretty much speaks for itself. Three pages in, after lamely trying to establish his bipartisan bona fides by talking up George H. W. Bush, Reid shares this charming anecdote about his early days in the Senate: “[Former Texas senator and vice-presidential candidate Lloyd] Bentsen went on and on effusively about what a quality man President-elect [H. W.] Bush was. Then he paused and said, ‘But watch out for his wife; she’s a bitch.’ I have never had anything against Mrs. Bush, but guided by Bentsen’s crude advice, I’ve always said that our forty-third president is more his mother than his dad.”
Small businesses so far have received only 10.3 percent of contracts funded by the economic stimulus package — far below the federal government’s goal of 23 percent.
“This is simply unacceptable,” said Sen. Olympia Snowe, R-Maine, who announced the numbers at a May 21 hearing on opportunities for small businesses to win contracts funded by the $787 billion American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
Snowe, the ranking Republican on the Senate Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee, said there still is time for small businesses to win their fair share of stimulus work because many contracts funded by the law have not been awarded yet.
“But I must confess, I’m not encouraged by the results so far,” Snowe said.
The ad targets Sens. Tom Carper (D-DE), Bill Nelson (D-FL), Kent Conrad (D-ND), Olympia Snowe (R-ME), Maria Cantwell (D-WA), and Ron Wyden (D-OR). and will air for five days. You can listen to each of them here.
“The public option is a key component of reform, and a policy that President Obama supports. It can serve, among other things as a major cost saving measure by making private insurers–forced into competition with a government managed system–cut unnecessary waste.”
(This is the propaganda the left will attempt to foist on the American public. Several important details are intentionally omitted. The “public” option would, in fact, end competition, not foster it. This would lead to single-payer.)
(And I find it quite interesting that Snowe is being especially targeted in the headline and no mention is made of the fallback “trigger” option. Why does the left fear the trigger? Because they know it will never be pulled and we’ll end up with the reform Americans want and deserve, but not government-run health care.)
The question over whether to make the public plan option available in all parts of the country has emerged as one of the thorniest of the healthcare debate. Republicans say a nationwide public plan option would be a “non-starter” and would represent a march toward a single-payer, socialized healthcare insurance system. They argue that government competition would drive private healthcare companies out of business.
The campaign calls to mind an effort liberal advocacy groups waged earlier this year to pressure centrist Democrats to support President Obama’s budget proposal.
Healthcare reform has become an increasingly contentious topic between centrist Democrats and groups on the party’s left wing. Last week, three major labor unions, including the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, launched ads in Oregon criticizing Wyden for a proposal he drafted that has attracted the support of Republican leaders.
Wyden’s plan does not call for a government-run healthcare option to be made available across the country, as liberals want. He would limit the public option to underserved areas of the country where Americans can choose only between two or fewer private plans.
The contest between liberal advocates and centrist Democrats seeking to attract broad GOP support for a reform plan will heat up next month. The Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee is scheduled to hold its first walk-through of draft legislation June 2-3. The committee is scheduled to begin marking up the bill June 16.
The Senate Finance Committee is expected to follow and mark up its own bill, which would pay for the massive overhaul.
This article, posted on RBO yesterday, is worth a read. It discusses Obama’s expansion of of a 1992 DoD Directive to deal with “unspecified contingencies, emergencies, stability operations, and the restoration of order.” It took effect TWO days after Obama was sworn in. The original directive, issued under Clinton, was intended to provide guidance for civilian employees deployed overseas.
Meanwhile, don’t miss the leak of Sen. Ted Kennedy’s health-care reform outline (apparently based a lot on the Massachusetts model, mandate everyone to have it etc.).
Senate watchers will want to know, are Kennedy and Senate Finance Cmte Chair Max Baucus working together yet or not?”
(Ironically, when single-payer advocates actually believed “single-payer” had a chance, they held up Romney’s Massachusetts’ model as an example of why a national “public” option wouldn’t work.)
In 2006, Massachusetts, in a program overseen by then-Gov. Mitt Romney, began mandating “universal health care” by forcing every individual to purchase private health insurance or get into one of several government programs. Already, Massachusetts is unable to bear the costs of its own program, according to John Graham, director of health care studies at the Pacific Research Institute.
