The so-called Reasonable Man test was used years ago in Law Schools as a litmus test for trying to pre-determine how a judge or a jury would view a particular issue’s chance of success in litigation or in a legislative challenge.

But what is so patently biased and therefore unfair is the total pass The Times has given to Obama’s past in Chicago, their failure to dig into (as they did into Palin):

1. Obama’s alleged ties with convicted Chicago developer Antoin Rezko

2. Obama’s alleged long-term association with Weather Underground Leftist radical William Ayers

3. How Obama and his family could sit in church Sunday after Sunday hearing the bile spewing from the hateful mouth of his religious counsel, Reverend Jeremiah Wright, especially when he says blacks should not sing ‘God Bless America’ but ‘God damn America.’

4. Obama’s extensive relationship with perennial MoveOn.org supporter and alleged anti-Israel billionaire financier George Soros

Using Law School’s reasonable man test, we recommend that you compare Obama’s above past, which our illustrious media chooses to ignore, with what The Times’ now thinks is such damning evidence against Palin.

And Palin’s alleged transgressions sure as heck pale in gravity to Obama’s, dontcha think?