(Kennedy wants to recreate the Massachusetts model on a national scale – the old blowhard!)
(I hope Romney isn’t too proud to admit that his model is inferior to the one that Snowe and others are espousing.)
In the meantime, his shoulder got exposed and he was shot at. Not bothered by it, he kept himself engaged in the task of bandaging. The second bullet hit his ribs, but it too failed to prevent him from completing his task. Unmoved by the blood gushing out of his wounds, he dragged soldiers to a safer place. In the process, he was hit by three bullets and fell down.
While bleeding profusely, he took the wireless to talk to his brother Major Khalid (for the last time), who was 100 metres away. “Brother I have to pay so much to so and so, do not forget it. Take care of the mother and under no circumstances leave the job of eliminating the miscreants incomplete. I wish I could march onto Mingora and see it clear of the militants”. And then he succumbed to his injuries but he managed to save the lives of two soldiers.
Sepoy Tariq and Nowsharwan cannot control their tears at the mention of Major Abid Majeed’s name. The only words they utter are “Why Major Sahib why not us”.
At 3:15 there’s an image of Pakistani Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani with the evil George W Bush. Gosh, where have I seen this before?! I guess they forgot Obama is president now. I know, it’s so hard to tell the difference.
With the military operation against the Taliban in the restive Swat valley entering its final phase, the Pakistan government on Friday raised the bounty for Maulana Fazlullah, the Taliban leader notorious for his venomous sermons on FM radio, 10 times to 50 million rupees (approximately $600,000).
The Frontier province’s information minister Mian Iftikhar Hussain said there were unconfirmed reports about the death of Fazlullah from air strikes in Shamozai, Swat, but added the security forces had not found his body.
On Friday, Pakistani troops in the valley were clearing the main town of militants. Soldiers conducted search-and-clean up operations throughout the day.
Also on Friday, Hakimullah Mehsud, a deputy of Waziristan-based Tehrik Taliban Pakistan chief Baitullah Mehsud, threatened to carry out more suicide attacks in major cities.
Twenty-eight miscreants-terrorists were killed and 7 were apprehended in various areas of Swat during exchange of fire with security forces in the last 24 hours, while 5 soldiers and 2 civilians were injured.
According to ISPR, security forces continued with cordon and search operation and successfully cleared the stronghold of miscreants at Peochar village.
Security Forces destroyed miscreants hideouts including 1 Madrasa and recovered 12 UN registered vehicles. 4 tunnels were discovered with ration items stolen from NGOs and huge cache of arms including 12.7 mm Guns.
During clashes with miscreants 1 soldier got injured.
4. When Philip Berg saw a day later, on 05.27.09 that the court did not receive its copy yet, he improperly filed a request for entry of default and signed an affidavit, claiming that the defendants have failed to respond, while knowing that he received a response a day earlier and there is probably a slight delay in the receipt of the documents by the court.
5. Due to the fact that the defendants have sent the pleadings timely and the delay was through no fault of the defendants and due to the fact that the plaintiff’s attorney has filed a request for default based on an affidavit, where he did not provide true information, the defendants respectfully motion to set aside the default in the matter at hand and render a dismissal of the Complaint based on the motion to dismiss hereinto attached.
***
This is my non-legal analysis. If Orly’s motion to dismiss didn’t, in fact, get there on time, then aren’t we just back to square one. And if Orly and her co-defendants have such a strong case, why would they want the whole thing thrown out anyway?
My guess is that they fear any financial damages they might be court-ordered to pay.
I distinctly remember hearing Berg say that he wanted Orly and the others (Linda Starr) to just “go away.”
I’m not sure how that could be accomplished. This Complaint did come from Berg, after all.
I mean, how do you just “go away” when you have to show up in court and defend yourselves?
When you’re being threatened with damages, you can’t just say you know I was wrong and open yourself up to God knows what?
I am obviously not a lawyer (thank God!). Please enlighten me.
The White House says Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor acknowledges she made a poor word choice in a 2001 speech in which she said that a Latina judge would often reach a better conclusion than a white male judge who hasn’t lived the same life.
My husband and I saw Fleetwood Mac in 1977 or 1978 at Miami Baseball Stadium along with Kenny Loggins and Chick Corea. Great show! And a whole ‘nother story.
My God Rose, I was at that Fleetwood Mac concert at the Miami Baseball Stadium. I still have the image of that girl to my right with the tube top who kept jumping up and down until her boobs would fly out. Each time it would happen, she took longer to pull it back up. That wasn’t you was it?

**********************************************************
Hehehe….I have a stack of past concert ticket stubs that must be a foot tall and I think that girl with the tube top was at every one of those concerts.
I was at a “Texas Jam” concert once and watched a guy, a couple of rows down, carve out a hole in a great big Granny Smith apple and cram a M-80 firework in it….He then lit it and let that baby fly all the way down to the ground section….We were in the nose bleed section….It was like slow motion as I watched that sucker descend all the way down….Unfortunately for the poor bastard that was hauled out on a stretcher, it was a dud!!!…..That’s just one concert story….I have an almost never ending supply of them….Almost every single concert had something bizzare happen. 8)
I lived in Palm Beach from 74 to 78. I graduated from FAU at Boca Raton in 77 and moved to Colorado in the fall of 78. It seems to me that the concert was in 77, but I’m not positive. the firework thing was pretty freaky. It was already pretty smoky, if you know what I mean. As I recall, that was one humid day. It was also close to the time when people got trampled pushing into another event.
Speaking of boobs flying out…I saw Janice Joplin in Knoxville during the Kent State strike within a short time from Woodstock. I had friends that did Woodstock. I had friends that tried to make Woodstock…some had car trouble, and some got arrested. I stayed on campus at the University of Tennessee and watched it on the big screen in a theatre.
My favorite concert experiences were close up and personal. Bob Dylan outside the cafeteria during the strikes at UT in Knoxville…impromptu jam session. I was standing a few feet from him before the crowd gathered…he played for over an hour and it turned into a sing-along. It started out with maybe a dozen of us and within a few minutes, there was a mob of people as far as I could see. No microphone, just acoustic. What a moment.
On The Roof, King of Road Hotel in Nashville, late summer 1971, Ronnie Milsap in the little piano bar atop the hotel. It was magic. I’ve never heard him play much of the same music since. He was much more versatile than most realize.
Brenda Lee, jamming/harmonizing with my sisters growing up on our farm in Madison Tennessee. I was about 8 years old, but remember the old upright piano and how somebody would start a song and others would woodshed along. Brenda went to a neighboring high school and would come to slumber parties at our old Colonial House built around the civil war era. We sold a lot to Shot Jackson, the original steal guitarist for Roy Acuff, for him to build a house on. Josh, one of the pro back-up guitarist for many artists would come by our store or house and jam with my oldest sister’s husband and his cousin. They would play into the late night often. My favorite was probably Bill Rees, lyric writer for Roy Orbison. Bill taught a couple Sunday School classes I was in. He could sing as well if not better than Roy and he played a 12 string as well as Chet Adkins. He was a recluse sort of personality, but would play often for the kids and small groups. He wrote Pretty Woman. His clear vocals and brilliant instrumentals were quite moving.
At a different “Texas Jam” concert, there was a gorgeous blonde sitting a few rows down and she had the most beautiful long straight hair you have ever seen….It was like what you would see on a shampoo commercial or something like that…..Long, ultra straight, silky, shiney blonde hair or atleast it was right up to the point when the drunk / wasted SOB in the seat behind her, leaned forward and puked right on top of her head…..The gorgeous petite little blonde jumped up out of her seat and commenced to beating the ever loving dog snot out of that drunk bastard….People had to pull the angry little wolverine off that poor slob…It was quite a sight to see.
At the very same concert, I watched a stoned Mexican fella eat an entire styrofoam drinking glass….He never spit out a single piece.
And the man at the back said
Everyone attack and it turned into a ballroom blitz
And the girl in the corner said
Boy, I wanna warn ya, it’ll turn into a ballroom blitz
Reflexes got the better of me
And what is to be must be.
Every day the bucket goes to the well,
one day the bottom will drop out,
Yes, one day the bottom will drop out.
I long to see the morning light
Coloring in your face so dreamily
So don’t you go and say goodbye
You can lay your worries down and stay with me
And don’t you ever leave
Finally it’s Friday, I’m out of my cage
Two days of freedom, I’m good for a rage
I go to the concerts and hit all the bars
My week and my wages, they go just so far
I watched these guys in a nightclub in Houston at a distance of about 10 feet….I had a 35mm camera and took some, one of a kind, photos of Phil Lynott and the guys (Thin Lizzy)….It wasn’t long after that when Phil died a senseless death…grrrrr
Folks, I have never heard people rave about a book the way those that have read “The Iron Web” are ranting. I just ordered my copy. Go to http://www.larkenrose.com/
and click on store. Then read Fred Marshall’s review of the book. I’m being told…make that ordered to get the book into every person’s hand I possibly can. It is said to be a “I couldn’t put it down” read as well as very informative. It lays out our predicament and offers some simple solutions in a most powerful way via a fictional novel. I am intrigued to say the least. I would appreciate your reviews/feedback.
ANDY MARTIN SET TO DISCLOSE THE “SECRET LIFE OF SONIA SOTOMAYOR”
by DefendUSx May 30, 2009 00:58
Sonia Sotomayor.” Martin’s column is expected to cause a firestorm and may torpedo her nomination. Martin also plans to release a letter to President Obama.
“Everyone has been looking in the wrong places to discover who Sonia Sotomayor really is,” says Martin. “This ‘barrio’ tale is as complex as any New York drama you could imagine.
“First, it will probably come as a surprise to both my supporters and detractors to learn I have been an urban educator, and actually taught college courses in the Bronx, at BCC. I became deeply steeped in New York’s Puerto Rican culture, which I greatly admire.
“Second, last October Barack Obama panicked and sent his hapless mouthpiece Robert Gibbs out to smear me on ‘Hannity & Colmes.’ Gibbs tried to dredge up lies from a 25 year-old lawsuit involving Sotomayor’s ‘mentor.’ Gibbs’ smears and the lapdog New York Times’ front-page echoing of those outrageous attacks on my integrity are about to bite them in Gibbs’ amble buttocks; they had no idea in October they would have to regurgitate their words in June.
“That old lawsuit involved Joe ‘Crazy Joey’ or ‘Cocaine Cabranes,’ a cocaine-addled federal judge who went ballistic when I exposed he was using his personal divorce lawyer in cases appearing before him as a judge. ‘Crazy Joey’ tried to destroy me, and used his friends in the Court of Appeals to demonize me, to protect a bankruptcy fraud ring in New Haven federal courts involving the law firms of Irving Perlmutter, Richard Belford and Coan Lewendon & Royston. He even recruited Rudy Giuliani, who plays a cameo role in this theater of the absurd. We have the FBI records to document these outrages.
“As a result of my battles with the arrogant and corrupt judges of the Second Circuit, including the real anti-Semite Irving Kaufman, I became the ‘undertaker’ for Supreme Court nominations from the Second Circuit, and derailed both Cabranes’ and Judge Jon R. Newman’s nominations to the Supreme Court during the Clinton administration.
“Newman and ‘Cocaine Cabranes’ have continued to use their public offices to retaliate because of their personal grievances against me. So I know Sotomayor’s ‘mentor’ and that creepy court as no one else does.
“My column Monday, however, does not deal with the past. It deals with Sotomayor’s present. I bear her no personal ill will but her life has been a lie, and she should start telling the truth about whom she really is.
“To date, no one has really laid a glove on the mysterious Ms. Sotomayor. Monday we will reveal the ‘secret life of Sonia Sotomayor.’ That is, unless Sotomayor withdraws her nomination before then,” Martin states. “This is the latest round in my 25 year-old battle to fight arrogance and corruption in the federal courts, and in America’s most corrupt and incestuous court of appeals, the Second Circuit.
“People will not be looking at Sotomayor in the same light when I am through telling the truth about her. She should ‘fess up to Obama, and withdraw as a nominee. As my regular readers are aware, I have a passionate commitment to ‘finding the facts’ and ‘telling the truth.’ My weekend will be spent in the Bronx.”

Gibbs Laughs at Obama Eligibility Question
How did Robert Gibbs respond when asked about Obama’s refusal to document his eligibility for office by releasing his birth certificate?
He laughed… along with the press. Then he lied….. then he laughed along with the press again.
Wondering why the biggest story – possibly in the history of our nation – has been ignored and ridiculed by the mainstream media?
Now we know. They think our constitution is laughable.

EXCERPTS
North Korea

A Conversation With Lawrence O’Donnell

Much more revealing was our final few exchanges.

LO’D: Oh, yeah, that’s awful.
HH: Yeah, it is, actually.
LO’D: Right.

Public Option Bad – Fallback Option Good
Advertising From Interest Groups Ramps Up as Lawmakers Return to Congress To Work on Health Reform
http://www.kaisernetwork.org/daily_reports/rep_index.cfm?DR_ID=58626
May 28, 2009 at 5:38 pm
Why does the left fear a “trigger” or “fall-back” option?”
The Daily Kooks are at it again!
“Senator Kennedy, Don’t Let Us Down On The Public Option!”
http://www.dailykos.com/storyonly/2009/5/28/736227/-Senator-Kennedy,-Dont-Let-Us-Down-On-The-Public-Option!
Lefty Speak:
May 28, 2009 at 5:59 pm
If Howard Dean hates the “trigger” then I could learn to love it.
Speaking with Dean about a Public Option
http://www.squarestate.net/diary/8120/speaking-with-dean-about-a-public-option
Sen. Ben Nelson has proposed a “trigger”,
http://news.yahoo.com/s/bloomberg/20090520/pl_bloomberg/azh_tu6tphem
where instead of adopting the reform, Congress would set goals for the insurance industry for seven years.

* Gunmen ambush police
* Progress in Swat offensive, army says
* Stocks end 1.51 percent up on Swat progress – dealers
http://www.reuters.com/article/latestCrisis/idUSLS997666

3rd Circuit Court of Appeals Delays Phil Berg’s Appeal
http://defendourfreedoms.net/2009/05/27/3rd-circuit-court-of-appeals-delays-phil-bergs-appeal.aspx
Berg continued,
“I am determined to keep fighting lawfully through our Court system;
I believe there is a Judge or Justices that will grant us Discovery as it is essential for the following that the truth be told:
o the 305+ million citizens of the United States;
o our ‘Forefathers;’ and
o the 3 + million that have been injured or died defending our U.S. Constitution over the past 230 + years.

More from Linda Starr
Today is Lisa Liberi’s 44th birthday!
http://obamacitizenshipdebate.org/2009/05/may-28th-happy-birthday.html

Motion to Dismiss Due to Lack of Jurisdiction
Liberi’s prosecuting district Attorney James Secord is in San Bernardino County, California;
arresting officer and all of the detectives are in the state of California, numerous victims of her criminal activity and potential witnesses in this action are in the state of California,
therefore a proper jurisdiction for this action and forthcoming counter complaint is in the state of California.
Dated 05.21.09.

So the question remains, are there one or two Lisa Liberi(s)?
I know someone mentioned at some point that Liberi had been a victim of identity theft.

Of course, no guarantee Phil Berg will discuss Berg v Taitz.

Just a guess.

5. Defendants’ have failed to appear, plead or otherwise defend within the time allowed and therefore, are now in default.

Dear Citizen
Philip Berg, Orly Taitz, Lisa Liberi, Lisa Ostella, accusations, controversy
http://citizenwells.wordpress.com/2009/05/04/philip-berg-orly-taitz-lisa-liberi-lisa-ostella-accusations-controversy/
From an email from MommaE of blog radio:
“Hi CitizenWells,
Below is a post that was in defense of Phil Berg’s Assistant Lisa Liberi! THANK GOD some one had the foresight to go and research and post it. Please feel free to post this on any and all Blogs or Web Sites you have or connected to. Maybe this will stop some of the craziness that Phil and Lisa are going through since Orly’s attack.
MommaE”

Injunction
http://countryfirst.bravehost.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=158&t=3706
Linda began sending mass mailings to e-mail addresses which she had taken from Berg’s website and blogs. In these e-mails, just to mention a few, Linda was stating Liberi was accusing Linda of terrible things; Liberi was a lying charlatan; Liberi controls Berg’s e-mails and phone messages; Liberi deletes all the e-mails and phone messages she does not want him to see or hear; no one can reach Berg because of Liberi;

I do appreciate these gentlemen.
I know their hearts are in the right place.
Obviously using the judiciary — jury members not judges — has worked in the past.
I’m just making up an example here.
Let’s say a tax protester was being tried for failure to pay taxes was actually protesting Roe v Wade.
Would there be a jury of peers in that situation?
And conviction would require a unanimous vote?
I’m trying to understand where exactly this strategy could be effective.
May 29, 2009 at 4:47 am
Rose,
The point is that jurors have the right as sovereigns to judge the law.

Polarik Letter to Bret Baier
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2259384/posts?page=278#278
To: hoosiermama; Beckwith; null and void; stockpirate; pissant; PhilDragoo; Candor7; MeekOneGOP; …
“Contact Bret Baier at Special@foxnews.com. Let him know how much we appreciate his effort and give him more information to think about.”
My final research report and executive summary can be found here: http://polarik.blogtownhall.com

I wish there was a way to combine the DTV SWITCH on June 12, 2009 with a recognition of the COLB SWITCH from June 12, 2008.

North Korea, Iran and the Healthcare Debate
http://hughhewitt.townhall.com/blog/g/45ca4297-ba92-4b33-8535-103b148bd680
EXCERPT
(Mitt Romney should be out front on this issue.)

Provisions raising taxes on companies’ overseas operations and on energy may be added to health-care legislation
“Obama’s Proposals Harm U.S. Business, Engler Says”
http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601103&sid=aLzsLQcMQPq0&refer=us
Obama has backed plans to curb global warming by capping carbon emissions and outlined ways to raise $190 billion by increasing taxes on companies’ overseas operations.

“Classy Harry Reid Calls George Bush’s Mother a B*tch”
http://gatewaypundit.blogspot.com/2009/05/classy-harry-reid-calls-george-bushs.html

Olympia Snowe – Maybe that stimulus vote wasn’t such a good idea after all!
Small firms are getting just 10 percent of stimulus work
http://washington.bizjournals.com/washington/stories/2009/06/01/story4.html?b=1243828800^1835412

New MoveOn Radio Ad Campaign Targets Snowe, Conservative Democrats
http://tpmdc.talkingpointsmemo.com/2009/05/new-moveon-radio-ad-campaign-targets-snowe-conservative-democrats.php
The ad targets Sens. Tom Carper (D-DE), Bill Nelson (D-FL), Kent Conrad (D-ND), Olympia Snowe (R-ME), Maria Cantwell (D-WA), and Ron Wyden (D-OR). and will air for five days. You can listen to each of them here.
http://pol.moveon.org/healthcare/ads/
May 29, 2009 at 5:48 pm
The Hill has a much more balanced article.
MoveOn.org targets Democrats on healthcare
http://thehill.com/leading-the-news/moveon.org-targets-democrats-on-healthcare-2009-05-29.html

“Under no circumstances leave the job of eliminating the miscreants incomplete!”
Major Abid — A hero to his last breath!

EXCERPT

At Rs 50m, Pakistan raises Fazlullah bounty tenfold
http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/World/Pakistan-raises-Fazlullah-bounty/articleshow/4595396.cms

Don’t know if this is valid or not: (obviously written by Lefty)
Last month, birther “attorney” Orly Taitz was sued by both a former comrade, and her ideological fellow-traveler, 9/11 “truther” Phil Berg.
The merits of the complaint aren’t important.
What is important, though, is that Taitz missed the deadline to file a reply — because she sent her response to the wrong address.
No, she didn’t mistype the envelope. It’s far, far better than that.
She sent her response to Berg, completely neglecting to file it in court.
Apparently, Taitz’s correspondence law school didn’t cover lesson #1: “court documents should be filed with a court.”
What’s this mean? Easy: she’s defaulted on her case, and will likely lose.

About Berg’s affidavit
http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/blog1/?p=1731
Motion to Set Aside Default

Good move — Sotomayor!
The White House says Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor acknowledges she made a poor word choice in a 2001 speech in which she said that a Latina judge would often reach a better conclusion than a white male judge who hasn’t lived the same life.

Ten, I can’t remember what year that was 1977 or 1978?
No, I wasn’t wearing a tube top and I wasn’t jumping up and down, either.
I can’t tell you why, but I had my eyes trained above the whole night.
Good thing, too, cause I almost got killed that night!
Remember the blimp and the fireworks?
What were you doing in Miami?

I was at a “Texas Jam” concert once and watched a guy, a couple of rows down, carve out a hole in a great big Granny Smith apple and cram a M-80 firework in it….He then lit it and let that baby fly all the way down to the ground section….We were in the nose bleed section….It was like slow motion as I watched that sucker descend all the way down….Unfortunately for the poor bastard that was hauled out on a stretcher, it was a dud!!!…..That’s just one concert story….I have an almost never ending supply of them….Almost every single concert had something bizzare happen. 8)

okay, it’s decided then, I’ll put up a new “concert true stories” post

May 29, 2009 at 11:42 pm
I lived in Palm Beach from 74 to 78. I graduated from FAU at Boca Raton in 77 and moved to Colorado in the fall of 78. It seems to me that the concert was in 77, but I’m not positive. the firework thing was pretty freaky. It was already pretty smoky, if you know what I mean. As I recall, that was one humid day. It was also close to the time when people got trampled pushing into another event.
May 29, 2009 at 11:53 pm
Speaking of boobs flying out…I saw Janice Joplin in Knoxville during the Kent State strike within a short time from Woodstock. I had friends that did Woodstock. I had friends that tried to make Woodstock…some had car trouble, and some got arrested. I stayed on campus at the University of Tennessee and watched it on the big screen in a theatre.
May 30, 2009 at 12:24 am
May 30, 2009 at 12:25 am
